Why Pray To Virgin Mary?

chittor-mother-mary-statue

Why should we pray to Virgin Mary? The reasons are many.

Why do Catholics pray to Mother Mary? Is Rosary really powerful?

The intercession of Mother Mary is very powerful as Jesus cannot neglect His mothers commands. This can be proved by the first miracle Jesus did at the wedding at Cana. – (John 2:1-11). Mother Mary told Jesus “They have no more wine.” And what was the final result? He turned water into wine.

In “The Poem of the Man-God” by Maria Valtorta, she says that Jesus told her about this incident as “I did it for Mary”. This proves that the intercession of Mother Mary is very very strong.

Mother Mary was blessed with Holy Spirit abundantly. We can see this as we read “At that time Mary got ready and hurried to a town in the hill country of Judea, where she entered Zechariah’s home and greeted Elizabeth. When Elizabeth heard Mary’s greeting, the baby leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit.” (Luke 1:39-41) ; just by Virgin Mary’s greeting.

Listen to the talk from Apologetics on Mary, Purgatory and The Bible

What the angels thought on this matter:-

When angel appeared before Zechariah, father of John, angel just greets him by his name ,nothing more although he was “upright in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commandments and regulations blamelessly.” – (Luke 1:6)

When angel appeared before Joseph, the greeting was like this: “an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit.” – (Matthew 1:20). Angel greeted him ‘son of david’, thats all.

Now let us see how did the angel greet Virgin Mary. It goes like this: “The angel went to her and said, “Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.” (Luke 1:28). See the difference….

  1. THE LAST SUPPER
    31st March I994 (Holy Thursday)

    Jesus:
I give you the divine blessing in this great day of the institution of the ecclesiastical hierarchy, because it is on Holy Thursday that the Church was born in its priestly reality handed on to man by God.

Holy Thursday was for Jesus Christ the day of the greatest miracle wrought during His earthly life: the one of donating Himself as nourishment. The first miracle of His public life was to turn water into wine and the last miracle was to change wine into His Blood. Holy Thursday was the most solemn day of His public life as Teacher and Lord of His apostles. The meal that took place was consumed in a purely religious spirit, and the nutritional value of the meal consumed by Jesus Christ and His apostles was insignificant.

The Last Supper was the passing from the old alliance to the new one. Men who attribute to this solemnity the quality of a meal are only correct if they think of its value as a eucharistic meal of spiritual nourishment. In fact that ritual was not a meal simply destined to provide only for the needs of the corporeal life.

Jesus Christ, the Host offered and already sacrificed, was without bodily appetite. The greatness of the circumstance was such that nothing human should affect that consecration nor the communion of the Apostles with the objective of the sacrifice. The Last Supper was only the fulfillment of a ritual which the guests have the serious duty to perform. When men refer to that great and sublime event of the sacrificial act unfolding in time, to the offering of the sacrificial act and to the offering of the One sacrificed, no one should ever suspect that it could allow for the least satisfaction of a bodily appetite.

Regarding that gift of Myself, I was already carrying the Cross, and its weight was already in a way physically present upon Me. And in every celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of Holy Mass, I am the One offering the sacrifice and equally the Victim of Holy Friday. In that august night of the first celebration of the Holy Sacrifice, I already was both. The One offering the sacrifice and the One Sacrificed.

It is thus every time the Holy Sacrifice is celebrated, every time the concrete and painful reality of that unique act of the One sacrificing and the gift of the Victim resounds in time. The pain is as real on the altar of the sacrifice as it was on the Wood of the Cross. The last Supper of the Holy Thursday was itself also the fulfillment of the Passion and of the Divine, redeeming immolation of My humanity.

This is why to compare the Last Supper to a joyful celebration is the greatest insensitivity. When the ministers of the Holy Church, in that day commemorative of so lofty a divine event, debase it to the level of human appetites, they are guilty of irreverence and grave fault.

  2. THE PERMANENCE OF THE HOLY SACRIFICE
    1st April 1994 (Holy Friday)

    Jesus:
On this most holy day, I give Myself to humanity in the most concrete and real manner as when I donated Myself in the actual time of the Crucifixion. God is the same in time and out of time, in the world and out of the world. For Him, the past of humanity is no different than the present because everything is under His ever-present control: time, as well as creatures.

I, therefore, give Myself in sacrifice “today” and it is on “this” day in time as it was in the historical day of My death on earth in the time of Crucifixion that this great divine work of Redemption takes place.

This is the great reality, but few Christians are aware of it.

I did not just die on earth in the years usually assigned as the year of My earthly death. I also die and offer Myself in holocaust for the salvation of humanity “today.”

I will also speak of My Mother, the Most Holy Virgin Mary. I wept because of the passion of My Mother, but My eyes remained dry for those who looked upon My suffering. I have wept, yes, but not because of My suffering. I wept because of the suffering of My Mother. I wept for the loss of many souls; I wept for the dreadful state of many creatures; I wept for the pitiful state in which creation has fallen due to corruption. I suffered in My flesh and I died because of this corruption, and I wept over this corruption. I conceived the earth and its creatures in such a beautiful way – so pure and so noble — that I suffered all My life for this corruption and for each manifestation of decadence. I suffered as much in My life as in My death for humanity.

I continue to suffer due to the total and perpetual donation I made of My life, and in the passage of time this donation is as real, painful, constant and perpetual as the work of Redemption is. I am the One sacrificed — truly living and alive in the Holy Eucharist: It is I.

I am God and God “is.” I am the suffering Servant; I am the offered Victim. This is Who I am and Who I am forever, and My flesh “is.” My divine Blood remains “to be shed,” I do not cease to shed it. This is the great and perpetual triumph of God in His creatures and the divine reward takes place in Heaven. The time of the earth is Redemption which is being accomplished, but time is fulfilled in Heaven. This is why it is necessary to live in this very same spirit. Redemption which will be celebrated soon is the joy which is reserved for those who share in the victory. It is the fruit, the result of the divine action of Redemption, but it is not yet the present state of those who are still on earth. The earth is the place of incessant fighting against the enemy of God, and Heaven is the reward of the winners.

  3. THE TRANSUBSTANTIATION
    27th April I994

    Jesus:
I bear the greatest suffering of the world, but only a few know it. I am truly present and really crucified in every Holy Mass, but few are those who understand the reality of the Holy Sacrifice of Holy Mass. Faith cannot be only a theory — it is necessary to put it into practice, but very few possess this totality of faith.

I take the appearance of bread which has become My Body, just like the flesh that was My Body. I take on the material look that I desire, and this means It is accessible to all creatures so they can participate in the divine life in its plenitude. I dress the material reality as I choose in the visible world, and I have instituted My Holy Eucharist with the aim to remain, in a real manner, accessible and permanent in My Church. At the moment of consecration, I assume the aspect of bread which was offered for this intention, and from the moment of this reality I am crucified and affected by physical pain.

I assume the natural aspect of a host, and since the Host is My Body, it is receptive of all the influences of the Divine Soul which inhabit it. For this reason it is fitting that the host to be consecrated is in the image of the plenitude of holiness and immaculate openness of God. The white and flat host is the most fitting one for the Divine Soul, while the brown host and the rough one with holes are not fitting for the Divine Soul.

  4. #1603,

You didn’t reply to my direct questions about this before; instead heading off onto various hide and seek games, of varying degrees of irrelevance; therefore I won’t answer yours because as far as I know you have already forfeited my challenge to you on this issue. I am somewhat surprised that you want to raise the dead issue once again. You cannot blame me, remember it was you (#1547-48) who have decided to discontinue when you feel your argument went kaput. I know you are up on something but your strategy won’t work on me. Do you not know that you are really very predictable? You created this argument before but somehow now after several days you turn around 180 degrees by denying the relevancy of Apostolic succession in the history of Christianity. What a waste of time and energy discussing with you because there is really something wrong in your mindset that needs to be fixed first before you continue so that discussion would be fruitful and intelligible. Perhaps there is wisdom to brother’s Liam saying goodbye to you and he alone knows why or what is the reason.

And the bragging #1604…terrible indeed, here is what Prov. says of a man whose character went above his head, (Prov. 14:3); “The fool’s mouth contains a rod of pride, the wise man’s lips watch over him.” And, (Prov.12:6); “The words of the wicked men are snares to shed blood, but honest men have an answer and elude them.”

Jesus king of mercy I trust in you!

    Ave Maria!

  5. Nathaniel Fernandes in his post at #1196 made known the facts of an un-sound orthodox mystic by name of vassula ryden and her so called TLIG messages ) which are compositions of demonic influenced messages she blasphemously says are conversations with Jesus. Only people with un-sound minds will post such trash. Surely we are nearing the end times.

  6. #Christine Marie (#1615):

You didn’t reply to my direct questions about this before.

Did I refuse in the first place? May be my mind was pre-occupied with some other thing. You should at least give me the benefit of the doubt. Also i remind you that you must have a mind-set to know the deep things of God and its application in your life and do away with the intentions of throwing challenges of winning debates that only seeks to make you feel good. At least i don’t have the intentions when i made the decision to share scripture teaching on this website blog. At the very beginning, my observation of the tone of your posts revealed a negative approach you intended to take.

know you are up on something but your strategy won’t work on me..

This statement of yours is a dead give away of your negativeness. Always doubting.. being suspicious. Try and understand that i don’t feel defeated if you check-mate me after all I am a man, who like yourself, is not perfect (except Jesus) .. and off course, we are here to learn the truth. And we must gracefully accept the truth and not be overcome by sentiments. No favoritism just because you belong to a certain denomination. You may have noticed Liam has asked which church i belonged to. But i never replied and will never will, because i am a truth seeker so whether whatever church it may be (Catholic, Protestant) is immaterial to me. My intentions are not overshadowed by church teachings, but rather to look into those church teachings and compare if they line up to match the standard declared in the Bible – the scriptures.

The apostolic succession is a sly way to “usurp” with deceitfulness, the foundations that were the already laid down by the Apostles and the apostolic teachings that have been passed on to all Christians as their rightful inheritance.

Did you know that only the Apostles were conferred with 5 special gifts of Apostleship and these 5 special gifts ceased to exist when the last Apostle died? Now today there are even evangelical pastors to carry append the title “Apostle” e.g. Apostle Mr.XYZ – i can give you live examples of video footage on your tube. No one can claim in the present time to be an apostle of Jesus after the last of Jesus’s Apostle died, because any person claiming to be one must also exhibit the five special gifts of Apostleship given to Jesus Apostles. Nobody can claim to have 2 or 3. It has to be five. No when the popes are claiming Apostolic succession, therefore keep in mind they also have to have those special 5 Apostleship gifts but I must say that none of the popes ever possessed them. Do you know about the 5 special apostleship gifts conferred on Jesus Apostles?

  7. OUR EUCHARISTIC GOD

Oh,Lord Jesus, You are the One and Only God as You through Holy Scripture claimed… for no One but You, who created all, could become man And offer His Flesh and Blood as Eternal Food For our salvation. Again, a truth confirmed in Various parts of Holy Scripture.

Oh, Bread of Life, You became a man because You Are Love and Your Love for us ensured our Creation, followed by our Redemption… but the Previous two can not compare with the gift of Yourself as Food on our way through this life To our eternal abode.

Oh, Eternal God, may I receive You daily
On Calvary at Your Holy Mass- for You are Our God, Our Eternal Eucharist, and without Your Love we are all but a myth.

  8. A great clash will become apparent and man will separate from man. Brother against Brother.
    On September 5, 2012 @ 2:30 pm

My dearly beloved daughter nation after nation is going through a transition right now.

Not one nation can fail to understand that much change is in the air.

Not only do the laws, which govern their countries, begin to change, but the faith they once had seems to have evaporated.

Fewer priests, fewer servants in My Christian Church, are coming forward to defend the Laws of God.

Nor do they shout their allegiance to Me. Instead their voices are but whispers amidst the noise of voices, which rant and promote self-love.

The Word of God is being devoured by the voices of the atheists who disguise their voices behind the cloak of government laws, which are being amended in the name of so called Justice, tolerance, for the good of all.

The lies being presented before you are designed to destroy not only the Word of My Father, but Christianity throughout the world.

The apostasy has spread like wildfire and has almost reached breaking point.

This is the time for the intervention of God. Enough lies.

The King of Lies deceives God’s children everywhere. Do not follow your governments who proclaim the Word of God to be a lie.

Do not accept new laws, which condone mortal sin. Fight, all of you. Stand up for what is right.

Do not allow laws, promoted by the King of Lies, to grasp you and your families into a bottomless pit.

Should you allow laws, which ban the practice of your faith, you will suffer. Your souls will lack nourishment and you will become distant from Me.

But should you accept murder and abortion and not stand up against such evil, then your country will be punished by the Hand of God.

While the apostasy continues to spread everywhere, conversion is on the other hand growing and soon the two will collide head on.

A great clash will become apparent and man will separate from man. Brother against brother. Neighbour against neighbour.

There will be two camps. Those who love God and those who don’t.

I will give every soul the chance to decide which camp they wish to become part of, in the hope that they will choose Me, their beloved Saviour.

You My disciples, through your prayers, especially the recital of the Litany of the Grace of Immunity, can bring more souls to Me.

Then I will snatch the good into My Bosom as foretold and in the blink of an eye they will be taken to safety.

My Promise is to save mankind.

But the final choice will be down to each soul through their own free will.

    Your Jesus

  9. ON THE EUCHARIST
    Nov. 18, 1947

    JESUS :
Listen well, Maria, this is a great lesson: The most proper name of the Mass or Sacrifice of the Altar, as you all now call it, is the “Breaking of the Bread.” First, because the Mass originated on the evening of Holy Thursday. And secondly, because the Mass is the perpetual remembrance of My love which extends beyond that hour and that moment.

My Passion, Crucifixion and Death were the historical hour and moment of My love, but the Eucharist is the always of My love for all of you.The Mass is the immolation of the Christ—contemplated not just in relation to the material consummation of My sacrifice, with My sufferings, wounds, beatings, crucifixion and death: caused by men and willingly suffered by Me in obedience to My Father’s Will for the salvation of the world. The Mass is also the loving and willing immolation of a God: of the Word Who breaks Himself in order to give Himself as Bread, as Food for men, humiliating Himself even more than by His death on a Cross.

Nor is “humiliating” an improper word. Think, Maria, of those who sometimes receive Me, those into whom I descend: I, God, the Pure, the Holy. I began at the table of the Last Supper to fuse Myself with the sacrilegious, with sinners, rebels against the Ten Commandments of Sinai and My Two Commandments of love. I began these fusions of Myself with sinners by descending into Judas. Since then, I: the Saint of saints, the Pure of the pure, the Most Perfect, have been “welcomed” by impure lips still warm with lust, by lips blaspheming My Father, by homicidal hearts, by fevers of concupiscence: by beings in whom there is denial, heresy, commerce with Hell, all the rottenness of fallen man, all the duplicity of false sentiments, all the calculating exhibition of a false faith, which in them is not true faith. Only God, and those with Him in Heaven, know the horrors that are consummated at the altar. And these horrors are much greater, immensely greater than the sacrilegious waves of Good Friday…

Yes, Maria. The Mass is the Breaking of the Bread, the Eucharistic sacrifice, which recalls the Sacrifice of Calvary. Because at the table of the Last Supper, already contemplating My immolated Body and My Blood shed for men, I had said: “This is My Body and this is My Blood, the Blood of the new eternal Testament which will be shed for you and for many for the remission of sins.” But the Mass is above all the sacrifice of My love, the remembrance and perpetuation of My divinely, and therefore infinitely, insane love for men.

And it was the Breaking of the Bread (or “the Mass” if you prefer) that you saw, Maria, in the vision of the supplemental Pasch, when I Myself, taught the Bishop of the Church of Christ, and the Bishop of Jerusalem: Peter, and James of Alpheus, to celebrate it.

After the supper of the brothers, came the consumming of My Body and My Blood: left by infinite love in the Food and Drink of salvation. By the grace of the Lord, My priests can summon that Body and Blood from Heaven; nor do the Body and Blood refuse that priestly summons. They can summon It in order to transubstantiate3 the bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ—therefore into Jesus Christ: alive, true, complete, present in the consecrated Species, now transubstantiated into the Holy Body and Blood, the Soul of Jesus, and the Divinity of the Word of God, One with the Father and with Love.

After the fraternal agape, came union of their Divine Brother with His brothers of Earth, with the holy brothers, among holy brothers whom love made equal, though greater ones were there: the priests; and with the little ones: the faithful—union with Him Who knows only how to love, and Who asks love and union with his loved ones.

The need for instruction: one must keep present the fact that the Apostles, deacons and priests of the first centuries of the Christian era, were in the situation of instructing pagans, that is, those who were truly illiterate in the Holy Religion. This need for instruction caused additions to the Breaking of the Bread—Itself so simple and brief. These additions instructed those who aspired to Christianity how to enter into the Sheepfold of Christ: by knowing the Shepherd and Wisdom, by knowing the ancient and eternal Law, and the Words of the Master. Hence the reading of the apostolic epistles and the Gospel were introduced. In the first times, just at the beginning, instead of those readings there was direct preaching: that is, the recounting of ancient times, or the verbal counsels of the apostles, or else the verbal instruction of the sapiential books. And so also there was the verbal narration of My works in the three years of My public life, and of My Birth, Death and Resurrection.

Later, as the Church was growing, there was an insufficient number of true eyewitnesses—i.e., Apostles and disciples—for the growing number of churches. Moreover, though the disciples were full of good will in repeating the episodes of My works and life, they were still subject to man’s shortcomings: to involuntary variations of these episodes, and to arbitrary interpretations of them. Though this was done with a right purpose, yet, it was done…humanly. Hence, the Heads of the Priesthood wanted fixed texts to be read in the Meetings, and then to be explained to the catechumens in that part of the Meeting which preceded the Breaking of the Bread and the praying of the Our Father: just as I intoned this Prayer at the First Breaking of the Bread, and also at the second supplemental Pasch2 —in the presence of the faithful, and after consuming the Species.

Truly, I had then made the Communion precede the Our Father. For centuries now the opposite has been done, and you believe, O men, that you do well. To do this is not a sin, but reflect: What is the Our Father? The prayer of Jesus to the Father. The divine prayer which I taught to men. The perfect prayer. If there were only that prayer, and nothing else but that were said well, you would have all, O men, for your spirit and for your flesh. And you would give to God that which pleases Him, if you lived the Our Father.

I had said: “Our Father”. With every right I could say to the First Person: “Father”. But you,…although God is your Father—you can say it with much less right. Because too infrequently do you reflect in yourselves and in your works the divine likeness to your Father. Sins and inclinations disfigure the Father’s image in you, sometimes even canceling it out.

