Do you believe in Palm Reading? Please don’t, if you’re a True Christian.
Palm Reading goes against our faith. God call all this EVIL in His sight !!!! I was just recently studying about that in the Bible.
It’s in the book of Deuteronomy, Chapter 18, verses 9-14
When you come into the land which the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominations of those nations. There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire or one who practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer or one who conjures spells or a medium or a spiritist or one who calls up the dead or diviners. (continue yourself with 12-14)
Then in 2 Timothy 1:20-21 —Â No prophecy of Scripture came from the will of man.
2 Chronicles 33:6 – He sacrificed his sons in the fire in the Valley of Ben Hinnom, practiced sorcery, divination and witchcraft, and consulted mediums and spiritists. He did much evil in the eyes of the LORD, provoking him to anger.
As a Christian we are not to have any part in the Occult of any kind !
Galations 5:19 – Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
Why take all this pain to know your future? God already know whats in store for you and its always for your good.
Jeremiah 29:11-13 — “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart”.

I went to a massage specialist for work on my shoulders. During the appt. My spirit felt uneasy about the visit. The woman starts to work on my right hand and suddenly lets me know that I have certain illness challenges in my body. She tells me that she is a hand reader. I tell her that I am Born again Christian and do not approve of occult practices. She states that she is a Christian and that hand reading is of God and has scripture to back it up? I THINK NOT!
Pray for Melissa that she comes to know the REAL Jesus of the Holy bible!

There’s nothing wrong with palm reading. i think we Christians alway condemn thing we dont fully understand. How is palm reading an abomination or occultic? I personally think its genius! The base line of palm reading is that the lines on your hand represent whats on your mind so as your thoughts change, the lines change. God is bigger than the bible the bible is not bigger than GOD!!!!
So you’re saying palm reading is bigger than the bible? I think anyone can continue to read horoscopes or look at palm reading as a leisure activity. But when it comes to leaning on palm reading, I don’t think God would ever tell you it’s good. God wants you to have a relationship with Him, He wants you to lean on him, and not to lean on our own understanding. The bible is God breathed and palm reading certainly is not inspired by the holy spirit.

Thanks for the scripture reference I have a coworker who makes life decisions based on palm readers. It is not a good thing! She has been told her husband will die within ten years. she is waiting for this to happen. Christians do not want to condemn anyone we want them to have life abundantly! Why live in fear and bondage when you can be free of it? Jesus loves you he is standing waiting with his arms open wide run to Him he will give you rest!
