Deliverance Prayers From St. Michael

Deliverance Prayers by St. Michael

For Deliverance

Holy Trinity, One God, living and true, Almighty and Omnipresent, Total Love, I adore You, I bless You, and I glorify You. I believe in You, and in Your saving and healing power.

Today, I recognize how much I sinned and hence, I am cut off from you. My Lord, I renounce from my heart and for always: Satan, his works, his lies, sin, impurity, and the love for power and pleasure that separate me from you, my God and Lord.

I recognize, O Lord, that I have erred: in accepting what other sects have proposed, in using God’s name in vain, in my participation in satanic rites and occult rituals that are not in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church. I have been an easy prey to those sects and false teachings because I don’t study the Bible, the catechism of the Catholic Church, and I don’t frequent the sacraments.

I am not faithful to the Sunday Eucharist and when I participate, I don’t listen to the homily. I don’t seek spiritual guidance, nor do I seek forgiveness of sins through the sacrament of reconciliation.

Merciful Lord, I can only express honestly what I have passed through. I return to You with a repentant heart, and I beg you not to refuse me with your mercy. Pardon me for all my sins.

Amen.

I Renounce

I renounce all false belief in the reincarnation because Jesus said that we will all resurrect as he resurrected. I renounce the manipulation and use of God’s name in vain, and I renounce using God’s Word as a means of mental control.

I renounce all practices of occultism that tie me to the enemy: such as visits to witches, and diviners; the use of amulets, talisman and objects of good luck, like stones, crystals, wristbands, necklaces, and love charms that aim to dominate the will of persons, to seduce them, and and make them attractive to the opposite sex.

I renounce the use of black magic, participation in New Age, sects, metaphysics, Gnostics and other groups that make me forget that salvation comes only from the Lord. I renounce all superstitious practices and rites about knowing the future, such as horoscope, palm reading, astrology, and spirit of the glass.

Today, Lord and Father of Jesus, I renounce all false doctrines and philosophies that separate me from You. I renounce all these, and I call on my Guardian Angel and on St. Michael to be my witnesses. May their presence embolden me to be faithful to my words.

Amen.

I Promise

All powerful God, I promise to follow Your commandments and to destroy all the idols that enslave me to evil. I promise to assist in the Holy Mass during Sundays and to frequent the Sacraments, especially, Holy Confession I accept the liberty of a child of God that You gave to me.

I promise to surrender myself to God’s will spontaneously and freely so that God’s will may be fulfilled in me.

I accept to carry with me, on my neck, a Holy Cross, blessed by the priest. Its presence on my breast assures me of victory against the enemy of God and the forces of evil.

I accept Mary as the Mother of God, the Mother of the Church and my Mother. I consecrate myself to the Most Holy Virgin Mary and through her, I consecrate myself to the Most Holy Trinity and the Catholic Church.

I accept the gifts of the Holy Spirit which I will use for the benefit of the Holy Church, and for the good of my brothers and sisters, and for the common work of spreading the Gospel.

Amen.

Immaculate Conception

Immaculate Conception

This is how Jesus the Messiah was born. His mother, Mary, was engaged to be married to Joseph. But before the marriage took place, while she was still a virgin, she became pregnant through the power of the Holy Spirit. – (Matthew 1:18)

While we try to describe how the Spirit of God works in our lives, a deep sense of mystery, wonder, and awe remains. How could God love us so much as to be present inside us through his Holy Spirit. This is an inexplicable miracle of God’s promise and grace. The Holy and eternal God comes to life in us through the Holy Spirit.

The Spirit produces great changes in us because of his presence. So as unbelievable as the conception of Jesus the Messiah in the womb of the virgin Mary may seem, those of us who are followers of Jesus already have experienced a small taste of what happens in Mary — Jesus came to life in her through the life-giving power of the Holy Spirit.

At the core of the gospel of Jesus is this truth: the Spirit of God brings life where there was none. This happened first in the womb of Mary. This happens later in the expectant hearts of those who believe that Mary’s boy was also God’s Son!

Prayer : Father, our hearts resonate with a truth that our minds can’t grasp: the virgin Mary carried the Son of God in her womb! Yet the miracle in Mary is a reminder that you have given us new birth into a living hope through the power of the blessed Holy Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead. All praise to you, O God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. I praise you in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Here’s Life

Bread of Heaven

Our God is the One who gives life. Everything about God is connected to life.

The revelation of this life-giving God was progressive in the Scriptures. That is why we find priests, judges, prophets and kings standing as mediators between God and man in the Old Testament. Similarly, different rituals, sacrifices and festivals were to be conducted to meet the requirements of God’s law.

However, through Jesus Christ, the entire picture changed. So, in the New Testament, Jesus stands as the single perfect mediator between God and man. He also met all the requirements of God’s law. Thus rituals, sacrifices and festivals came to an end.

Through Jesus, the way is now open for anyone who desires to come to God the Father. There is no more a need for a person, ritual, sacrifice or festival to appease God. Jesus has paid it all. There is no more any distinction between rich or poor, educated or uneducated, black or white, Asians or Europeans.

Everyone is equal to God.

After Jesus’ ascension to heaven, the Holy Spirit came upon the earth in His fullness. All who follow Christ are now led by the Holy Spirit. They experience awesome life through the Holy Spirit. So, when the Old Testament law didn’t give life to people, the Holy Spirit gives life. This is what apostle Paul says in 2 Corinthians 3:6, “…the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life”.

In these days, God is pouring out His Spirit upon all people. You can experience the freshness of the Holy Spirit every moment of your life. When you pass through tough times, the Holy Spirit will give you peace and joy. He will help you to overcome every obstacle that stands in your way. He will help you to get up even when you fall down. He will instruct you to take the right directions toward your victorious destiny.

May God help you to walk with the life-giving Holy Spirit everyday of your life.