But see: I transfuse Myself into you. I come into you. I assimilate Myself to you. I deify you at My contact. I come in the Species, and I am in you. And you—voice of man fused with the voice of the Son of God, and your mind on fire from the love that I bring with Me, you are a sanctified altar (I speak of one who eats the Bread of Heaven without sacrilege) which sings and is fragrant from the Holocaust that radiates upon it: the Body of the Lamb of God—you can say “Father” to the Father, with every right. For you have in you the Son of the Father and your Brother. You can pray, knowing what you say. You can offer and ask with perfect power: I give you My Power living in you.

A holy prayer, the Our Father: because said at the moment that Grace—the Christ—makes of His Body and Blood your food, just as He has transubstantiated the species of bread and wine into His Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity. Thus the Eucharistic Species are transformed into you: into your blood, into your flesh. You live from Me, even in your mortal flesh… This is why Viaticum for the dying is always Life, even if sometimes it is not additional life added to one’s finished life. This is why the Eucharist is the life in you that keeps you alive, Maria, soul of Mine.5 I am your oil that pours itself into the lamp of your exhausted body and keeps you alive. I am your Physician. I am your Donor of blood. I am your Lord Who wants you to be: My lamp, My echo, in this spent, cold, dark world, mute of blessed voices.

The other parts of the Mass are adaptations, sometimes necessary, resulting from heresies that emerged down the ages and had to be fought. Anxious adaptations—oh! all good—these adaptations made by My servants. But through man’s own tendency to amplify, tangle, and make things heavy, My servants added, amplified, made heavy, and even entangled—especially for little souls—the so beautiful, simple, initial Breaking of the Bread, and the catacomb Meetings so divinely inspired. But they did it wanting to honor Me, to love Me and make Me loved. And therefore they did a good work, though one not necessary or useful for the Eucharistic Rite.

These adaptations are the superstructures from times of religious peace. Do you think that you Christians today are not in times of religious peace? just because you are calumniated and scorned? and because some priests fall under the fury of a son of Satan? Oh! You do not know! When the times prophesied have come, those who are believers at that time and know of the present times, will be able to say: “For them there was peace; for us there is an atrocious war.” And those superstructures will no longer be possible. They will not withstand the catapults of Satan. Nor will the faithful have time to redo them when they have fallen away.

But the essential, the unchangeable will remain: the Breaking of the Bread, the Meeting together of the faithful. Because those come from Me, and from the Holy Spirit Who inspired the Apostles. And that which comes from Us is eternal.

    This is the lesson, Maria.

You will give these pages to the new Isaac,6 just as they have been written under My Dictation, reserving for yourself to copy them afterward into the directions. You will tell him [Isaac] to copy them with the typewriter and to send you the copy for Rome, so that you may transcribe it or join it to the directions. Thus he will see that I love him, and that when I dictate to you and give you the strength to follow Me — sometimes I do not give it to you fully for My own inscrutable reasons — you do not err in one word.

And now rest in your double warmth: of love for Me, and fever for yourself. Stay in peace, soul of Mine.

  10. THE BEATITUDES IN THE MAGNIFICAT
    Sept. 8, 1948

    SEER:
The Most Holy Master makes me reflect on the words “my Savior” [Lk 1:47], which prove that Mary was unaware of Her lot as the Immaculate and Her destiny as Mother of God.

    JESUS:
Did the Madonna know that She was to be the Mother of the Messiah?

NO. “And troubled by these words, She pondered what sort of greetings that might be” [Lk 1:29].

“Then Mary said to the Angel: ‘How will this happen, if I do not know man?'” [Lk 1:34]

If She had known, She would not have been troubled at that greeting, nor would She have asked what it meant. She would simply have thought: “The hour has come for the conception of the Word in My womb through the work of the Holy Spirit.”

Whereas She is so unaware of it that She asks how it could happen to Her to become a mother if She does not know man. From this question it appears evident that Mary was unware of being the one destined for the divine Maternity, and She was unware as to how and by Whom the act could be accomplished that would give flesh to the Word, and in what manner it would be accomplished.

It is true, as St. Thomas [Aquinas] says, that the Annunciation was willed by God through the free consent of Mary. But it is also true that the Angel had the task of enlightening Mary. Before that, She was unaware.

When She sang the “Magnificat” some days later, She knew it [then], but because Gabriel had announced it to Her.

“Fiat” [“Be it done”], yes. Because She was not unaware of the prophetic pages about the Christ [Messiah], and therefore of the suffering of the Christ-Redeemer.

Contemplate the beatitudes in the Magnificat, and the great Truth hidden in the words “my Saviour.” To those who object to you, Maria, about the “second-begotten” of God, about “the soul of Mary [as] part of God,” have them consider these two things:

I – That Mary was born of a human marriage and, like all men who believe in the Christ [Messiah], was saved (pre-saved or preserved) in view of the future merits of Christ the Savior.

If She would have had a divine nature, as some want to take My exact words to mean—badly understanding them and always literally, because they do not know how to read with the life which is spirit—then Mary would have had no need of being saved. And therefore, being by now filled with the Holy Spirit, She would not have called God “Her Savior”.

II – Every soul, being a “breath, puff, or spirit of life” infused by God in the flesh of man, is a “part of God.” With more perfection would that “breath,

puff or spirit,” be “part of God” which God infused in the flesh of His future immaculate Spouse, Mother, Ciborium of God, and His Ark.

But let them be. Only the eagle fix their gaze on the sun. From flowers only the bees draw honey. The others cannot fix their gaze on the Infinite Light

which is Truth. And again, the others make of flowers only straw or hay for cud-chewing.

But the truth is this: the soul is part of God and the soul of Mary was Part of God.

Yet, let them be! They will bow their foreheads here, before the Truth on His sublime Throne, when forever and for a moment they will see the Sun Who is Truth, and they will be “living eagles” for eternity, or eagles struck down for eternity. For now, they are pigmies who believe they are giants, nocturnal birds who exchange the foolish fire of their science for the Sun of My Wisdom…

Contemplate the beatitudes again, the first ones [contained] in the Magnificat. For whoever knows how to read it, they are the prelude to the beatitudes of the Sermon on the Mount. Look: I will enlighten you, Maria.

[Blessed are the Poor in Spirit]

The beatitude of poverty of spirit: Mary [My Mother] had not gluttonous or avaricious. She did not desire Her own glory, and as soon as She possesses it, She shares it, and from that moment on, She shares it always with all humanity. She brings grace to John, charity to Her cousin, the miracle to Zecharia. Later She will bring Grace into the world. She will give It to men,. She will sacrifice Her own love of a Mother and Her Heart, everything, in true poverty of spirit. And for this She will be Queen of the Kingdom of Heaven. Mary offered Herself meekly, to be an instrument of the greatest and most painful will of God: the Redemption. And She became the Mother whom all generations of the Earth will call blessed.

[Blessed are the Meek, for They shall Inherit the Earth]

She inherited the Earth, after inheriting Heaven, because She was meek besides being without greed and without avarice. Mary, professing Herself a handmaid of God not only in Her words, She consecrated Herself to weeping and sorrow; but Her spirit already exulted in God Her Savior, because those who weep will be comforted.

[Blessed are Those who Hunger and Thirst for Justice]

Mary was ravenous and anxiously thirsted for justice, standing with Her hands raised in offering from Her tenderest years, so that justice might triumph in the world. And God filled Her with Himself, the Supreme Good.

[Blessed are the Merciful, for They shall Obtain Mercy]

Mary made Herself a handmaid out of mercy for Humanity, and Mercy became incarnate in Her and was born of Her.

[Blessed are the Pure of Heart, for They shall See God]

Mary had feared God and therefore She was angelically pure, and saw God in His double Nature, nursed Him, cared for Him, Loved Him like no one else.

[Blessed are the Peacemakers, for They shall be Called Sons of God]

Mary, the Peaceful One, begot Peace, Peacefully, in the continuous poise of the just, in the perfect self-dominion of the innocent, She welcomed the supreme honor and the supreme burden of being Mother of God and Coredemptrix; and God had done so many mighty things in Her that, among all those born by the will of man, She is the true and beloved Daughter of God.

[Blessed are Those who are Persecuted for the Sake of Justice, for Theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.]

Mary is the humble one, and therefore is exalted above every creature. She is the persecuted one because of Her faithful love for the sake of justice, and for this the Kingdom of God was in Her and She is in It.

The humble woman of Nazareth: insulted, calumniated, ridiculed and scorned even by those of Her own blood, just as She Herself sang in Her jubilation—it is She who glorifies the Lord for His infinite power, charity, justice. She is the first Voice of the choir of the Saints, who have come to the Kingdom by being poor of spirit, poor of means, but rich in virtue; by being meek, afflicted, lovers of justice, merciful, pure, peaceful, persecuted.

Truly, I say to you, that as Mary was born by the will of man and from the womb of a woman and is the Daughter of God, Queen of Heaven, so everyone born of man can, with his will, have that which Mary had: God in himself, and the Kingdom of his Father for ever and ever.

  11. Alan, your slaying zeal (utmost gloriously fruitful work than a fruitful work) is counted for righteousness (Ps 106:30-31). Have you ever seen those verses before, brother? How great your love for Jesus our Father is! After reading those verses and read Number 25 about Phinehas’s zeal in killing people, I felt something weird. Ask yourself: Did Paul ever read those verses? If he did, he would never be supporting “faith alone” doctrine. Or otherwise, he could have edited those verses.

Does John 3:16 really tell you to believe in Jesus in order to be saved once for all? Let me make it clearer for you. Suppose you believed in Jesus during a special moment, is this how you received salvation once for all and became full of joy but not fear and trembling? I would like to see your response on that one. Perhaps, you want to make it clear that I do not get a wrong idea.
Maybe we could both avoid the long road ahead of us.

    Is Church Apostolic?
First, we must begin with the Bible. Of course, Apostles are the chosen ones who carried the Word of God and wrote the Scripture for all branches of Christianity. It is not a matter of “Scripture vs. Tradition” but rather just an interpretation against other interpretation.

Remember Paul writes: you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built upon the foundation of the Apostles” (Eph 2:19-20). Apostle John shows us that the Apostles are the “twelve foundations” of the walls of the heavenly Jerusalem” (Rev 21:14). The household of God, the heavenly city – that is, the Church – rests upon the sure foundation of its apostolicity. Interesting, huh?

Psalm 109:8 states “His bishopric let another take.” Luke is discussing here the “office” of Apostle, which the Church even then understood under the title “Bishop” for we understand “episkopen” literally means “overseer”. This is why Judas, a bad Apostle, had to be replaced with a new Apostle who was assigned to preserve the Church belonged to Jesus, “the church of the living God, the pillar and bulwark of the truth” (I Tim 3:15). It goes the same down the generations whenever leaders either die or are excommunicated.

Jesus didn’t say to Peter “Go build Me a church” but instead he said “On this rock I will build MY Church” (Mt 16:18). Notice Jesus did not exchange in Greek language. In Aramaic, there is only one word for “rock”. The Church is One because Paul repeatedly described the Church as “one body,” identified with the integrity and uniqueness of Jesus’ own body (Rom 12:5; I Cor 10:17, 12:12-13; Eph 2:16, 4:4; Col 3:15). Paul says “I appeal to you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree and that there be no dissensions among you (all misinformed Catholics, strong Baptists, and Protestants), but that you be united in the same mind and the same judgment” (I Cor 1:10). The only candidate for such unity is the Catholic Church, which transcends all ethnic, national, and cultural boundaries. It is the only Christian body that professes one faith, undivided, unchanged, throughout the world and throughout the ages. Those separated Christians who profess “scripture alone,” on the other hand, have multiplied denominations into the tens of thousands. Presbyterians and Baptists disagree on how old the children should be baptized as well as Baptists and Lutherans disagree on the nature of sacraments. However, Baptists and Protestants have something in common that is “faith alone” doctrine, not taught by the Catholic Church. I think that is enough for now.

I can attack Marian doctrines and other Catholic teachings all day long like many Christians do. The only thing that changed my mind about Catholics is the adequate evidences that stand against the “faith alone” doctrine.

  12. Faith Alone

“What is Reformed Theology and what are the Doctrine of Grace?” Simply put, Reformed Theology is the theology that developed out of the Protestant Reformation of the 16th and 17th centuries. As the Reformers – men such as Martin Luther, John Calvin, Ulrich Zwingli, and John Knox – were expounding their doctrine and fighting against the errors and abuses of the Roman Catholic Church, certain “catch phrases” or “slogans” developed that summarized their teaching and how it differed from that of Rome. The slogans were (along with their Latin equivalents): 1) Faith Alone (Sola Fide); 2) Scripture Alone (Sola Scriptura); 3) Grace Alone (Sola Gratia); 4) Christ Alone (Sola Christus); 5) To God Alone be the Glory (Soli Deo Gloria).

The first slogan we will look at is faith alone, or more precisely justification by faith alone. What did the Reformers mean by this phrase? To answer this question, we need to have an understanding of what is meant by justification. Justification is a legal term and, biblically speaking, it refers to one’s legal standing before God. Do we have a legal standing before God? Absolutely! Because of the fall into sin (Genesis 3:1-24), Adam and all his descendents were judicially declared guilty before God (Romans 5:12-21). We are dead in our sins and trespasses (Ephesians 2:1) and unable to make ourselves right (or non-guilty) before God.

Justification by faith alone is the answer to our guilt problem before God. How a man (a woman, a person) is made right – justified – before God is through faith alone. This begs the question: Faith in what? Or more precisely, faith in whom? Paul, in his letter to the church in Rome (not the Roman Catholic Church), wrote, “For there is no distinction: for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith” (Romans 3:22-25). We are justified by faith alone in Christ Jesus.

Another question that can be asked is how is this controversial? How does justification by faith alone differ from the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church? In the Council of Trent (1545 – 1563), the Catholic Church responded to the teachings of the Protestant Reformers, and in the sixth session (1547) they declared as heresy the doctrine of justification by faith alone (see canons IX, X and XI of the sixth session). Rome’s doctrine of justification is to say that faith is a necessary ingredient of justification, but that it is not sufficient. We must combine with our faith good works. This is not to say that Rome believes in “works righteousness.” What Rome sees as justification is what Protestants see as the process of sanctification; i.e., the process of growing in practical holiness (putting off sin and growing in righteousness). Roman Catholics see the two as inseparable, whereas Protestants see them as distinct because the bible sees them as distinct.

So we are justified by faith alone, but how exactly is this accomplished? Roman Catholic critics will claim that the doctrine of Sola Fide is a “legal fiction.” The way this works is through imputation. Imputation is a technical word that means, “to ascribe something to someone by virtue of a similar quality in another.” In the sense of justification, it is imputed to Christians through their faith in Christ. To put it another way, the perfect righteousness of Christ is imputed to Christians through their faith (2 Corinthians 5:21). Jesus Christ lived a perfectly sinless life in complete obedience to the law of God. He did so because we, through our sin, could not fulfill the law of God. He then died on the cross in order to pay the ransom for our sins (1 Peter 1:18-19). Our faith, then, acts like a conduit through which the righteousness of Christ is imputed to us and our sin is imputed to Christ. Therefore, we who believe and trust in Christ can righty say that our sins were paid for on the cross (Colossians 2:13-14) and that we are now holy and blameless in God’s sight (Colossians 1:21-22). Justified by faith alone in Christ alone!

  13. John 3:16?

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

I believe John 3:16 is the most important verse in the entire Bible. The whole Bible is important, but without this verse, humanity would be going to hell right now. There wouldn’t be any Jesus that came to save us from our sins. It would also show us that God would not have loved the world that much, either. And all these false doctrines about losing your salvation or getting baptized to go to Heaven would now be true IF if weren’t for John 3:16. You can say that there are other verses in the Bible that tell us how to get saved and go to Heaven, but, without this verse, it’s just one verse less for a person to have faith into getting saved.

So many professed Christians say that in order to be saved, you must get Baptized. I ask this of you though, what does John 3:16 say?

” For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” -John 3:16

Do you see ANYWHERE in that verse that says in order to be saved, you must get Baptized? No! All you have to do to get saved is believe in Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins and take you to Heaven when you die! It don’t get much simpler than that.

So many professed Christians say that you can loose your salvation if you get to far away from the Lord. Again, I ask of you, what does John 3:16 say?

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” -John 3:16

I don’t see ANYWHERE in John 3:16 where the verse read that you can loose your salvation. On the contrary, once you believe in Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins and take you to Heaven when you die, you are, according to John 3:16 saved FOREVER. That is why John 3:16 is so important! This Verse GUARANTEES our everlasting salvation! It guarantees that we, who believe in Jesus Christ to forgive us of our sins and take us to Heaven when we die, WILL BE SAVED FOREVER!!!

So many professed Christians say that a sign of them being saved is when they speak in “tongues”. I ask this of you, yet again, what does John 3:16 say?

” For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” -John 3:16

Do you see ANYWHERE in John 3:16 where the verse says speaking in tongues is a sign of your Salvation? No! John3:16 clearly tells us that if we just believe in Jesus Christ to forgive us of our sins and take us to Heaven when we die, we are saved forever! That is our sign of Salvation! John 3:16 says so! We asked Jesus to come into our hearts and declared Him as our Personal Saviour! Why must “Christians” speak in tongues when John 3:16 makes no mention that speaking in tongues is a sign of your Salvation? It’s not.

I can literally apply this verse to every false religion and false doctrine in the world today and expose them with just John 3:16! I pray that you will see just how important this verse really is. If you stick by John 3:16, you will see just how many cults are really false; just how many false doctrines are really false; and just how the world likes to hide this verse from Christians so they will never know what to believe in. You want truth? Apply John 3:16 to every thing. The results might surprise you…

” For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” -John 3:16

  14. SavedbyGrace or SavedbyWorks? (#1625):

1.) … is this how you received salvation once for all and became full of joy but not fear and trembling?

I cannot tell the reader how many times I have heard the Pharisaic spirit disguised as a minister of the gospel use this verse to instill fear into people warning them that this verse means that one can lose their salvation–that they had better walk a tight rope lest they fall into the unending fiery flames of hell. And this verse has been abused to instill a great deal of fear in many people, especially Catholics.

When these darlings of darkness (preachers) quoted this verse to instill fear in me, I always wondered why one should fear God if in fact God was in me to work out His will in me. Why should I fear? Was He not going to turn all things to my good? (Rom. 8:28) I would think that I should actually jump up and down in excitement that the very creator of the universe chose to take up residence in me to bring about something for me that was for my very own good! I should be dancing, not trembling in fear.

t did not seem likely to me that Paul in writing to the Philippians could have meant literally that they were to work out their salvation in a condition of anxiety and nervousness. We all know that fear destroys love and spoils relationships, and a great deal of the New Testament is taken up with getting rid of the old ideas of fear and substituting the new ideas of love and trust. I realized that the Greek word translated ‘fear’ can equally well mean ‘reverence’ or ‘awe’ or even ‘respect’.

Surely the same Spirit who inspired Paul to write to Timothy that ‘God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power and of love and of a sound mind’ could not also have meant us to live our entire lives in a state of nervous terror. I cannot imagine any real Christian minister being encouraged and refreshed by a display of nervous anxiety.

2.) Psalm 109:8 verse taken out of context. Read what 109:9, the next verse says.

3.) 1 Timothy 3:15 But if I tarry long, that thou mayest know how thou oughtest to behave thyself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

Catholics always try to show this verse that the Church is the “truth”. Is this really?
So, what does this passage mean? Paul is using a building imagery. A pillar rests on immoveable ground, and together they support a structure. Thus the church upholds and supports the truth revealed by God. God’s people are called to preserve the pure teaching of His Word, which is the truth. It is their duty to be light in this dark world. But that does not imply that the church fulfils this great duty perfectly and infallibly. Even in the New Testament, we read about churches (such as the Corinthian and the Galatian churches) which had embraced some serious mistakes and errors. Similarly, Christian teachers are liable to err. James writes “My brethren, let not many of you become teachers knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgement,” and immediately gives the reason for his admonition, “For we stumble in many things” (James3:1,2). St. James humbly admits that even he, who was one of the greatest teachers in the early church, was liable to make many mistakes. We can also mention the apostle Peter who led others astray by his inconsistent behaviour (Galatians 2:11-21).

Yet despite its many shortcomings, the church is called to be the ground and pillar of truth. That is why the apostle Paul writes to Timothy and gives him various instructions about the life and discipline of the church (how to deal with false doctrines, prayer, qualifications for elders and deacons, etc.), so that the church will be strong to fulfill its tremendous responsibility.

You will undoubtedly realize why Paul calls the church, and not the Bible, “the pillar and ground” of truth. Being the Word of God, the Bible is not merely “the pillar and ground,” but the “truth” itself. Jesus prayed to the Father: “Sanctify them by Your truth. Your Word is truth” (John 17:17). In other words, the mission of the church is to faithfully uphold, defend and proclaim the teaching of the Bible. It follows that an indispensable mark of the true church is its faithfulness to the Gospel. A “church” that has departed from the truth and is teaching another “gospel” is a cracked pillar and sandy ground.

If you assume that “the church” refers to the Roman Catholic bishops and not to all Christians, then “the truth” is whatever the Roman magisterium teaches. But if you assume that “the truth” is the Gospel message recorded infallibly in the Scriptures, then you can check out whether the Roman magisterium (which claims to be “the church”) is faithfully teaching God’s message.

  15. Alan

    1. You say,
“I would think that I should actually jump up and down in excitement that the very creator of the universe chose to take up residence in me to bring about something for me that was for my very own good! I should be dancing, not trembling in fear.”

If you feel the above (which is very good and happy for you ) how much more Mother Mary would be being the Mother Of God!

    2. You don’t understand the meaning of believing.

As @SavedByGrace pointed out ” Suppose you believed in Jesus during a special moment, is this how you received salvation once for all and became full of joy but not fear and trembling?”

In Getsemony Jesus’ disciples fell asleep thrice!

By your conversations here you don’t sound charitable at all let alone convincing in any of your convictions.

    3. You quoted, James writes “My brethren, let not many of you become teachers knowing that we shall receive a stricter judgement,” and immediately gives the reason for his admonition, “For we stumble in many things” (James3:1,2).

How are you so adamantly sure your TEACHING is infallible? I repeat, who gave you the authority? If even in the very beginning there were confusions how do you think what you say is the only truth? What is the history of YOUR Bible? Who gave them the authority to change the things from the Catholic Bible?

You have no right Alan, no right to be here. Freedom of speech is until you are giving value. But you have lost it. It is so painful to see you around here giving your pompous statements.

  16. # 1627

I see you acknowledge fear has its great range of meanings. According to the Catholic teaching, “fear and trembling” is a common Old Testament expression indicating awe and seriousness in the service of God. I don’t think Catholics are abusing that verse.

For the number 2 and 3, Psalm 109 mainly speaks punishments against a wicked man. Should a new holy apostle have his children fatherless? Any good apostle is a father to children and is married to a church to represent Jesus’s marriage to the Church. Fatherhood closely associates with priesthood. You still have a problem with Catholics addressing priests “Father”? In Acts 1:20, 109:8 was fulfilled when Judas was replaced with Matthias. Peter, guided by Holy Spirit, was the one who decided. “Twelve foundations” should be free of any wicked man. Why should Judas be one of the 12 apostles, which are also 12 foundations the Church – God’s Household, Heavenly Jerusalem (not mentioned in Genesis) – was built upon? No, the 12th apostle should be holy. As time goes by, the number of bishops multiplied in accord with the number of people in other nations. This is how the Church grows like a mustard seed turning into a tree where birds can fly to and rest.

Roman Catholics understand that the kingdom of heaven or God is here on earth. This teaching seems to be attacked by Non-Catholics just because the kingdom of heaven is supposed to be a place where all angels live. Baptists think we are instructed to help bring the kingdom of heaven. In Matthew 13, Jesus’ parables describe what the kingdom of heaven looks like. One of the parables mentions about the angels and devils living together in the kingdom of heaven until the end of age (See Mt 13:33 and 13:36-43). This clear image should serve you well.

Furthermore, Mk 14:25 states “Amen, I say to you, I shall not drink again the fruit of the vine until the day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God.” Obviously, Baptists think Jesus will come and drink the cup and yet they don’t know when he will drink the cup again. Remember Jesus in Gethsemane Garden begged for the cup to be passed to Him? He begged for the cup 3 times. He was not pleading “Please don’t let me die on the cross.” The cup is referred to the cup of salvation in Psalm 116:13: “I will raise my cup for salvation.” He had to fulfill the rhythm in Psalm 113:1-3, which mentions His Name 3 times. His Name wasn’t mentioned again until Psalm 116:14. Hanging on the cross, He said “I thirst” and the wine was raised by a Roman soldier and He drank it, which fulfilled Mk 14:25. Then, Jesus said “It is finished.” Did you know what “It” refers to? “It” refers to the Old Passover explained in Exodus 12. Jesus renewed it with the New Passover, which is eating unleavened bread. If one asks “Where in the Bible it says about the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass?” The answer is Luke 22:19-20, but I urge all Catholics not to win the argument. He didn’t say “write this down” or “read it” but simply “do it”. He did 4 things. He took the bread, said the blessing, broke it, and gave it to them. He also did the same 4 things for the crowd of 5,000. Two men recognized Jesus after Jesus did the same 4 things, prior to his vanishing. Since Adam and Eve disobeyed God by eating the forbidden fruit, we must “DO” eat His Body and drink His Blood, so we may have everlasting life for Mary tells us, “Do whatever He tells you” in her motherly tone. “Adelphos” is the Greek word for brother, and it literally means “from the same womb”. If Jesus allows us to share everything with Him, then we should be able to share with His mother.

  17. A Letter to Baptist.

    Dear Jerry:

Late is better than never, and even though I have thought about our conversation several times over the last weeks, it is not until today that I have been able to sit down and put a few thoughts on paper. I half expected you to call so we could get together again for more discussions. We can grill more salmon and you can bring your family next time. We don’t have to talk about “religion” the whole time; we could also discuss life in general such as business, raising children, or politics. We could also take a walk along the trails we cut through our woods.

Even though our discussion several weeks ago was lively at times, my wife and I sincerely enjoyed the “give-n-take” of your visit; we always respect people who are passionate about their beliefs, and even though we may disagree with some of the conclusions, we feel a comradery with others who, like us, desire to be in the center of God’s will and pleasing to Him.

Since we last spoke I have had several publishers show an interest in publishing the three books I’ve finished so far; so who knows what the Lord might do. I am now in the middle of three more books: Abraham and Justification, The Church, and another critiquing Hislop’s The Two Babylons.

By the way, do you know anything about Alexander Hislop? There is no information on him in the book. I have written to the publisher, Loizeaux Brothers in Neptune NJ, and they know nothing. He is a mystery man. They have absolutely no information on him and they have had the question asked many times. I do not think he is an orthodox Christian, especially in light of the comments he makes regarding the Trinity. I am trying to get to the bottom of this mystery. The theory that he propounds, that the Catholic Church is the “whore of Babylon”, is quite an untenable theory, even though I believed it myself for many years. I grew up as a child seeing that book prominently placed on my father’s bookshelf. When I get the critique done I’ll give you a copy if you are interested.

I’d like to know what you thought of Baptism and The Eucharist (contained in Crossing the Tiber). Back when I was a fundamentalist I would not have appreciated them very much, in fact I would have set about disproving them. They would have irritated me and I would have just dismissed the historical portion as some kind of “Catholic history”, not understanding why the early Christians would have said and believed such things. The Protestant tradition was such a part of my interior fabric that I was willing to be a bit irrational at times to make things fit into the tradition I had adopted.

Remember we agreed that the substitutionary death of Jesus on the cross was the heart of the Gospel? And you said you had a four foot stack of Catholic books that never once mentioned it? You may be surprised but I flipped open the new Catechism of the Catholic Church. The Catechism is full of the Gospel, from explaining the substitutionary death of Christ on the cross, to blood atonement, to the need for faith in justification. I have read many Catholic books and seemed to find things you didn’t see, or maybe didn’t want to see. Or possible, they were not using the exact Baptist nomenclature you have come to be comfortable with.

When you were here we briefly discussed Jesus’ dialog with Nicodemus. I did a little more research on John 3:5 and the contextual flow of the passage surrounding the verse. I am referring specifically to the Lord Jesus’ response to Nicodemus’ question:

“Nicodemus said to Him, ‘How can a man be born when he is old? He cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born, can he?’ Jesus answered, ‘Truly truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. (John 3:4,5 NASB)

In our discussion, and in my book, I explained that the words of Jesus were referring to baptism, and that baptism is the sacrament by which a person, through faith and the Spirit, is born again. Even a year ago this concept would have been odious to me. In 1993 I made sure my daughter understood the “symbolic nature” of baptism before she could be baptized with her friends by Pastor Roland at the First Baptist Church of Wayne. I used Harry Ironside’s little booklet Baptism as the basis for her instruction.

You had made a comment about the word “and” in the clause “water and (kai) Spirit”. Now if I understood you correctly at the time, you seemed to dismiss the words of our Lord rather cavalierly by saying that the Greek word for kai, which connects water and Spirit, could possibly to be translated “even of” instead of “and”. I researched this a bit and found that the weight of the evidence, and the opinion of the scholars, is certainly against such a rendering. Is this the logical flow of the text? Is this the clear contextual way the text would be translated? How did the early Church understand this verse?

In sharing the Gospel with the cults, especially Jehovah’s Witnesses, I find they take very little interest in the context. They come to a text with a preconceived idea and they wrestle the “tough passages” into line with their “theology” and force God’s word into their mold. I am afraid many sects do that with Jesus’s words in John 3:5. Protestant tradition often forces one into the position of “making the word of God of none effect through your tradition”. (Mark 7:13 KJV) As a Protestant, or rather as a Baptist Fundamentalist, I was guilty of doing this on many occasions, though I did it with a clear conscience, not knowing that I was wrong to do so. I had certain “blip” verses which created a problem so I just “blipped” over them in order to avoid the uncomfortable conclusions. Jesus and the Apostles said things in such a way as to make us uncomfortable today. They said things in ways we wouldn’t think of saying them today. How would you have liked Jesus to reword John 3:5 to better fit your tradition?

John is very clear in his Gospel, especially in light of the context, about what Jesus is saying. The Apostle John, who probably wrote his Gospel in the lifetime of Emperor Trajan (AD 98 – 117), would clearly understand how his end-of-the-century readers would understand the dialog between Jesus and Nicodemus, especially since regenerational baptism had always been, and currently was, the teaching and practice in the lifetime of John. The Apostle John’s contextual flow describes the words of John the Baptist and the baptism of Jesus (the waters of baptism and the Spirit descending as a dove), then, after the wedding in Cana, He speaks with Nicodemus and mentions being born again by water and Spirit. How would contemporary listeners, those without the bias of Protestant tradition, have understood the words of our Lord Jesus?

Immediately after the dialog with Nicodemus John records, “After this Jesus and his disciples went into the land of Judea; there he remained with them and baptized.” (John 3:22) and then again, “When therefore the Lord knew how the Pharisees had heard that Jesus made and baptized more disciples than John,. . .” (John 4:1, KJV). Why would John place these events in this context? Jesus and his disciples baptizing is not mentioned in the Synoptics. Why would he frame the teaching of rebirth by water and Spirit, within such a blatantly baptismal framework? John knew his context and, devoid of Protestant prejudices, meant to tell us exactly what Jesus meant and exactly what the Church has always understood it to mean. John was no fool, nor is the Holy Spirit. My old parochial traditions had forced me to nullify the very words of Jesus, or at least to reason my way around them.

Then one has to wonder what the early Christians, even those who knew Christ and/or the Apostles, understood Jesus’s words to mean. There is no need to list the citations here. That has been amply done for OT, NT, and the early Church in my book Crossing the Tiber. Did anyone in the first centuries hold to the contemporary Protestant symbolic view of baptism? Nope. And if you disagree with me, the burden of proof is on you. Did the early Church of the Apostles preach the Protestant theology? No, not even close. If someone disagrees, let them produce the evidence. I was dumbfounded as I read the early writings. Many people have flatly stated that they do not care what the Fathers taught, if something was really important God would have put it clearly in the NT. The same Fathers and Bishops of the Catholic Church who defined and defended the Trinity, the deity of Christ, the inspiration and inerrancy of Scripture, also taught the Real Presence of Christ in the Eucharist, baptismal regeneration, the sacraments, the authority of bishops, the visible and organic unity of the Church, etc.

The Apostles, their disciples and the Fathers knew nothing of Luther’s sola Scriptura, sola fide, and other Protestant deviations. They didn’t have a NT and it was these Catholic bishops, the teaching authority, that canonized the NT that is read and accepted today by all branches of Christianity.

By the way, remember you said Calvary Baptist Church on Joy Road in Canton was not a Baptist Church? You commented that it was a “free church” and not really Baptist? I found that rather strange, having been raised in that church. I called them the other day to ask if they had given up their Baptist distinctives. They were shocked and said, “Heavens no, we are very Baptist in our theology!” Did you not know that, or were you trying to “pull the wool over my eyes” so you would not be affiliated with any specific tradition and therefore be free from critique? I find that people like to do that. They want the Catholic to bear the burden of 2,000 years of less-than-perfect history, while they stay unaffiliated, generic Christians, so that they are not open to scrutiny. I always feel that in an honest discussion, it is only fair for both parties to lay their cards on the table.

Are you ashamed to be a Baptist? a Fundamentalist? an Evangelical? a Protestant? If you really believe that way, don’t be ashamed. There are worse things than being called a Fundamentalist. I bore that label for thirty-nine years, proudly, and never once denied or cowered from the appellation. If you believe it, be proud of it and speak it to the heavens. If you are ashamed or leery of it, then get a “denomination” you can be proud of.

Please realize that I am not trying to be critical. I am still arguing with my past beliefs and it is good for my soul to think through these things again. I know you are a good Christian, and a sincere one. No one would evangelize and care for the lost like you do without a genuine love for the Lord Jesus. Since we both love the Lord and have differences of opinion on certain matters, it is good and right for us to have these “manly” discussions to analyze our understandings of the Gospel and to find out the true doctrine. Please do not consider my meanderings here as an attack, they are not intended in that manner. I am thinking out loud and challenging you as one brother to another, out of love for you, love for the Lord and love for His word.

Do you mind if ask a few more questions now that we’re rolling right along? Hopefully we can discuss them further at a future date over a nice dinner. First, we discussed the biblical teaching that Abraham was justified by faith, as written in Genesis and reiterated by Paul in Romans 4:9 where he says that “faith was reckoned to Abraham as righteousness.” You commented that the word reckoned was aorist (it is actually 3rd person, singular, aorist, passive, indicative) and therefore meant that at one point in time (punctilliar, the definition of aorist). You were absolutely right. We agree.

So, can you pin point the moment when Abraham believed? Can you pin point the punctilliar moment he was saved? Since this was such a momentous occasion in the history of mankind, and in the drama of salvation history, it should be clearly shown when Abraham actually believed and was reckoned as righteous. From unbelief to belief, from no faith to real faith.

We know that Paul quotes from Genesis 15, but is that where Abraham first believed God? the first time he had faith? What about in Genesis 12? Doesn’t Hebrews 11:8 tell us, “By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. (KJV). Was this some other kind of faith? We see here an obedience based on faith. He built altars to God on the plain of Moreh (Gn. 12:6,7), in Bethel (Gn. 12:8), and Hebron (Gn. 13:18). During this time by faith “he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God” (Heb. 11:10). Please note that this is all before the declaration of Genesis 15. There were many years, probably over ten years, between his first mentioned demonstration of saving faith and the subsequent declaration of righteous in Genesis 15. At what point did his faith save him? or was it a process of faith and obedience? The fact that Paul uses the aorist in Romans 4:9 tells us very little, if anything, regarding Abraham’s faith and subsequent righteousness.

Further, in the Christian context, justification is seen as the entrance into the New Covenant. When did God give Abraham the sign of the covenant? In Genesis 12 when he first believed at 75 years old? In Genesis 15 when it says he was counted as righteous? or in Genesis 17 when he was ninety-nine years old?

God established His covenant with Abraham in Genesis 17. The sign of the covenant was circumcision, ouch! Abraham was justified by faith, but what would have happened if he had refused to obey and cut off his foreskin? What would his status have been before God then? Would his obedience (good works) or disobedience have entered into the equation? What if Abraham had refused to sacrifice his son?

Now, in the book of James we have another perspective on Abraham’s righteousness. I used to dislike the book of James and could clearly understand why Luther called it an “epistle of straw”. James also discusses the elements of Abraham’s faith and the resulting justification. But from a Protestant perspective James must have been a little confused. He thinks Abraham was not justified in Genesis 15 or 17, but much later in Genesis 22, when he offered up Isaac. He states, “Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? (James 2:21 KJV). And then James is bold enough to say, “So you see, a man is justified by his works, and not by faith alone.” (James 2:24) You can see why Luther disliked James.

This whole story of Abraham is not as neatly packaged as Luther and his progeny would like us all to believe. I believe as you do that we are saved by faith; it is the faith alone that I object to. And since Romans does not say that we are justified by faith alone, and James flatly denies it I think one has to ask themselves if they are being true to God’s word, or if they are being true to their tradition (which, in this case is only 400 years old) and thereby nullifying and altering the word of God. I challenge you to find the justification by faith alone concept taught anywhere before Huss, Wycliff, Luther and Calvin. When we get together again we can read the account of Abraham, and the books of Romans and Galatians in context and see what we come up with.

Somehow the argument Paul is making in Romans has been squeezed into the framework of the Protestant and Catholic debate. Was this in Paul’s mind when he wrote to the Jewish believers in Rome, his perceived interlocutors? Paul is not arguing about faith vs. good works (obedience). This isn’t even in Paul’s mind. When the books of Romans and Galatians are read in context, both sociologically and biblically, it is clear what Paul is doing. Exegetical study means understanding and thinking about what is being said and allowing the text to speak for itself. The opposite of this, and the way most Protestants approach the text with their Catholic vs. Protestant outlook, is called eisegesis. This is the reading of our conceptions and biases into the text. One has to consider the current and critical situation Paul is addressing and read the text in that light.

The Jews were not content to let Gentiles just become Christians by faith. After all, Jesus was sent to the Jews. He was the Jewish Messiah. The Jews of that time considered it a logical necessity therefore, for the Gentiles to first convert and obey Jewish laws and customs, and bear the mark of the covenant, before being allowed to follow the Jewish Messiah. They had to obey and comply with the OT laws and customs first. In other words, the Judaizers were trying to make Gentiles become “Jews” first, before they became Christians. They were saying one became a Christian by observing all the laws of the Jewish religion. Paul was not arguing salvation by faith vs. faith plus obedience! He was saying, “Did Abraham become righteous by circumcision and obedience to the Ten Commandments? No, he was reckoned as righteous way before these things existed. How was he made righteous? By believing God while virtually in the state of being a Gentile, why? Because there were no Jews yet. There were no Ten Commandments yet, there was no Leviticus and Deuteronomy yet, there was no tabernacle yet?”

Abraham was justified as a Gentile (non-Jew) and did not have to become a Jew first, before he could be justified in God’s eyes. Now, these Gentiles converts, how could they become justified? Did they have to get circumcised and follow all the Jewish legal and ceremonial laws before God would justify them? Did they have to become Jews to become Christians? No, they could be justified just like Abraham was – by faith. James then elaborates what faith is and the crucial element of obedience (works), as does John in his first epistle.

So, the Catholic vs. Protestant argument, the faith vs. faith and obedience debate, had absolutely nothing to do with the discussion Paul was having with the Jewish Christians in Rome and Galatia. This was not what was going on, this is not what Paul was dealing with. It is sad that Protestants have done such an injustice to these passages by trying to use them as proof texts for the defense of Luther’s sola fide. See why context is so important? Protestants have turned the situation of Abraham’s being reckoned righteous by faith into a faith vs. faith and obedience argument and thereby misunderstanding everything Paul is really trying to deal with. I had been so ingrained in the Protestant tradition, in the Protestant “think-nothing-like-a-Catholic” mentality that I was blinded to a lot of what God was really trying to say, which was effectively a nullifying God’s word for the sake of my tradition.

Now, if this isn’t a matter of faith vs. faith and obedience, are we saved by faith alone apart from good works (obedience to God)? Paul does not address this in the argument. He gives us a clue by framing his “faith” discussion in Romans with the phrase “obedience of faith” in the first and sixteenth chapters. Did Paul do this on purpose? Christ died for our sins and we are justified by believing (faith) in Him, apart from the legal and ceremonial laws of the Jews, but not apart from obedience and holiness. This is the teaching of the Catholic Church. It can be said no more clearly and profoundly than this quote from Lumen gentium from the Vatican II documents: “The followers of Christ, called by God not in virtue of their works but by His design and grace, and justified in the Lord Jesus, have been made sons of God in baptism, the sacrament of faith, and partakers of the divine nature, and so are truly sanctified. They must therefore hold on to and perfect in their lives that sanctification which they have received from God.”

The discussion of faith and obedience (good works), taught by Jesus and the NT writers, can be discussed when we get together again. You may want to check out some passages like Matthew 18, and notice in particular verse 35. Is He referring to the unbelievers or to those also who had believed? Things are not always as neat and tidy as we would like them to be.

One last comment on your “faith alone” concept, which if understood correctly, is accurate terminology. But, when we talked, you were emphatic that it was Abraham’s one time belief in God that caused God to “reckon it to him as righteousness”. This is Paul’s argument in Romans and Galatians, which we have already discussed. However, are you aware of Psalm 106:31? You may want to start by reading Number 25 to get the background of the story. Phineas was zealous for the house of God and took action. His action was “reckoned to him as righteousness”. I did a little research and found it to be exactly the same Hebrew words as Genesis 15:6 and the same Greek as in the Septuagint (the OT that Jesus and the Apostles used). Amazing, uh?

I checked the complete works of Luther; he never referred to this verse. One out of three Protestant commentaries skip over the verse completely. Kiel and Delitch say it is unusual, that it seems to be presenting another ground for justification. No one from the Protestant camp knows what to do with this verse. It’s kind of like the second chapter of James. One cannot simply say, “It was really his faith, he was a true son of Abraham” because that would be reading preconceived ideas and traditions into the text (and remember what Jesus said to the Pharisees when they did that?). To alter the words of the Psalmist (assumed to be David) would be to manipulate the Scriptures to fit your Fundamentalist tradition.

Others may say it is only poetry and one cannot extrude theology from poetry. It would be difficult to support such an untenable position considering the importance of this phrase in salvific history. The Psalmist most assuredly knew and understood this pinnacle event in his father Abraham’s life. David would not have used the words “reckoned to him as righteousness” lightly. The Holy Spirit is careful with His words and does not make stupid mistakes with key theological phrases. So what does it mean? I don’t think I want to draw too many conclusions at this point. I do know however, that it lends great support to the Catholic position and presents real problems for an honest and knowledgeable Fundamentalist.

We do see the Scripture telling us Abraham was reckoned as righteous based on his belief (which could possibly be considered a “work”, since it says “he believed God”; as opposed to not believing) and then we hear David say that Phineas was reckoned as righteous based on his zealousness for God. So, if we interpret this passage the way the Fundamentalist interprets Genesis 15:6 we see two biblical means of being reckoned righteous in God’s eyes: faith and zeal.

Do you remember your emphasis on the aorist tense of the words “believed” and “reckoned”? Since Psalm 106:31 uses the exact wording, does the zealousness that caused God to declare Phineas to be reckoned righteous a one-point-in-time zealousness. In other words, was Phineas justified by a single act of zealousness, the way Abraham was justified by a single act of belief? If you asked this question of James the Apostle, how do you think he would answer it?

I will leave it for you to ponder, knowing you want to be honest and careful with the Word of God. Many more things could be said, and I predict this verse will play a serious role in the future debate over “faith alone”, and will challenge many complacent Fundamentalists to search the Scriptures and take the historical record a little more seriously. I can see why it has been ignored. I don’t expect too many Fundamentalists to use this verse or concept in an altar call. It’s another one of those bumps in the Roman’s Road.

One last question: Have you checked the Greek tenses of the verse whereby you “were saved”? While you were here you told me repeatedly that you read John 3:16 and your eyes were opened and you were “saved”? I have dissected the verse a little to show the verb tenses: John 3:16 “For God so loved (aorist, punctilliar) the world, that he gave (aorist, punctilliar) his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth (present, progressive) in him should not perish (aorist), but have (present, progressive) everlasting life.” (KJV)

Interesting, uh? The present tense “that whosoever is believing in Him” puts a different light on the verse. One would expect the believe to be aorist, to show it’s a once-and-for-all, a one-point-in-time event. One could ask why Jesus switched to the present tense in a verse full of aorists. The present tense implies continually believing, a process of believing, and not the punctilliar belief I was once convinced of. Hewitt in his grammar textbook, New Testament Greek (James Hewitt, B.A., B.D., M.A., Ph.D.; Hedrickson Publishers; 1986, page 13) says, “The present tense is basically linear or durative, ongoing in its kind of action. The durative notion may be expressed graphically by an unbroken line, since the action is simply continuous. This is known as the progressive present. Refinements of this general rule will be encountered; however, the fundamental distinction will not be negated. He who is currently, habitually and continuously believing . . .

Also, the word believe can’t be reduced to mere mental assent. The word believe in biblical times carried with it the concept of obedience and reliance. Kittel says “pisteuo means ‘to trust’ (also ‘to obey’) . . .” Vines says, “. . . reliance upon, not mere credence . . .” This is confirmed further by John the Baptist’s statement in John 3:36 “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not (apeitheo) the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (KJV) The work apeitheo is understood by all good translators and commentators to mean obedience. The opposite (antonym) of believe is disobey. The verse in the RSV says “He who believes (present tense) in the Son. . . he who disobeys (present tense, progressive, state of persistence) the Son . . . “ The NASB translates the verse like this: “He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him”. Kittel, a Protestant reference work, clearly defines apeitheo to mean “to be disobedient.” Belief has obedience wrapped in its arms and the opposite of biblical belief is disobedience. One cannot consider themselves to be biblical if they teach salvation by mental assent (which amounts to cheap grace) without the subsequent and corollary obedience.

Finally, there can only be one of two opposing statements that can be true. Christians have fallen into the rut of 20th century relativism. They can accept contradictory beliefs as being equally valid. 1+1=2, it does not equal 3. Frank Schaeffer in his new book Dancing Alone describes the situation: Perhaps the early Protestant Reformers had no idea of the mortal danger they had unleashed, danger to their own culture’s underpinnings. Yet within the lifetime of Luther and Calvin, the rapidly proliferating Protestant denominations found themselves in need of a historically legitimating tradition. This need arose because Protestants began contradicting (and killing) one another over their various interpretations of Scripture. Having no one Holy Tradition to which all Protestants subscribed, the only recourse for the divided Protestant denominations was to individual and subjective appeals to Scripture. One problem became glaringly evident: one person’s interpretation of Scripture often disagreed with that of others. Protestants soon found themselves ensnared in their endless warring, where they remain adrift today. There is, though, one important difference: no one in the larger secularized culture listens anymore.”

Well I have gone on long enough, and I would again reiterate that I have only bared my heart out of love for you and the Lord. I tend to be a perfectionist, which can be a disadvantage in the real world, but I hope you aren’t angry at me for sharing my thoughts with you. As a long time Billy Graham, Harry Ironside, Francis Schaeffer, R. C. Sproul, Charles Spurgeon, D. L. Moody, J. I. Packer, A. W. Tozer, and F. F. Bruce evangelical, I understand fully where you are coming from. I also know the weaknesses and inconsistencies of the Fundamentalist position.

The Fundamentalist’s, and the Protestant’s, biggest and most fundamental flaw is not their sola fide stance, it is their dilemma with the canon of Scripture. I am sure you are aware of that already. Even R. C. Sproul says the best the Protestant can hope for is a “fallible list of infallible books”. Calvin says the final test of inspiration and canonicity is an internal witness. Sola Scriptura is a very trying thing for a Protestant; I know. Those who believe in Scripture alone cannot prove it from Scripture alone. And worse yet is the incoherence of the Protestant teaching that proclaims individual reading of Scripture as the highest authority and at the same time imposes their views as correct.

Like I said at the start of this letter, I respect you for your passion and sincerity. But remember that passion is not a guarantee of correct doctrine, and one can be sincerely wrong. I will be praying for you and hopefully we can pursue the discussion further in the future. If you have an interest in continuing our dialog, please give me a call and we can schedule a relaxed evening together with our families. Do you have children? They would probably have a nice evening with our kids. We could even build a big bonfire and cook marshmallows.

May the grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord be with you.

In the Blood of the Lamb,

    Steve Ray

  18. Water Baptism in the Gospels is a biblical truth as well as an ordinance commanded by the Lord Jesus in an imperative tone. A question:

1.) Why were people who were baptised during the gospel period had to be re-baptized in Acts 19:1-7?

Because Jesus when he said “ye must be born again”, he is saying that what happens to begin your spiritual life has some kind of parallel with what happened when you began your physical life.

Baptism is no doubt one of the “ordinances” commanded by the Lord in the imperative tone, but it is not the only requirement. There a 3 others. Magnifying only Baptism at the expense of shutting out the other three is akin to teaching just a quarter of the truth, taking that quarter and making it into the whole truth. This happens when bible verses are taken out of context and made into a pretext. And eventually that pretext breeds heresies.

There are four crucial steps for a full Christian Born Again experience which is clearly articulated in the New Testament as imperative requirements and not only “baptism”.

This four crucial steps (I call it the four steps to freedom) to enter the kingdom of God on earth and eternal life is strictly in the following order:
    (a) Repentance toward God.
    (b) Believe (by Faith) in the Lord Jesus.
    (c) Be Baptised in Water.
    (d) Receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Of the above four, item (b) is the most important of all.

These are the steps the Apostles would take curious enquirers about the Christian faith, through. Note: The Apostles preached the Gospel (good news) of Jesus Christ first, before leading potential enquirers.

So the Catholic Church stresses “only” Baptism as an important ordinance is preaching only half the truth and not the full truth.

  20. My Name is no longer revered. My Name is cursed
    On September 4, 2012 @ 11:05 pm

My dearly beloved daughter, the pain of rejection and the hatred of humanity is felt by Me every moment of each day.

It never eases. My Crucifixion was only the beginning.

It may have heralded the salvation of mankind, but My pain will continue until Satan is banished.

While he is present and reigns over the earth, which he does still at this time, My pain and torment is never ending.

The only relief is the joy I feel when I see real love present in the world of pure souls towards each other.

It is this love, which keeps the Light between night and day possible. For without My Light, darkness would prevail twenty-four hours a day.

Imagine if you will, My pain.

For those among you, who suffer pain and hurt by the hands of those you love, you will know exactly what My pain is like.

When you are tormented cruelly, both mentally and physically, by someone you love, the pain is harder to bear.

Even if you know that the person who persecutes you is in terrible darkness, it does not ease your pain. If anything, it increases the intensity and severity of your suffering.

This is because you still care about your tormentors but you know that they suffer and cannot help their behaviour.

So much darkness are they in, when you try to explain to them what they have to do in order to get rid of their darkness they will not listen.

    They don’t want to listen.

Nor do they want to rejuvenate their spirit in order to see the light, the love and the joy they would feel if only they would listen to you, the one person who truly loves them despite their faults, their one chance to reject this dangerous dark cloud, which covers their whole spirit, to set them free.

The pain of rejection is hard for Me, your Saviour, the Son of Man.

I suffered a terrible physical suffering, much of which was not given to the world in every detail; so horrible was the torture, for I did not want this kind of sympathy.

No, I just sought your loyalty, your faith as well as the joy and relief of your knowing that you were saved from eternal damnation.

But does humanity really know of the Gift I have given them really?

Many to go Mass, or receive the wine at other Christian Churches to honour My Gift but they do not understand what this means.

I gave Myself completely in Body, Mind and Soul. When you receive Communion you must consume My Body fully and not just say you honour Me.

For without My Body, My Real Presence, I cannot capture your souls. Don’t you know this?

Why do you reject My genuine Gift in the way it was explained to My Apostles? That The Eucharist is indeed My Body?

You cannot imagine the graces, which have been lost to you, your families and generations because of your dismissal of the Power of such a Gift.

My pain never goes away. I weep. I suffer. I cry when I witness sin so rampant in the world that My Name is no longer revered. My Name is cursed. I feel intense pain.

You, My daughter, have been given this same pain for the last few months. I allowed this assault on you by the evil one to infiltrate you. This sacrifice, offered by you for Me, as a victim soul, was difficult but you learned one simple lesson through it.

When you are the victim of such cruel suffering at the hands of others, in My Name, you feel the very pain I am feeling at the same time.

Our pain is entwined My daughter in this mystical union. You accepted My Call to become a victim soul willingly, knowing the consequences, frightening though it was, in order to save souls.

Now that you bring conversion, you know that when suffering is required it is to match My own suffering, which is and can be very traumatic and hurtful.

Because of your human nature you will, from time to time, tend to struggle and fight against the horror being inflicted upon you especially when even the pain of nails, being hammered into your wrists, would be preferable to the torment you have been asked to endure in My Name.

My Graces helped you in your submission to these requests of suffering. They granted you a strength, which allowed you to rise, stand high and praise God. For these are graces to help you accept suffering as Gift to God to save souls in mortal sin.

The next time someone torments you, treats you cruelly and mentally abuses you children if you could remember this then you will overcome your pain.

Say to Me this Crusade Prayer (75) I assign My Pain to You dear Jesus

Jesus I assign my pain and suffering to that which You suffered during Your Agony on Calvary.

For every insult I endure I offer it to You.

For every abuse and verbal onslaught I suffer I offer it in honour of Your Crowning of Thorns.

For every unfair criticism of me I offer it in honour of Your humiliation in front of Pilate.

For every physical torment I endure at the hands of others I offer it in honour of Your Scourging at the Pillar.

For every insult I endure I offer it up in honour of the terrible physical torture You endured during the Crowning of Thorns when they tore out Your Eye.

For every time I imitate You, impart Your Teachings and when I am sneered at in Your Name let me help You on the road to Calvary.

Help me to be rid of pride and never to be afraid to admit that I love You dear Jesus.

Then when all seems hopeless in my life dear Jesus help me to be brave by remembering how You willingly allowed Yourself to be Crucified in such a vile and cruel way.

Help me to stand up and be counted as a true Christian, a true soldier in Your army, humble and contrite in my heart, in remembrance of the Sacrifice You made for me.

Hold my hand dear Jesus and show me how my own suffering can inspire others to join Your army with like-minded souls who love You.

Help me to accept suffering and to offer it up to You as a gift to save souls in the final battle against the tyranny of the evil one.

    Amen.

Suffering My daughter, difficult as it is, is a Gift, which I use by handing it over to those I trust in My Heart so that I can save souls.

You My daughter have eased My suffering greatly by your response. It will take some time however before I am free of the Cross.

This can only come about when I save every possible soul alive on the earth today.

    Your Jesus

  21. After these things, I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that they should not blow upon the earth, nor upon the sea, nor on any tree.

2 And I saw another angel ascending from the
rising of the sun, having the sign of the living God; and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,

3 Saying: Hurt not the earth, nor the sea, nor the trees, till we sign the servants of our God in their foreheads.

God the Father: Rise now and accept My Seal, the Seal of the Living God

    On February 20, 2012 @ 12:20 am

My beloved daughter My heart heaves in sorrow for the sins of My children.

Like any loving Father their wicked hatred for each other tears My heart in two.

It is like a sword piercing My heart which will not go away.

I am God of the Most High who, because of the free will I have given to all of My children, will have to suffer enduring pain until the New Paradise on earth evolves.

Then you will My children join in unison with My Holy Will.

Until that happens there can be no peace on earth.

Only when the evil one, and those who slavishly follow the lies he promises, are destroyed finally can the world become calm.

My daughter tell My children that I do not relish the thoughts of punishing My children for I love them.

They are mine, my cherished creation. To see how the evil one has corrupted their souls is a constant torment to Me, their beloved Father.

I desire to take all of you loving children who know and understand My love for you, into My beautiful New Paradise on earth.

I promise you that the persecution will be swift and that you will be protected.

For I now bequeath the Seal of My Love and Protection.

With this you will escape the notice of those who will cause hardship in your countries.

My Seal is My promise of Salvation. My power will surge through you with this seal and no harm will come to you.

This is a miracle children, and only those who bow before Me, their Lord and Creator of all things, as little children with love in their hearts for Me, can be blessed with this divine gift.

Rise now and accept My Seal, the Seal of the Living God.

Recite this Crusade Prayer (33) to acknowledge My Seal and accept it with love, joy and gratitude.

O My God, My loving Father
I accept with love and gratitude
    Your Divine Seal of Protection

Your Divinity encompasses my body and soul for eternity
I bow in humble thanksgiving and offer you my deep love and loyalty
    To you my Beloved Father

I beg you to protect me and my loved ones with this special Seal
And I pledge my life to your service forever and ever
    I love you Dear Father
I console you in these times Dear Father

I offer you the Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of your dearly beloved Son
In atonement for the sins of the world and for the salvation of all your children.

    Amen.

Go, My children and do not fear. Trust in me, your beloved Father who lovingly created each of you.

I know every single soul, every part of you is known to Me. Not one of you is loved less than the other.

Because of this I do not want to lose one soul. Not one.

Please continue to pray My Divine Mercy chaplet every day.

One day, you will understand why this purification is needed.

    Your loving Father in Heaven

  22. My Word is being digested quietly by My leading servants
    On September 6, 2012 @ 6:30 pm

My dearly beloved daughter My Church on Earth is, at last, recognising that I now communicate to the world through you, the seventh messenger.

My Word is being digested quietly by My leading servants who will not, however, publicly proclaim that these Words come from My Holy Lips.

They know that they come from Me and I have touched their hearts and lifted their souls so that they will now follow My lead.

So many sacred servants of Mine have now sought My Words to humanity at this time.

They need My special graces now, as without these they would be unable to lead My flock with real confidence.

My Holy Spirit is being poured over My local sacred servants so that they will find the strength to lead My Church through the thorny thick jungle, which lies ahead.

Never fear My beloved clergy for I will never desert you.

You will feel My Presence in the times you face ahead when My Body, My Church, will be persecuted.

This Holy Presence will be your mainstay, as you will need all My help to sustain you in leading God’s children towards their rightful inheritance.

I accept that many of you will not speak out. I understand how difficult it will be for you to openly proclaim My Word given to you through My end time prophet. But know this.

You have a responsibility to God’s children to lead and direct them to the Truth.

You must never accept lies in lieu of the Truth.

You know that the Truth of My Teachings is cast in stone.

My Teachings have, and never will, change.

My New Revelations, which are contained in the Seals in the Book of Revelation, will be made known to you shortly.

    Trust in Me.

Accept that I speak with you now for I would never forsake you at this time.

My duty to My Father is to ensure that the world is prepared adequately for My Return to salvage every single child of God.

    Your Jesus

  23. Virgin Mary: There is a wonderful future ahead for all of God’s children
    On September 8, 2012 @ 3:30 pm

My child let all of God’s children sit down quietly and allow His Light to shine through their souls.

It is important to put time aside in perfect silence in order to ponder on the Love of God and the plan of my Son to save humanity.

There is a wonderful future ahead for all of God’s children and this New Era of Peace will be welcomed by all those fortunate enough to enter the gates.

Until that day comes, every effort will be made by the evil one to cause disruption and hatred in the world.

He and his demons are creating division amongst God’s children.

They encourage murder, abortion, hatred, violence, persecution and war in every part of the world.

They will not rest until they ensnare every weak soul who succumbs to the temptation they place before such souls, to sin against the Lord God, God the Most High.

So many souls have allowed themselves to be taken, unawares, into their dark prison from which there is little escape once there.

Once the evil one wins over a soul he does not stop until he completely infests the poor soul.

Sin, therefore, is to be avoided for no sin is of little consequence. All it takes is one temptation and the soul becomes weak and defenceless.

Pray, pray, pray against the war which is being waged by the evil one against God’s children.

When someone sins against you, even though you are an innocent victim, you must not allow yourself to be forced to retaliate through sin for this is what the evil one wants.

He pits one soul against another in the hope that hatred will fester between the two.

Be on your guard every day and never forget the protection that my Holy Rosary offers against Satan.

I encourage all souls, all religions, to recite my Holy Rosary every day. When you do this the evil one will avoid you and leave you for he cannot withstand the pain he endures when My Rosary is recited especially when said aloud.

Go in peace. Remember I am the Mother of all humanity.

I am the Mother of Salvation. My protection must be sought out by God’s children.

By asking for my help, and prayers, many graces will be accorded to you.

    Mother of God

    Mother of Salvation

  24. Acts 19: 1-7

Alan, I could use a guy like you. I suppose you believe the power ends with apostles only and Catholic priests have no right to impart the Holy Spirit. In that case, some Catholics will normally use a several verses that seem to contradict with Acts 19: 1-7.

Now when the apostles in Jerusalem heard that Samaria had accepted the word of God, they sent them Peter and John, who went down and prayed for them, that they might receive the holy Spirit, for it had not yet fallen upon any of them; they had only been baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Then they laid hands on them and they received the holy Spirit. (Acts 8:14-18)

In this passage, Samarians were the only ones baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. What’s so interesting is that they had not yet received the Holy Spirit. So, Peter and John had to lay hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit. This kind of power does not end with Apostles for Apostle Paul was never a witness to Jesus’s ministry on earth and Paul had to remind Tim about the power channeling through hands.

Let no one have contempt for your youth, but set an example for those who believe, in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity. Until I arrive, attend to the reading, exhortation, and teaching. Do not neglect the gift you have, which was conferred on you through the prophetic word with the imposition of hands of the presbyterate. Be diligent in these matters, be absorbed in them, so that your progress may be evident to everyone. (1 Timothy 4:12-15)

The action was done through the hands of presbyterate, not apostles. Evangelists define Presbyterate as pastors. Catholics define it as priests under a bishop. And there are more verses.

Have you ever forgotten “Believe” is a verb and is something we must do? I forgot too. Apparently, we have to do something. We do have to “believe” and “confess with our mouth” (Rom 10: 9-10) which only proves we have to do something, some works – we have to “believe,” repent, confess, exercise faith, pray the “sinner’s prayer,” surrender our lives – all things we must do – work. (John 6:28 – 29).

Catholics agree works accompany with initial justification, but they don’t gain anything prior to justification through they do. They have to do something while sanctifying themselves before their lives on earth come to an end. You might want to check James 2:21 and 2:24-26 because they are pretty clear even in NIV. I used to get Catholics twisted, but I realized the verses are what they are. We are justified by something we do and not faith alone.

From Steve Ray’s book “Crossing the Tiber”:

How does one receive salvation, justification, new birth, and eternal life?
By believing in Christ (Jn 3:16; Acts 16:31)?
By repentance (Acts 2:38; 2 Pet 3:9)? [SOMETHING WE DO]
By baptism (Jn 3:5; 1 Pet 3:21; Titus 3:5)? [SOMETHING WE DO]
By the work of the Spirit (Jn 3:5; 2 Cor 3:6)?
By declaring with our mouths (Luke 12:8; Rom 10:9)? [A WORK]
By coming to a knowledge of the Truth (1 Tim 2:4; Heb 10:26)? [OUR ACHIEVEMENT]
    By works (Rom 2:6, 7; James 2:24)?
By grace (Acts 15:11; Eph 2:8)?
By perseverance (Matt 10:22; Mk 13:13; Col 1:22-23)?
By his blood (Rom 5:9; Heb 9:22)?
By His righteousness (Rom 5:17; 2 Pet 1:1)?
By His cross (Eph 2:16; Col 2:14)?

Those verses tell us there are many ways to receive salvation, justification, new birth, and eternal life. Thus, there is a huge difference between “faith alone” and faith with something we do. I hope those verses will give you great insights. I believe God has sent me to show you after your prayer. By the way, I am deaf. Sign Language Interpreters do not always show up at different churches as I wish them to. This is why I managed to learn on my own. Religious debates have become very common among deaf people. In fact, a lot of deaf people want to know if they ever hear again. They could use your intercession wherever you are as long as you are alive. I don’t know what your next response will be. Since Eddie seems to keep posting, if everything doesn’t work for you, then I have to respect you.

  25. Why I am Catholic,

The Steve Ray’s conversion to Catholicism:

Steve is a Catholic speaker, author, pilgrimage guide, and frequent guest on EWTN. The proud father of four, Steve lives with his wife Janet in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

I can still smell the green vinyl of the used couch in our living room as I knelt with my mom, with my face buried in my hands and my nose pressed into the vinyl. She had decided I was old enough — after all I was four years old. She didn’t want to wait any longer. She was eager.

When I was born I was taken to the front of Joy Road Baptist Church in Detroit Michigan held aloft and dedicated to Christ. I did not receive infant baptism. The thought of baptizing an infant was repugnant. Where do you find that in the Bible? That was a surely a man-made Catholic tradition.

My parents had “found Christ” less than a year earlier. After twelve years of painful miscarriages my parents had discovered Jesus through the preaching of Billy Graham. The radio was on one morning as my mother was getting ready to go shopping. With keys in one hand and purse in the other she stopped in the kitchen before heading out the door. She heard something she’s never heard before.

She heard the compelling voice of Billy Graham passionately explaining the precious blood of Jesus that was shed on the cross. It was shed for my mom to pay for her sins. It could save her from hell and insure her a place in heaven. My mom, raised without any religion, heard John 3:16 for the first time: “For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”

She told me she fell on her knees on the kitchen floor. With tears rolling down her cheeks she “accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior and asked him to come into her heart.”

At the same time my dad thought he had cancer and was having a nervous breakdown. He went out on the front porch one night and after looking up to the stars he pleaded, “If there is a God up there, please reveal yourself to me. I don’t know if you even exist, but if you do I need your help!” He then went to bed.

The next morning he went through his normal routine and ended up at his office at Ford Motor Company in Dearborn Michigan. A friend walked up and said, “Charlie, can I tell you something?” My dad said, “Yes, of course, what is it?” The friend boldly proclaimed, “Charlie, you need Jesus Christ in your life.” It had been less than twenty-four hours since the prayer of desperation.

Do you think it was a Catholic who approached my father? Unhappily it was not. Catholics too often think their faith in Christ is a “personal thing; not something you talk about.” But this Baptist friend had a different opinion. The Gospel of Christ WAS something you talked about and you talked about it to as many people as you possibly could. My father prayed the “Sinner’s Prayer” with his friend. Within a matter of days they were members of Joy Road Baptist Church.

On my desk sits one of my most valuable possessions. It is a black leather Scofield Reference Bible, King James Version with gold gilded pages. It is mark up to the extreme with notations, underlined verses, scribbled notes and comments. It was my father’s first Bible and became one of the loves of his life. He wrote the date inside the cover — May 1954. After their dramatic conversions and much prayer I was born nine months later — December 1954 after twelve years of miscarriages. Two brothers followed.

Now we are back to the green vinyl couch in our small house on Marlowe Street. Mom thought I was old enough to accept Christ as my own personal Lord and Savior. So after some coaching and explanations in words a four year old could understand, she led me in the Sinner’s Prayer. I can still remember that moment and the smell of old vinyl always brings to memory to the forefront of my mind.

Now came the task of raising these young boys to love Jesus and the Bible. It began with memorizing Bible verses. I was a rich little kid because my parents were smart. They paid me 50¢ for each Bible verse I memorized (I now do this for my grandchildren but the cost has gone up to $1.00). Mom knew a young mind was fertile and supple and could memorize easily. After all, Proverbs reminds us that if you “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it” (22:6).

Of course John 3:16 was the first verse we memorized. It was the heart of the Bible and the perfect summary of the mind and heart of God in his relationship to his people. We also learned to say the books of the Bible, the faster the better: “Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers….” We raced to see who could say them the fastest, keeping it under 15 seconds!

We never missed Sunday School, church, Sunday evening hymn sing, Wednesday night prayer meeting and the ever anticipated Summer Vacation Bible School. Prizes, ice cream, racing around, sticking flannel graph elephants onto Noah’s ark and all kinds of other fun stuff.

My parents moved between churches. My dad would question the pastor and disagree about biblical passages and theology. We ended up attending Baptist churches, Reformed, Methodist, non-denominational, Charismatic and ultimately I ended up bouncing between an Evangelical Presbyterian and a Baptist church. It was great being a boy in a Baptist family in the 50’s and early 60’s.

But time marches on and interests march on as well. At fifteen years old my mind shifted to girls and motorcycles and the Beatles and other things upon which my parents frowned. The kids in our church youth group were not “cool” and I left them behind.

At seventeen, right before my 12th grade began at high school, I heard Billy Graham on the television. I always had a soft spot in my heart for God which was never calloused over by rebellion. The compelling arguments sank in deep. Then the mellow baritone voice of George Beverly Shea singing “Just as I am without one plea, but that thy blood was shed for me.” That did it. I was out the door with tears running down my eyes. I walked down our long country driveway and I said to the Lord, “I am only seventeen years old but tonight I give my whole life to you!”

I started the 12th grade. On the first day a friend brought up a cute young girl with long blond hair. She had just moved to Michigan from Costa Mesa California. That summer she had “found Jesus” too. She had been raised nominal Presbyterian, baptized as an infant and that was about it. But she had gone to a Bible study at school and had been turned on the “new life in Christ.” She was baptized by Pastor Chuck Smith in Pirates Cove in the Pacific Ocean.

For those who don’t know Pastor Chuck Smith, he is the founder of Calvary Chapel which is mainly in the Southwest, but is spreading. One of their boasts is that 80% of their members are ex-Catholics. My wife was quickly caught up in the excitement.

We met at Plymouth-Canton High School in 1972. She told me that God spoke to her for the first time in her life that morning. She heard “That is the man you’re going to marry.” But I had other goals and they no longer involved girls. I was now dedicated to Bible study, prayer and preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to everyone. But four years later we did marry and it was the best thing I ever did. (We’ve now been married 35 years with four children and ten grandchildren and counting.)

We loved being Evangelical Protestant Christians. Janet and I made a great team with the same heart and mind. We home schooled our children, taught Bible studies, evangelized, and started our own very successful family business which grew eventually to 800 employees at one point. We had it made with a great family, wonderful Evangelical friends, a flourishing business, a love for the Bible and evangelism and a life full of joy. All our family and friends were not only Protestant, but also anti- Catholic. To ever have a member of the family “go Catholic” would have been unthinkable, an egregious betrayal of the Christian faith and the family traditions.

We taught studies on evangelization. We always had people in our home and not always Evangelicals. We welcomed into our home the Mormons and Jehovah’s Witness missionaries. Atheists, New-agers and Catholics were always a target for evangelism. We knew the best arguments and Bible verses to unleash on any one of them. Catholics were usually pretty easy to pick off the tree. They didn’t know the Bible and from our perspective had no idea how to get saved. They prayed to Mary instead of Jesus, got to heaven by works instead of faith, followed tradition instead of the Bible — in everything they were upside down.

Then it happened — we converted to the Catholic Church!

People ask, “What made you willing to lose everything to become Catholic?” Protestants asked, “Why leave biblical Christianity to follow the traditions of men in the Catholic Church?” Others asked (and still do) “What did you see in the Catholic Church that made you want to leave everything you knew to begin such a radical new path in life?”

My answer is, “I saw nothing in the Catholic Church to make me want to be Catholic! And the Catholics I knew were the biggest argument against the Catholic Church. Neither my wife nor I have ever set foot in a Catholic Church out of principle. We had never met a Catholic priest or religious and most unfortunately, we had never met a Catholic who could explain or defend their faith.

Our journey to the ancient Church of the first centuries began by seeing the problems within Protestantism — problems that were incurable. If they would have been corrected it would have become Catholic. Sometimes one has to realize they are very sick before they visit a doctor. Janet and I came to realize over time that something was dreadfully wrong with Protestantism. I will briefly explain the three “biggies” that hit us.

The first one was worship, the second one, interpretation of Scripture and third, morals. Let’s begin with the first one first.

Janet interrupted me one Sunday on our way home from the Baptist church saying, “I can’t listen to preaching anymore and call it worship. Something is missing but I don’t know what it is.” It was the first crack in a locked and bolted door. What was worship? Was it preaching? Charles Haddock Spurgeon, one of our favorite preachers had once said that no form of worship was higher than a good sermon. But Janet knew this was not correct. What was worship? Loud music — “pump up the volume, pump up the volume?” It seemed that Evangelicals did not know either. They were trying all kinds of new worship services to entertain and inspire.

Worship has always involved offerings and sacrifice, and I don’t mean just the offering basket passed back and forth through the pews. I mean real sacrifice. Pagans, Jews, Hindus, early Christians — they all knew this. From the beginning of time people have brought a sacrifice or offering to the gods. The Jews understood and we inherited their God. The Protestants had preaching but what did the early Church have?

Janet and I have now had the privilege of visiting the oldest churches in the world. We have visited the first churches ever built in Israel, Egypt, Italy, Turkey and Greece. We’ve explored them all. Every one of them had something in common with all the others. As the focal point, front and center in every ancient church there is an altar! In front of that altar was a priest. An altar was always a place of sacrifice! And sacrifice was offered by a priest.

In 1 Corinthians 10 St. Paul speaks of the sacrifice of Jews, pagans and Christians. All offer a sacrifice. Where was this in my Baptist church? We had exchanged the ancient model for a new religion. No longer a priest and an altar, but now we had a preacher in front of a podium. The Catholics had the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

And to my great amazement, the very first Christians believed the same thing about the Sunday sacrifice as the Catholics did today! The disciples of the apostles referred to what we called “communion” as the very Body and Blood of Jesus, the same flesh that was nailed to the cross (see St. Ignatius of Antioch, Letter to the Smyrnaeans, 6, 7).

The Didache, written during the New Testament period calls the Eucharist a sacrifice and reminds the first century Christians to confess their sins (Confession) before offering their Sunday morning sacrifice (Section 14).

Much more could be said, but let’s touch on the second huge problem of Protestantism. Who speaks for God? The Bible, correct? That is what I thought. But I have thousands of books on the Bible in my house. I bought them because I wanted to know what the Bible meant and how to properly interpret each page, especially some difficult passages. I realized over time that even among my close-knit circle of Evangelical Protestants we could not agree on significant issues.

Should you baptize infants? My Baptist tradition said, “Absolutely NOT!” Yet my Presbyterian wife had a certificate of infant baptism in her files. Can you lose your salvation once you are born again? Absolutely not said my particular tradition. Yet pulling other verses out of context to defend their position, other Evangelicals said, “Of course you can lose your salvation if you deny Christ and chose a life of sin.’

So, who interprets the Bible? Who is the arbiter when conflicts arise? How can I be certain? Ultimately it is up to me to decide these deep matters of theology and salvation since there is no final teacher in Protestantism. Do I have to become my own pope? This became a huge discussion.

I realized early on that the New Testament was even codified and closed as a collection of twenty-seven inspired books until the end of the fourth century. How did the early Christians know how to get saved, what to do on Sunday morning or how to please God? And it was these early Christians without a New Testament yet who were eaten by lions, burned at the stake, and beheaded in front of cheering crowds. How could they follow Christ so faithfully without the “Bible alone?”

The Bible itself never promotes “Bible alone.” We realized that “sola Scriptura” was unscriptural. The early Church had the Apostolic Tradition, bishop in the apostolic succession and only later a gradually recognized and collected New Testament. And where did the authority to chose and close the canon of Scripture come from? As St. Augustine said, “I would not believe the holy Gospels if it were not for the authority of the Holy Catholic Church (Against the Epistle of Manichaeus Called Fundamental, 5,6).

St. Paul himself said that it was the church of the living God that was the pillar and bulwark of the truth, not the Bible (see 1 Timothy 3:15).

The third issue was no less monumental. What about morals? We had just returned from studying with Dr. Francis Schaeffer in Switzerland. Time Magazine referred to him as the missionary to the intellectual and he spoke uniquely to those searching for the truth. He was a Presbyterian minister very evangelical in the tradition of John Calvin and the Bible only and faith only persuasion.

Schaeffer encouraged Janet and I to return to America and speak out against abortion. This we did.

However, our first attempt met with dismal failure and disillusionment. The pastor told me to my face “You will NOT talk about abortion in my church. We are here to get people saved and made disciples for Christ. We have no business being involved in politics and medicine. Plus, many women in this congregation are getting abortions and I am not going to allow you to rock the boat.”

Something was seriously wrong with American Evangelicalism! I knew enough from my reading of history that ALL Christian traditions from the beginning of Christianity until the beginning of the 20th century opposed not only abortion but contraceptives, calling them sin. Had God changed his mind? Who spoke for God in this matter?

It did not take a rocket scientist to realize that among the thousands of Protestant traditions and sects and churches and denominations that you could find a group to fit any idea of morals desired. Maybe someone had had an abortion and didn’t want to feel guilty. They could find a church to tickle their ears. What if you were more concerned about a good music ministry than morals? No problem, the mega-church down the road might fit that customized request with no problem.

How do most Americans chose their church? The same way they chose their restaurant. At lunch time we drive down Main Street. On one side of the street is Burger King, McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut. How do I choose? Easy! What do I feel like today.

Now it is Sunday morning and I drive down Main Street again. On the other side of the street I find Methodist, Baptist, Pentecostal, Presbyterian, Mormon…. How do I choose where to go? Again it is very simple. What do I feel like this morning? Do I want good preaching or a good children’s ministry? Do I want a pastor who meddles in my choices or someone who makes me feel good? Americans too often pick their church the way they pick their restaurant.

These three were not the only issues. But worship, Scripture and morals were right up there on top of the heap. We did not see any solution. I began to question the foundations for the faith altogether. Had I gone much further I am afraid a form of agnosticism might have set in.

At this very moment in our lives a long-time Evangelical friend and pastor announced to us, “Steve, my wife and I have decided to join the Catholic Church.” I was stunned. I looked at my wife who also had a shocked look on her face. I immediately blurted out, “Al, that is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard; you are way too smart to be a Catholic!”

My friend was Al Kresta, now a well known Catholic commentator on Catholic radio and a speaker and author. We are still best friends and I never cease thanking him for being there at the right time to rattle my cage and force me to look in a new direction.

Our first response though, was to study and prove him wrong. Janet and I decided we would mount a defense. Al knew the Bible as well as I did so to collect an array of Bible verses would prove ineffective. A better strategy had to be found. Ah, that’s it! We’ll go back in history to the first Christians and prove to Al that primitive and apostolic Christianity was Protestant! There were no pope-mobiles or processing Cardinals, no Vatican or Ecumenical Councils.

Surprise, surprise! We were not prepared for what we discovered. But first, why were we never encouraged to read the Fathers of the Church? We always stated, “The Fathers are not inspired; the Bible is inspired and that’s all we need.” But this new discovery was a real eye-opener. These first Christians lived, preached, worshiped and died before the New Testament was even in existence. They were authentic witnesses to the life, tradition and practice of the apostles themselves. They still have the apostolic voices ringing in their ears.

It was New Year’s Eve 1993. Our Baptist friends had us over for two reasons: to usher in the new year and to save us from our lunacy. We had been studying the early church for months now and they saw the effect it was having upon us. They wanted to talk and talk we did. In the midst of the conversation I stood up and said, “Jim, do you realize that if you and I had seen Jesus crucified and risen from the dead we would have never read the Gospel of John?” He retorted, “Why not?” I replied, “Because it wasn’t written until about 100 AD and we would have been dead long before that. Jim, how did the first Christians live and practice Christianity without the New Testament?”

On the way home I was quiet for a long time. Janet asked, “What are your thinking?” I said, “This is getting very scary; the more we argue against the Catholic Church the more I realize we are backing ourselves right in the front door!”

The next day was January 1, 1994. It was a delightful day with no phone calls or business. We had no interest in football either. At this point we were consumed with our quandary — what is the Church? What does God expect of us? Where did the Bible come from? Could the Catholic Church possibly be the Church Jesus founded and promised to build?

We had tackled all the obstacles one at a time: the Pope, Mary, purgatory, priests, confession, the Eucharist, faith alone, Bible alone and many more. It was all coming to a head. We had books open all over the living room floor. We were asking questions, reading passages aloud to each other and then …

… I began to sob. I closed all my books and sat on the floor crying like a baby. With great concern my good wife asked, “Steve, what is wrong?” I responded through my tears, “Nothing is wrong … I just realized, I am a Catholic!” She responded, “Oh good grief” but she said the same thing as I did less than twenty-four hours later.

I called my friend Al Kresta, remember the one I had called stupid a year earlier? I said, “Happy New Year Al. Guess what? I’m a Catholic!” Silence on the other end of the phone. “Al, are you there?” Yeah, but I don’t think I heard you correctly, what did you just say?” After I explained he replied, “You are the last one I thought would ever say that! Then he asked me a question for which I was certainly not prepared.

Al asked, “Steve, tomorrow is Sunday, how would you like to go to Mass with us?” I stopped dead in my tracks. I froze. It had never dawned on my that if I would read my way into the Catholic Church I would have to some day go to a Catholic Mass!! Old sentiments die hard and I had lots of them about the Catholic Mass.

I covered the phone and quickly informed my wife of what Al had asked. She responded as cool as cucumber, “Tell him we will go but we will leave the kids at home, we want to get there late, sit in the back row and leave early.” (People have jokingly told us we were real American Catholics from our first day.)

Al did not keep his promise and we ended up arriving at Mass early and we sat in the front of the church — and I was on the isle. I will never forget that morning. Tears welled up in my eyes for the second time in two days as I watched an apostolic man process up the isle. I had never seen a priest up close before and I knew exactly what he was. Janet was weeping too. We wept at every Mass for the next six years and still do.

We were received into the Catholic Church with our whole immediate family on Pentecost Sunday, May 22, 1994. We have never looked back. We are not the first to cross the Tiber, we won’t be the last – we are in good company!

  26. SavedByGrace (#1637):

Alan, I could use a guy like you. I suppose you believe the power ends with apostles only and Catholic priests have no right to impart the Holy Spirit. In that case, some Catholics will normally use a several verses that seem to contradict with Acts 19: 1-7.

In the represent church dispensation, The Holy Spirit becomes our permanent possession the moment we believe by “faith” in the Gospel – when we come under conviction that we are wretched sinners before a Holy God the Father and Jesus, the Son of God incarnate in the flesh, willingly went to the cross while we were yet sinners to die for us to purchase our redemption, to reconcile us back to God by shedding of His precious blood that atoned for our sins. Salvation is received by God’s grace thru faith in Christ’s atonement alone. Please don’t try to pervert the simple gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth.

Catholic priests can impart the Holy Spirit? This is a still another damnable heresy of Roman Catholicism. Oh! When will Catholics forsake the great whore of Mariolatry and start following the Word of God. The Catholic tradition of confirmation is demonic. It is God who gives His Spirit, and not men. Even the wicked Pharisees of Jesus’ day were not so arrogant as to claim the power to forgive sin (Luke 5:21), as do Catholic priests. The claim that a priest has the power to impart the Holy Spirit to people is blasphemy of the Highest order!

You said that I suppose I believe the power ends with apostles. What I actually meant that that person claiming to be a successor or an Apostle, that person should have evidence of 5-gifts of the Spirit to stake claim to be an Apostle. Today there are many persons impersonate as Apostles or successors using titles tacked onto the names e.g. Apostle Mr.somebody. After the last Apostle died those gifts ceased to exist. Those 5-gifts were specially only given to the Apostles. DO YOU KNOW WHICH ARE THE 5 GIFTS?

Contrasting Acts 19: 1-7 and Acts 8:14-18, the former were baptised in the name of Jesus and received the Holy Ghost, while the later, which you didn’t notice is that there were already baptised in the name of Jesus and the Holy Ghost was the only requirement left. So I don’t see what you are expounding on. Reception of the Holy Spirit is the last requirement as per the four-steps i have mentioned – steps that are not followed in the Roman Catholic church with the exception of Baptism. Also remember New Testament baptism was imparted to people who understood and believed the Gospel of Jesus Christ, under conviction repented of the sins, got baptised and received the reception of the Spirit. New Testament baptism does not cover infant baptism. The four fold step is not the norm taught in the Catholic Church – so the Roman Catholic church does not possess the complete fullness of faith and truth.

You might want to check James 2:21 and 2:24-26 because they are pretty clear even in NIV. I used to get Catholics twisted, but I realized the verses are what they are. We are justified by something we do and not faith alone.

“Is salvation by faith alone, or by faith plus works?”

This is perhaps the most important question in all of Christian theology. This question is the cause of the Reformation, the split between the Protestant churches and Catholic Church. This question is a key difference between biblical Christianity and most of the “Christian” cults. Is salvation by faith alone, or by faith plus works? Am I saved just by believing in Jesus, or do I have to believe in Jesus and do certain things?

The question of faith alone or faith plus works is made difficult by some hard-to-reconcile Bible passages. Compare Romans 3:28, 5:1 and Galatians 3:24 with James 2:24. Some see a difference between Paul (salvation is by faith alone) and James (salvation is by faith plus works). Paul dogmatically says that justification is by faith alone (Ephesians 2:8-9), while James appears to be saying that justification is by faith plus works. This apparent problem is answered by examining what exactly James is talking about. James is refuting the belief that a person can have faith without producing any good works (James 2:17-18). James is emphasizing the point that genuine faith in Christ will produce a changed life and good works (James 2:20-26). James is not saying that justification is by faith plus works, but rather that a person who is truly justified by faith will have good works in his/her life. If a person claims to be a believer, but has no good works in his/her life, then he/she likely does not have genuine faith in Christ (James 2:14, 17, 20, 26).

Paul says the same thing in his writings. The good fruit believers should have in their lives is listed in Galatians 5:22-23. Immediately after telling us that we are saved by faith, not works (Ephesians 2:8-9), Paul informs us that we were created to do good works (Ephesians 2:10). Paul expects just as much of a changed life as James does: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come” (2 Corinthians 5:17). James and Paul do not disagree in their teaching regarding salvation. They approach the same subject from different perspectives. Paul simply emphasized that justification is by faith alone while James put emphasis on the fact that genuine faith in Christ produces good works.

  27. I do not know why people rely on Catholic Apologists such as Steve Ray, Patrick Madrid, John Matignoni, Mark Bonncore, and are simply parroting what they say!! Go to the scriptures to check any damnable heresies they preach. Pity the Catholic laity are held spell-bound by suave talks.

These catholic apologists are highly trained not do defend the faith as they claim, but are there to provide “smoke-screens” for the gross errors of Roman Catholicism and the Papacy.

  28. SavedByGrace (#1637):

This kind of power does not end with Apostles for Apostle Paul was never a witness to Jesus’s ministry on earth ..

Paul was specially called to be an Apostle by direct revelation (Romans 1:1).. to bear witness to the complete revelation of Jesus Christ. Sorry you’ve got that wrong…

  29. THE HOLY SPIRIT ON SIN AND THE FEAR OF GOD
    January 22, 1948

    The Holy Spirit:

    [Romans 3:1-20]

“There is no fear of God before their eyes,” says the Apostle [Rom 3:18]. And with this brief sentence, he explains all the depravity of the uncircumcised spirit.

I speak to Catholics and of Catholics, because they have received the seven marvelous gifts of the Paraclete, and therefore should know at least the strength, the peace, the light which comes both from these gifts and from the truth of their nature. [But] the majority of Catholics do not know exactly what the fear of God is, nor how it is practiced.

Here, there are three categories. That of the scrupulous, that of the quietists or indifferent, and that of the just. But before speaking of these, I will speak of the gift.

What is the fear of God? Dread of Him, as if He were an inexorable executioner who takes pleasure in punishing? An inquisitor who does not fail to note the smallest imperfections in order to send one to eternal tortures? No. God is charity, and one should have no dread of Him. Certainly His divine Eye sees all the actions of men, even the smallest. Certainly His justice is perfect. But because it is perfect, He knows how to evaluate the good will of men, and the circumstances in which a man finds himself. Those circumstances are often the many temptations to sin by pride—and therefore disobedience—anger, gluttony, lust, envy, indifference.

God harshly punished Adam and Eve. But to His chastisement He immediately joined mercy: the promise of a Redeemer Who would take them out of the resulting prison of their fault: they, their children and [all] those who were to come from the children of their children [Gen 3:14-15]. Adam and Eve were full of innocence and grace, endowed with integrity, and with a knowledge proportionate to both their exalted state, and to their still more exalted end: to pass from the earthly Paradise to the Heavenly One, and to enjoy their God for eternity. God could well have given them eternal condemnation, since they had enjoyed all that served to sanctify themselves and to be perfect against any temptation, and they had it without having the tinder, urges, of sin within them.

You men, you have this tinder, these urges. Baptism and the Sacraments cancel the stain of your origin [Original Sin] in you. They restore Grace to you, and infuse into you the principal virtues; they cancel sins consummated after [you attain] the use of reason; theyfortify you with the very strength of Christ feeding you with Himself; they support you with your grace of state. But the heritage of Original Sin, with its tinder, its urges, remains. And on this inheritance, on this remnant of contagion received from your First Parent, Satan labors with easier success than on Adam and Eve.

One of the axioms of Divine Justice is this: “From him who received more, more will be asked” [Lk 12:47-48]. Adam and Eve had received all, and they had no inherited defect. They had only the perfection of having gone out, [already] formed, from the hands of God, from the Thought of God.3 For with His Thought alone, God commanded the clay to form itself according to His design, and the molecules of the clay—inert and dumb matter—obeyed [Gen 1:26-31]. For everything obeys the command of God, except Satan, and manwho is more or less a rebel. Therefore all should have been asked and exacted from Adam and Eve, [who had] gone out, formed from the Thought of God and animated by His Breath. And because of sin, all should have been taken away, and an unending chastisement given.

Adam and Eve knew God. They conversed with Him in the evening breeze [Gen 3:8]. He, besides being their Author, was their Master, and they were the first “voices,”4 destined to reveal to future [generations] the truths they learned from God. And yet, though they had known Perfection [Himself], they were curious about the Horror [Satan], and listened to that Horror, not following the Word of God. They bitterly offended their Father Creator. They offended His Son, theWord Who instructed them about Good and Evil, about the created things, animals and plants. And they offended Love because, being ungrateful, and through a slippery Seducer who tempted them to a fruit—only one—they forgot all that Charity had given them so they would be happy [Gen 3:1-13].

But God did not threaten them with Hell. Could He not perhaps have struck them down, there at the foot of the tree of the Test, which for them had become the tree of Lust? Willingly they had changed it into a tree of lust, and it would have been just for them to perish: they were a truly evil plant [although] born of perfect Seed:the Divine Thought. They had become wicked, because of being poisoned by that infernal slobber. Could not God have ordered the Archangel to strike them with his flaming sword, there at the threshold of the earthly Paradise, so that their unclean remains would not have contaminated the Earth? And from that boundary [of Paradise] they would have hurtled into the Abyss, from which he—whom they had preferred to God—had come forth.

God could have done so. And He would have been fully in the right. But Mercy, and Love, tempered the condemnation with the promise of the Redemption, and therefore of an eternal reward.

There are those who die in their scruples, and thus offend the Fatherhood of God, His Love His Essence: believing Him to be a terrible God, intolerant of any weakness in His little children, intransigent, and measuring His little ones by His own infinite Perfection. All [such scrupulous souls] should reflect on this. Who would ever be saved if God were such as they conceive Him? If Divine Perfection were to be the measure of human perfection, who among the sons of Adam would dwell in Heaven? One alone: Mary.

But if it was said: “Be perfect as My Father and yours” [Mt 5:48], it is not of course to dismay you, but to spur you on to do as much as you can. You will be judged—I do not tire of repeating it—not by the perfection obtained in perfect measure using the measure of that Divine Perfection: but by the love with which you sought to act.

In the command of love it is said: “Love with all yourself” [Dt 6:5; Mt 22:37]. This “yourself” changes from person to person. There is he who loves like a seraph, and he who knows how to love only as a baby, very embryonically. But given that the majority knows how to love [only] like babies—very embryonically—while only exceptional creatures know how to love seraphically, see how the Master has proposed, as a model, a small boy [Mt 18:1-11]. Not Himself. Not His Mother. Not His supposed father. No. A small boy. To His apostles, To Peter, head of the Church, He proposed, as a model, a small boy.

Love, then, with the perfection of a child: who believes without scientific studies to explain the mysteries;who—without paralyzing fear, which is a fruit of too much careful reasoning—hopes to go into the beautiful Paradise; who serenely loves God, considering Him a good papa, a good brother, a good and protecting friend; and who does his little bit of good to please Jesus. Love thus, and you will be perfect in your perfect measure, perfect in your relative goodness, as God is good in His infinite goodness.

Fear of God, therefore, is not terror of God. Let those sick with scruples remember this. For they offend God in His love and paralyze themselves with perpetual trembling. Let them remember that an act that is not good becomes more or less a sin according to whether one is convinced that it is a sin, or is uncertain that it is, or does not believe that it is a sin at all. Therefore, if one performs even an action that is not truly sinful but is convinced that it is, he does something unjust, because his desire is to do something unjust. While if one does something unjust, not knowing that it is unjust, truly not knowing it, God does not attribute that thing to him as a fault.

So, too, when special circumstances oblige a man to accomplish actions that the Decalogue [Ex 20:1-17] or other Gospel laws forbid (e.g., executioners who must accomplish justice, soldiers who must fight and kill, conspirators who, in order not to send their companions to the scaffold and do harm to higher interests, swear that they alone are guilty and so die to save others), God will judge—with justice—such imposed homicide or heroic perjury. It suffices that the end of the action is right, and is accomplished with justice.

Fear is not terror. But also, fear of God is not quietism. The opposite of the scrupulous are the quietists. They are those who, through an excess of confidence—but disordered confidence—have no concern about doing good, because they are sure that God is so good as to be always quite satisfied. And with all their studies, seated in their somnolent staticness, they seek to remain there [in that attitude], closing their mind to the truths that it displeases them to know: that is the truths which speak of chastisement, of purgatory, of hell, of the duty of doing penance,5 and of working to perfect themselves.

They are souls that are drowsy and proud . Yes, because quietists are proud. Proud in believing that they are perfect to the point of being sure of never sinning. Proud because, although they may perform acts of piety and penitence, these are external acts, performed in order that they may have the name and praise of being “saints”. They are without charity because they are egotists. On their altar is their me. It is not God. They are liars, and they often pretend to be contemplatives and favorites of God with extraordinary gifts. But it is not God Who favors them; rather it is Satan who seduces them, to mislead them ever more. They believe they are poor in spirit because they have no holy concern to accomplish good actions to merit Heaven. But poor in spirit they are not:rather they are full of the most stingy and profound jealousy and greed, and they are apathetic. They are intemperate because they do not deny [themselves] any material thing. And if someone says to them: “What you are doing is not permitted,” they answer: “God wills it to test us. But we, we know how to withdraw from what is illicit with the same facility with which we enter it, because we are established in God.” They are true heretics, and God abhors them.

Finally, there are the just. They have a sweet, reverential fear of God. They fear to give any pain to God, and therefore they seek with all their strength to make every action good, and to do it in the best way possible for them. If they fall into imperfection or sin, they ardently repent, and go to lay it at the feet of God; and they have an ardent will to make reparation. An involuntary fault does not paralyze them. They know that God is a Father, and has compassion on them. They wash, repair, rebuild what the multiform and treacherously attacking Waylayer has dirtied, spoiled, pulled down; and they do this with their love which they call down ever more strongly from Divine Love: “Pour Your love into my heart.” These have the true fear of God.

What, then, is the true fear of God, always alive in their spirit? The fear of God is love, it is humility, it is obedience, strength, sweetness, meekness, temperance, activity, purity, wisdom, ascension. And the true Model of perfect fear of God was given by Christ: Who loved God with a love which cheerfully and willingly yielded to His Father’s every desire, even to the obedience of the Cross [Phil 2:8]; Who was humble even to lowering Himself at the feet of His traitor and kissing them [Jn 13:1-20]; Who was strong against all traps, sweet as a child, temperate as an ascetic, meek as a lamb, pure as an angel, and more than an angel; and Who was wise, being the Man Who was one with God, and being a contemplative who ascended with His rapt spirit to a perfect adoration, which made Heaven exult. Because, finally, there rose to Heaven from the Earth, from Man, an adoration which satisfied the fire of God.

Mary, too, was a perfect example of the fear of God. But she was so, because of the merits of Her Son. And therefore it is again necessary to say that He Who in eternity possessed the perfect fear of God, was the Word of God through Whom all was accomplished [Col 1:15-20]—even that marvel of Heaven and Earth: the Immaculate Virgin, Daughter, Mother, Spouse of God.

A single little verse that has been more commented upon than so many others. But such is its importance, that Wisdom lingers over it.

Possess the perfect fear of God, then, and you will possess perfect love. And therefore you will possess God and be possessed by Him. Eternally.

  30. By declaring the Voice of the Holy Spirit to be evil you are guilty of a blasphemy of such magnitude proportions
    On August 8, 2012 @ 11:20 pm

My dearly beloved daughter when people ask what I mean by the Word of God let Me explain.

The Word of God, as contained in the Holy Bible, both the Old and the New Testaments, the Word of God, the Truth, is being given to the world through these messages by the Gift of the Holy Spirit.

These messages are being presented by the Holy Trinity and are the only ones of their kind ever delivered to humanity by a prophet.

The reason is that this is the last mission, the final form of Divine communication and intervention being presented to the world because of My Second Coming.

Never interfere with the Power of the Holy Spirit for this is a very serious sin.

In these messages the Voice of the Holy Spirit is being poured out to save mankind from eternal damnation.

You may deny Me, your Jesus, or the Divine messages given to you by My Beloved Mother and you will be forgiven.

For all of you have the right to discern such Holy Messages because of your gift of free will.

However, when you reject the Holy Spirit and publicly blaspheme against it this is an eternal sin and only a miracle, sanctioned by God the Father, can save your soul.

You must remain silent if in doubt about any Divine message given to the world and pray for the seer. Pray and follow your faith and continue in your ways of honouring God. It is very important that you do this.

By declaring the Voice of the Holy Spirit to be evil you are guilty of a blasphemy of such magnitude proportions that this is deemed an unforgiveable sin.

You need to ask God to forgive you now, because should you continue to mount deliberate campaigns to block the Voice of the Holy Spirit, the Voice of the Holy Trinity and declare it to be an evil spirit, you will not, nor can you be forgiven, for this is a grave sin.

Many well-meaning Christians pull this work apart. The messages, they say, do not conform with Holy Scripture.

When they say this they do not know the Truth, which is contained in the Holy Bible.

They either attack these messages based on hearsay by others who claim to know the Truth or they declare them to be untrue based on their flawed interpretation of the Truth.

Worse still, they twist the truth and compare these messages with new and ludicrous interpretations of the Holy Bible.

Listen to Me now, your Jesus, as I tell you this.

The high priests in My time on earth tried to twist the Truth of God’s Laws in order to justify their rejection of Me.

They used lies to stop people from hearing My Voice.

They declared Me a liar, a false prophet and accused Me of Heresy.

I blasphemed against the Laws of the Church, they said, and violated the Sabbath by conducting the Paschal Meal on a different day to the one they deemed to be correct.

They not only misunderstand Me, they out-rightly rejected Me because they were not prepared to welcome the True Messiah at that time.

    They were not ready.

They never thought that they would witness the arrival of the True Messiah in their lifetime.

So wrapped up were they in their ceremonies, their hierarchical regulations – which at that time exalted their leaders and placed them on pedestals as the real kings of their church –that they had no room in their hearts for Me, the Redeemer of Mankind.

The same will happen again as I prepare the world for My Second Coming.

The Pharisees could not understand the importance of humility.

They could not accept how God works in that He does not exalt the powerful or the most experienced religious leaders in His Church to unveil His plans, or warn His children.

God chose the ignorant, the humble and the generous of heart to deliver His warnings to humanity.

He raised the weak and elevates them, through suffering, to become pure of heart so that He can manage how He communicates with them. In this way, human pride, on the part of the prophet, is unlikely to interfere with the Truth.

They rejected John the Baptist and murdered him. They murdered the prophets of old. They tormented chosen souls, through whom God communicated with.

In your world today do you think it will be any different?

Will you, devoted followers of Me, and those who claim to be experts in My Christian or other churches who believe in My Eternal Father, accept the Word of God today?

No. You will do exactly onto the prophets, the true prophets as has been done to them since the beginning. You will vilify them in My Father’s Name.

But remember this. When the Truth is finally revealed to you, there will be no turning back if you are found guilty of the one eternal sin. That is if you blaspheme against the Holy Spirit.

Should you blaspheme against Me, Jesus Christ, you will be forgiven.

If you deny the gift of prophecy you, too, will be forgiven.

But if you block the final plan of salvation by ridiculing openly and gathering believers of My Church to consistently proclaim the Voice of the Holy Spirit to be false and evil, you will suffer eternal damnation.

    Your Jesus

  31. Words of the Holy Spirit
    December 25, 1943

    The Eternal Spirit says:

“I am Love. I do not have my own voice because my Voice is in the whole creation and beyond the creation. Like the ether, I spread through all that is; like fire, I inflame; like blood, I circulate.”

“I am in every word of Christ and flower on the lips of the Virgin. I purify the mouths of the prophets and saints and make them luminous. I am He who inspired things before they existed, for it is my power that, like a heartbeat, moved the creative thought of the Eternal.”

“Through Christ all things have been made, but all things have been made by Myself, Love, for it is I that with my secret power moved the Creator to work the miracle.”

“I was when nothing was, and I shall be when only Heaven remains.”

“I am the inspirer of the creation of man, to whom the world was given for his delight, the world in which, from the oceans to the stars, from the Alpine peaks to the stems, my seal is present.”

“I shall be the one to place on the lips of the last man the supreme invocation: ‘Come, Lord Jesus!’”

“I am the One who, to placate the Father, infused the idea of the Incarnation and descended, as a creative fire, to make Myself an embryo in the immaculate womb of Mary, and ascended, made Flesh, onto the Cross, and from the Cross, to Heaven again, to make the new alliance between God and man in a ring of love, as, in an embrace of love, I had clasped the Father and the Son, generating the Trinity. ”

“I am He who speaks without words, everywhere and in every doctrine originating in God, He who without touch opens eyes and opens ears to hear the supernatural, He who without a command draws you from the death of life to Life in the Life which knows no limit. ”

“The Father is upon you; the Son is in you; but I, the Spirit, am in your spirits and sanctify you with my presence.”

“Seek Me Wherever there is love, faith, and wisdom. Give Me your love. The fusion of love with Love creates Christ in you and bears you back into the Father’s breast.”

“I have spoken today, which is the advent of Love on Earth, my highest manifestation, the one from which redemption and Pentecostal infusion come to the Earth.”

“May my Fire dwell in you and set you aflame, recreating you for God, in God, and through God, the Eternal Lord, to whom all praise should be given, in Heaven and on Earth.”

  32. Jesus’ Explanation of Grace
    June 6, 1943 4:30 a.m.

Jesus says: “Today l want to speak to you about grace. You will see that it is related to the other topics, even if at first it doesn’t seem that way to you. You are a little tired, poor Maria, but write all the same. These lessons will be of use to you in the days of fasting when I, your Master, do not speak to you.”

“What is grace? You have studied and explained it many times. But I want to explain it to you in my own way in its nature and in its effects.”

“Grace is to possess the light, power; and wisdom of God in yourselves—-that is, to possess intellectual likeness to God, the unmistakable sign of your filiation in God.”

“Without grace, you would simply be animal creatures that had reached such a point in evolution as to be endowed with reason, with a soul, but a soul on an earthly level, capable of acting in the circumstances of life on earth, but unable to rise up to the regions where the life of the spirit transpires. Little more than beasts, then, that act by instinct alone and, in reality, surpass you quite often in their way of acting.”

“Grace is thus a sublime gift, the greatest gift that God, my Father, could give you. And He gives it to you freely, for his love as a Father, for you, is infinite, as He Himself is infinite. If we wanted to state all the attributes of grace, it would require writing a long list of adjectives and nouns, and we would still not explain perfectly what this gift is.”

“Remember this alone: Grace is to possess the Father; to live in the Father; grace is to possess the Son, to enjoy the infinite merits of the Son; grace is to possess the Holy Spirit, to benefit from his seven gifts. Grace, in short, is to possess Us, the Triune God, and for your mortal person to be surrounded by the hosts of angels who worship Us in you.”

A soul that loses grace loses everything. The Father has created her to no avail; the Son has redeemed her to no avail; the Holy Spirit has infused his gifts into her to no avail; the Sacraments exist for her to no avail. She is dead. A rotten branch which, under the corrosive action of sin, becomes detached and falls from the tree of life and in the end rots in the mud. If a soul were able to preserve herself as she is after Baptism and after Confirmation—that is, when she is literally soaked with grace—that soul would be only a little less than God. Let this tell you all. ”

“When you read the prodigies of my saints, you are astonished. But, my dear one, there is nothing to be astonished about. My saints were creatures who possessed grace; they were gods, therefore, for grace deifies you. Did I not state in my Gospel that my followers would work the same prodigies as I did? But to be mine, it is necessary to live by my Life—-that is, by the life of grace.”

“If you wanted to, you could all be capable of prodigies—that is, of holiness. Indeed, I would like you to be, for that would mean that my Sacrifice had been crowned by victory and that I had really torn you away from the empire of the Evil One, banishing him to his Hell, and riveting hell’s mouth shut with an irremovable stone, and placing upon it the throne of my Mother, the Only One who kept her heel upon the dragon, who was powerless to do Her harm.”

“Not all the souls in grace possess grace in the same measure. Not because We infuse it to different degrees, but because you manage to preserve it in yourselves in different ways. Mortal sin destroys grace; venial sin causes it to crumble; imperfections make it anemic. There are souls, not entirely bad, that languish in spiritual consumption because, by their inertia, which spurs them to commit continual acts of imperfection, they increasingly thin grace out, turning it into a most slender thread, a fading little flame. When it should be a fire, an intense, lovely, purifying blaze. The world is collapsing because grace is collapsing in almost all souls and languishing in the others.”

“Grace yields different fruits to the extent that it is more or less alive in your hearts. The richer a terrain is in elements and the more it is helped by the sun, the water, and the air currents, the more fertile it is. There are sterile, meager plots of land which are sprinkled with water to no avail, warmed by the sun, traversed by the winds. The same holds for souls. There are souls that with all application take on vital elements and thus manage to benefit one hundred per cent from the effects of grace.”

“The vital elements are to live according to my Law—chaste, merciful, humble, loving God and one’s neighbor; it is to live by ‘living’ prayer: Then grace grows, flourishes, sinks in deep roots, and rises up into the tree of eternal life. Then the Holy Spirit, like a sun, inundates you with his seven rays, his seven gifts; then I, the Son, penetrate you with the divine rain of my Blood; then the Father looks at you with pleasure, seeing his likeness in you; then Mary caresses you, clasping you to her breast, which bore Me, along with her little children who are lesser, but very, very dear to her Heart; then the nine angelical choirs crown your soul, the temple of God, and sing the sublime ‘Gloria’; then your death is Life and your Life is blessedness in my Kingdom.”

  33. The World’s Rejection of Grace
    June 7 ,1943

    Jesus says:
“I will go on speaking to you about grace, which gives the life of the spirit.”

“When God created the first man, in addition to the life of matter, until then inanimate, He infused into him the life of the spirit as well. He could not otherwise have said that He had made you in his image and likeness.”
“None of you can image how perfect the first creature was. Only We, in the eternal present which is our eternity, can see the perfection of the regal work of our creative Intelligence. The seed of Adam, if Adam had been able to remain a king as We had made him, with power over all things and depending on God alone—the dependence of a most beloved son—would have been a seed of perpetual perfection. But there was a defeated one who was watching to take revenge.”

“You, Maria, who say that from your heart thoughts of forgiveness could not emerge spontaneously because your human nature leads you to the spirit of vengeance and only out of regard for Me are you able to forgive—have you ever considered that it was the spirit of revenge that ruined you, the children of Adam, and sent Me, the Son of God, to the cross?”
“Lucifer—and He was the most beautiful of my beautiful creatures—from the abyss into which he had fallen, eternally ugly after the blasphemous revolt against his Creator, was thirsty for revenge. To the first sin of conceit he thus added an endless series of crimes, avenging himself for ages and ages. And the first act of vengeance was upon my creatures, Adam and Eve. On the perfection of my creation his poisoned tooth left the mark of its bestiality, communicating to you his very own lust for lasciviousness, vengeance, and haughtiness. And since then your spirit has been dueling in you against the poisons of the hellish bite.”

“On some very rare occasions the spirit wins out over flesh and blood and gives earth and Heaven a new saint. Sometimes the spirit lives with difficulty, with slumps of lethargy in which it is as if dead and you live and act as creatures devoid of light, of my Light. At other times it is literally killed by the creature, who voluntarily forfeits the throne of a child of God and becomes worse than a beast—turning into a demon, the child of a demon.”
“In truth I tell you that over two thirds of the human race belong to this category, which lives under the sign of the Beast. For this category I died in vain.”
“The law of those marked by the Beast is antithetical to my Law. In the former, the flesh dominates and generates works of flesh. In the latter, the spirit dominates and generates works of spirit. When the spirit dominates, the kingdom of God is there. When the flesh dominates, the kingdom of Satan is there.”

“The infinite Mercy animating the Triad has given your spirit all the aid to remain the ruler. It has given the sacrament removing the sign of the Beast on your flesh as children of Adam and impressing my Sign. It has given my Word of Life; it has given Me, Master and Redeemer; it has given my Blood in the Eucharist and on the Cross; it has given the Paraclete: the Spirit of truth.”

“Whoever is able to remain in the Spirit generates works of the spirit. From the creature possessed by the Spirit there flow charity, gentleness, purity, science, and every good work joined to great humility. From the others there emerge, like hissing snakes, vices, deceits, acts of lust, and crimes, for their heart is a nest of hellish snakes.”

“But where are those who are able to tend towards the life of the spirit and make themselves worthy to welcome in themselves the vital inpouring of the CONSOLER‘, who comes with all his gifts, but wants a prompt spirit, desirous of Him, for this throne? No, the world does not want this Spirit, who makes you good. The world wants power at any price, wealth at any price, the satisfaction of sense at any price, all the joys of the earth at any price, and rejects and curses the Holy Spirit and impugns his Truth and overdresses in prophetic robes, speaking words not emerging from within the Most Holy Trinity, but from the cave of Satan.”

“And this is not and shall not be forgiven. Ever. And you see that it is not forgiven. God withdraws into the height of his Heavens because man rejects his love and lives for and in the flesh. These are the causes of your ruin and of our silence. From the depths there emerge the tentacles of Satan; on earth man proclaims himself to be a god and curses the true God; on high Heaven closes. And this is indeed mercy, for in closing it holds back the thunderbolts you deserve.”

“A new Pentecost would encounter hearts harder and fouler than a boulder that had sunk into a pool of mud. Remain, therefore, in the mud you have wanted, waiting for a command, which admits no rebellion, to pull you out of it and separate the children of the spirit from the children of the flesh.”

  34. #1647:

Well according to you.. i have inconsistencies .. but at least I don’t parrot what others preach other than what the Word of God says. After all the truths found in the Word of God are a bitter pill for you to swallow.

I would not mind to hear people who have been born into the Catholic faith rather than people who have come into the Catholic relgion. And most of Catholic apologists Steve Ray (Baptist), John Matignoni (Bpatist), Scott Hann (Presbytarian) have come into the Catholic religion by Rome’s seduction techniques.

  35. The Three Abodes of the Beyond
    August 7, 1943

    JESUS :
“Souls, separated from their bodies, have three abodes. And they will have these until after the Judgment — which will not err — when there will remain but two.”

“The blessed rejoice immediately in Eternal rest.”

“The repentant actively complete their expiation, thinking of the hour of their liberation in God.”

“The damned are driven to rage by the good they lost — indeed, the more impious they have been, so much the less do they find rest in their terrible torture.”

  36. Jesus Explains Purgatory
    October 17, 1943

    The Purifying Flames

    JESUS:

“I want to explain to you what Purgatory is and in what it consists. And I explain it Myself, with a form that will clash with so many who believe themselves to be trustees of knowledge of the Beyond — and are not.

The souls immersed in those flames suffer only from love.

Not undeserving of possessing the Light, but not yet worthy of entering immediately into that Kingdom of Light, these souls, upon presenting themselves to God, become clothed with the Light. It is a brief, anticipated bliss, which makes them certain of their salvation, and makes known to them what their eternity will be. It makes them experience what they had committed toward their soul; thus defrauding it of years of the blessed possession of God. Immersed thereafter in the Place of Purgation, they are clothed with the expiatory flames.

In this matter, those who talk of ‘Purgatory’ speak rightly. But where they are not right is in wanting to apply various names to those flames.

These flames are a conflagration of Love. They purify by enkindling souls with love. They give Love because, when the soul has reached in them that love which it did not reach on earth, it is liberated and joined to Love in Heaven.

This seems to you a different doctrine than what is known — true? But reflect.

What does God, One and Triune, want for the souls created by Him? The Good.

He Who wants the Good for a creature, what sentiments does He have for that creature? Sentiments of Love.

What are the first and the second commandments, the two most important? Those of which I have said there are no greater, and in which are the keys for reaching Eternal Life? They are a commandment of love: ‘Love God with all your strength, love your neighbour as yourself.’

Through My own mouth and by the prophets and the saints, what have I said to you an infinite number of times? That Charity is the greatest of absolutions. Charity consumes the faults and the weaknesses of man, because he who loves lives in God, and by living in God he sins little; and if he sins he at once repents, and for him who is repentant there is the forgiveness of the Most High.

What is lacking to souls? Love. If they had loved much, they would have committed few and light sins, connected with your weakness and imperfections. But they would never have reached a conscious obstinacy in faults, even venial ones. If they would have striven not to grieve their Love, Love also, seeing their good will, would have absolved them even of the venial transgressions they committed.

How does one repair, even on earth, a fault? By expiating it — even if only with difficulty — through the means with which it was committed. He who has damaged something, by restoring whatever he has taken away with his insolence. He who has calumniated, by retracting the calumny, and so on.

Now: if poor human justice wants this, will not the holy Justice of God want it? And what means will God use to obtain reparation? Himself, that is, Love, and by exacting love.

All pivots on love, Maria, except for the truly ‘dead’: the damned. For these ‘dead,’ even Love is dead. But for the three Kingdoms — that of the heaviest: the Earth; that in which the weight of matter is abolished, but not of the soul burdened by sin: Purgatory; and finally that in which its inhabitants share with their Father the spiritual nature which frees them from every duty — for all three the motor is Love. It is by loving on earth that you work for Heaven. It is by loving in Purgatory that you conquer Heaven which in life you had not known how to merit. It is by loving in Paradise that you enjoy Heaven.

When a soul is in Purgatory it does not do anything but love, reflect, repent in the light of Love which has kindled for it these flames — which already are God, but which hide God from it for its punishment.

Behold the torment. The soul remembers the vision of God it had in its particular judgment. That memory is carried with it and, since to have even but glimpsed God is a joy which surpasses every created thing, the soul thus has anxiety to enjoy again that joy. That memory of God and that ray of light which had clothed it at its appearing before God, thus cause the soul to ‘see’ in their true essence the failures committed against its Good. And this ‘seeing,’ together with the thought that it has voluntarily forbidden itself the possession of Heaven and union with God for ages or centuries, constitute its purgative pain.

It is love, and the certainty of having offended Love, which is the torment of those being purged. The more a soul in life has failed, the more it is as if blinded by spiritual cataracts which make more difficult its knowing and reaching that perfect repentance of love which is the first collaboration with its purgation and its entrance into the Kingdom of God.

Love is weighed down and slowed down the more a soul has oppressed it with guilt. But as the power of Love cleanses it little by little, its resurrection to love is quickened and, in consequence, so is its conquest of Love — which is completed in the moment in which, having finished its expiation and reached the perfection of love, it is admitted into the City of God.

There is need to pray much so that these souls, who suffer in order to reach Joy, may be swift in reaching the perfect love that absolves them and unites them to Me. Your own prayers, your suffrages, are as so many increases in the fire of love. They increase its ardour, its heat. But — oh! blessed torment! — they also increase the capacity to love. They quicken the process of purgation. They raise to ever higher levels the souls immersed in that fire. They bring them to the threshold of Light. And, at last, they open the Gates of Light and introduce the soul into Heaven.

For each of these works provoked by your charity for one who has preceded you into the second life, there is a corresponding jump in charity for you. The Charity of God which thanks you for providing for His repentant children, the charity of the repentant themselves, who thank you for endeavouring to place them in the Joy of God.

Never do your dear ones love you as they do after their death from the earth, because their love is thereafter infused with the Light of God, and in this Light they understand how you love them and how they should have loved you.

They cannot speak words to you any more which invoked forgiveness and give love. But they speak them to Me for you, and I bring them to you, these words of your Dead, who now know how to see and love you as they ought. I bring them to you together with their requests of love and with their blessing, already valid inasmuch as from Purgatory, because already infused with that kindled Charity which burns and purifies them. And [it is] perfectly valid, then, from the moment in which, being liberated, they come to meet you upon the threshold of Life, or will be reunited to you in that same Life, if you have already preceded them into the Kingdom of Love.

Trust in Me, Maria. I work for you and for your dearest ones. Lift up your spirit. I come to give you joy. Trust yourself to Me.

  37. Jesus’ Explanation of Hell
    January 15, 1944

    Jesus says:

“Once I had you see the Monster of the abyss. Today I shall speak to you about his kingdom. I can’t always keep you in Paradise. Remember that your mission is to recall certain truths for your brothers and sisters who have forgotten them excessively. And from this forgetfulness, which is really disdain for eternal truths, many evils come to men.”

“Write down this painful page, then. Afterwards you will be comforted. It is the night of Friday. Write while looking at your Jesus, who died on the cross amidst such torments that they are comparable to those of hell and who wanted death to save men from Death.”

“The men of this time no longer believe in the existence of Hell. They have invented an afterlife according to their taste, such as to be less terrorizing for their conscience, deserving of great punishment. More or less faithful disciples of the Spirit of Evil, they know their conscience would draw back from certain misdeeds if it really believed in Hell just the way Faith teaches that it is; they know that their conscience, after committing the misdeed, would turn back upon itself and find repentance in remorse, and with repentance, the way to return to Me.”

“Their malice, instructed by Satan, whose servants or slaves they are (according to the degree of adherence to the desires and suggestions of the Evil One), does not want these acts of withdrawal and turning back upon themselves. It thus cancels out faith in Hell as it really is and manufactures another one – if it goes as so far as to manufacture it – which is nothing but a pause to make a dash for other, future elevations.”

“It pushes this opinion to the point of believing sacrilegiously that the greatest of all the sinners of mankind, the favorite son of Satan, the one who was a thief, as stated in the Gospel, who was lascivious for human glory, as I state, the Iscariot, who through the hunger of the threefold concupiscence became a merchant of the Son of God and for thirty coins and with the sign of a kiss – a ridiculous monetary value and an infinite emotional value – place Me in the hands of the executioners, can be redeemed and arrive at Me by passing through successive stages.”

“No. If he was the sacrilegious one par excellence , I am not. If he was the unjust one par excellence, I am not. If he was the one shed my Blood in disdain, I am not. And to forgive Judas would be sacrilege for my Divinity betrayed by him; it would be injustice towards all other men, who are always less blameworthy than he and are still punished for their sins; it would be disdain for my Blood; finally, it would be to neglect my laws.”

“I said – I, the Triune God – that what is destined for Hell endures in it for eternity, for people do not emerge from that death to a new resurrection. I said that the fire is eternal and that all the scandalous and workers of iniquity shall be gathered together in it. And do not think, either, that this will be until the moment of the end of the world. No, because, on the contrary, after the tremendous review, that dwelling of weeping and torment will become even more atrocious, since what is still granted to its lodgers for their amusement – to be able to harm the living and to see new damned ones plummeting into the abyss – will no longer exist, and the gate of Satan’s iniquitous kingdom shall be riveted shut, bolted by my angels, forever, forever, forever – a forever whose number of years has no number and compared to which the grains of sand of all the earth’s oceans, if they were to become years, would be less than a day of this immeasurable eternity of mine, made of light and glory on high for the blessed, made of darkness and horror in the depths for the accursed.”

“I told you that Purgatory is a fire of love. Hell is a fire of severity.”

“Purgatory is a place where, while thinking of God, whose Essence has shown for you in the instant of the private judgment and has filled you with a wish to possess it, you expiate the acts involving a lack of love for the Lord your God. Through love you conquer Love, and by degrees of increasingly inflamed charity, you wash your robe until making it white and glistening to enter into the kingdom of Light, whose splendors I showed you a few days ago.”

“Hell is place where the thought of God, the memory of God, glimpsed in the private judgment, is not, as for those being purged, a holy desire, a grieved, but hope-filled longing, a hope full of tranquil expectation, of secure peace which shall reach perfection when it becomes the conquest of God, but which already gives the spirits being purged a cheerful activity in purgation because very affliction, every instant of affliction, draws them closer to God, their love; but it is remorse, anger, damnation, and hatred. hatred for Satan, hatred for men, hatred for themselves.”

“After having adored Satan in life, in place of Me, now that they possess him and see his true appearance, no longer hidden behind the bewitching smile of flesh, behind the shining brightness of gold, behind the powerful sign of supremacy, they hate him because he is the cause of their torment.”

“After – forgetting their dignity as children of God – having adored men to the point of becoming killers, thieves, swindlers, and merchants of filth for their sake, now that they re-encounter their bosses, for whom they have killed, robbed, deceived, and sold their honor and the honor of so many unfortunate, weak, defenseless creatures, making them an instrument for the vice which beasts are not familiar with – for lust, the attribute of man poisoned by Satan – now they hate them since they are the cause of their torment.”

“After having adored themselves, giving flesh, blood, and the seven appetites of their flesh and their blood all satisfactions, trampling on the Law of God and the law of morality, now they hate themselves since they see themselves to be the cause of their torment.”

“The word ‘Hatred’ covers that boundless kingdom; it roars in those flames; it howls in the cackling laughter of the demons; it sobs and barks in the laments of the damned; it rings and rings and rings like an eternal hammering bell; it blares like an eternal bugle of death; it fills the recesses of that jail with itself; it is in itself torment because, with each of its sounds, it renews the memory of Love lost forever, remorse over having wanted to lose it, and rage over never being able to see it again.”

“The dead soul, in the midst of those flames, like the bodies thrown onto pyres or into a crematory furnace, twists and shrieks, as if animated again by living movement and reawakens to understand its error, and dies and is reborn in every instant with atrocious sufferings, for remorse kills it in a curse, and killing brings it back to life again for a new torment. The whole crime of having betrayed God in time stands before the soul in eternity; the whole error of having refused God in time remains present for it forever for its torment.”

“In the fire the flames simulate the specters of what they adored in life; the passions are painted with burning brushstrokes with the most appealing appearance, and they shriek and shriek their memento: ‘You wanted the fire of the passions. Now receive the fire set aflame by God, whose holy Fire you derided’.”

“Fire responds to fire. In Paradise it is the fire of perfect love. In Purgatory it is the fire of purifying love. In Hell it is the fire of offended love. Since the elect loved to perfection, Love gives itself to them in its Perfection. Since those being purged loved in lukewarm fashion, Love becomes a flame to take them to Perfection. Since the accursed burned with all the fires – except with the Fire of God – the Fire of God’s wrath burns them eternally. And in the fire there is ice.”

“Oh, you cannot imagine what Hell is! Take everything that is man’s torment on earth – fire, flame, ice, submerging waters, hunger, sleeplessness, thirst, wounds, illnesses, sores, and death – sum it up into a single amount and multiply it a million times. You will have only a shadow of that tremendous truth.”

“Sidereal cold will be mixed with the unbearable burning. The damned burned with all human fires, having only spiritual iciness for their Lord God. And ice awaits them to freeze them after fire has salted them like fish set upon a flame to roast. A torment in torment is this passing from the burning which dissolves to the cold which condenses.”

“Oh, this not metaphorical language! For God can make souls, burdened by the sins committed, have a sensitivity equal to that of the flesh, even before they take on that flesh. You do not know and do not believe. But in truth I tell you that it would be better for you to undergo all the torments of my martyrs rather than one hour of those infernal tortures.”

“Darkness will be the third torment. Material darkness and spiritual darkness. To be in darkness forever after having seen the light of Paradise and to be in embrace of Darkness after having seen the Light that is God! To writhe in the dark horror where, in the glare of the burnt spirit, there is illuminated only the name of the sin for which they are nailed to that horror! To find no other support in that continuous agitation of spirits hating and harming each other but the desperation making them crazed and increasingly accursed. To feed on it, base themselves on it, and kill themselves with it. It is said that death will nourish death. Despair death and shall nourish these dead ones in eternity.”

“Even I, who created that place, tell you that when I descended into it to bring out of Limbo those who awaited my coming, I, God, experienced horror at that horror; and if something made by God were not immutable, on account of being perfect, I would have wanted to make it less atrocious, for I am Love, and I was pained by that horror.”

“And you want to go there.”

“Meditate, O children, on these words of mine. The sick are given bitter medicine; the diseased areas of cancer patients are cauterized and cut out. For you, sick and suffering from cancer, this is the surgeon’s medicine and cauterization. Do not refuse it. Use it to heal yourselves. The duration of life is not these few days on earth. Life begins when it seems to you to be ending and it no longer has an end.”

“Have it flow on for you in the place where God’s light and joy make eternity beautiful and not where Satan is the eternal Torturer.”

  38. A SEER’S ACTUAL EXPERIENCE IN PURGATORY:

Early in 1992, “The Trumpeter,” (Father Andrew Wingate) while overseas, was taken to Purgatory and experienced the most painful sufferings.

The Trumpeter: I hope I never forget this, because I never want to go back!!! St. Michael had taken me to Purgatory before, but only as an observer, never too close, stopping at a certain point. This was not like other times as we traveled lower and lower, going down, deeper and deeper, as I had never seen or known before. I wondered, “Had I died?” I seemed to know clearly that I had not, putting to rest many questions and opening to tidal waves of shock, dismay, with more and more unanswered questions. One thing was perfectly clear…I was in Purgatory!”

    Twelfth Level of Purgatory

“Instinctively I counted the passing levels, afraid of stopping all the while the next level was worse than the previous one.

Traveling onward I asked my host if all of this was for a particular reason… for this or that general purpose. But, no reply! The great warrior prince of Heaven only said, “Learn from all of this.”
Just then my greater fear was being realized! I was going to “the” bottom… the twelfth level of Purgatory and the fourth level into Hell, which St. Michael didn’t enter completely. Then he dropped me from his grasp and I fell what seemed to be miles, and almost endlessly into sorrow! Despair sought to rule me, body and soul, though instinctively I clung to “hope,” praying that it would end soon. There are thousands and thousands of demons and devils, and thousands and thousands of souls.

    Appearance of the demons

The imagination cannot put together the type of non-human or animal forms that demons will take. I am not referring to devils, the fallen angels, rather those souls who wanted Hell for all eternity rather than bow to the One Eternal Love – God!

Devils and demons alike seemed to prefer the images of dogs, goats, some apes, reptiles, and some insects. Demons seemed to distance their once human form. I have always understood from my angel that the reason is because it was with their bodies they refused to do any penances and embraced sin so eagerly.

Some devils took the form of a monkey-like creature, with bulky heads, large mouths full of small thorn-like teeth. Their bodies were very thin, almost skin and bones. Where there should have been arms were leathery bat-like wings with claws on the end of what appeared to be long fingers. Each of these creatures displayed horribly deformed and disgustingly large genitals.

Most of the apelike (lacking a better name) creatures varied from 6″ x 15″ (6″ tall with a 15″ wingspan) to 12″ x 30″. They flew in swarms like mosquitoes, biting, attacking their prey, with unbelievable fury, clawing and biting, as if to devour their victims.

The devils would change their form at any time to add to the confusion. Some were covered with filth while they or others mocked the female form. It’s a shame to think of the various ways of which people can and do commit sins through our passions. We never think of how much the sins of passion debase the mind and deform the soul’s beauty. As I recall many of these things I saw, it is now easier to have compassion than it was at the time.

The intensity of the filth was beyond comprehension. The various kinds of filth, dirt, decay, and corruption boggles the mind, as well as deceptive in its nature because, things were not as they appeared!

I remember the appearance of one hellish creature, which I must admit frightened me, was mostly the body of a snake with large bull-like horns and bat wings with claws.

    Purgatories Agonies

In Purgatory’s agonies, one of the most distressing things was that it became extremely difficult to discern between imagination and what was real. That was because the evil ones could put so much into our minds. And those thoughts would consume us instantly. I realized quickly there was no place to hide; not even our own shame by having clothes!

Upon the forehead was a mark that felt like a brand accompanied with two on the right hip. Interiorly or instinctively I knew what the various symbols stood for, as they declared my state of life, the types of graces given as well as refused. For example: Each person that was responsible for other people had a “candle” upon his forehead. If that person was a “religious” as well, there would be a 5-point star. A priest would have a seven pointed star within a circle. Highly educated people usually had what looked like a two sided sword while government leaders would have the image of a plow. Parents who were married would have a hammer with handle pointed down; although the unmarried had the handle pointing upwards.

    Color of demons

“The color of things were never consistent. There were bright, dull, glaring, distinct, as well as blurred colors. Some were iridescent, glowing with a strange light that would make me feel off-balanced and disoriented”

    Smell of demons

To try to describe the many smells would be impossible for me to do but I can use one word that would cover them all. Putrid! The smell was choking, making it very difficult to breathe, even causing cramps in my stomach, they were so foul.

    Weights

I saw some people who carried or dragged weights. A bishop had a large iron belt around him with a chain attached to it. At the end of the chain was a huge weight consisting of books, sacramentals, and bags of coins. It was not uncommon to see individuals laden with the weights of things that symbolized both obsessions as well as omissions. When the bishop ran with the group being chased by the demons, he kept up with them, despite his carrying the huge weight.

    Holy Souls Crying Out

“The greatest defender of the Poor Souls imprisoned here (by their own will) is St. Michael. Few are those who respect the vast powers of this great Angel of Heaven. He is like a jailer, holding the keys, only waiting for a reason to release many or only a single soul!

People should be taught from childhood to pray to St. Michael, making offerings of prayer and penances for the increased ability (through graces earned) to intercede and protect us from the hidden snares of the devils.

Though our guardian angels are the most powerful defenders that we have both physically and spiritually, St. Michael has the power from God to subdue and calm the elements, both physically and spiritually. And there is the fact that our guardian angels cannot be with us in half of Purgatory.

The reader must realize that in Purgatory, the spiritual is physical! Don’t try to figure it out and try to find an explanation as how this can be.

Our Lord told how Purgatory exists in His parables and the countless testimonies given by people brought back to life who warned against the pending sorrows for sins unatoned for. Ignorance and stubbornness keep so many good people from seeing the truth when it is put in front of them.

    Terror felt by the Souls

Continuing on, the terror felt was the worst condition of all. The vast majority of sufferings were caused by the individuals’ own consciences. By our sins, we are our own reward or punishment.

No matter the depth of Purgatory to which a soul descends, it is directed and led by clear and perfect honesty of conscience. At our deaths, we are compelled by the Divine Justice of God to expose and weigh every good and evil on the scale of Divine Justice. Were it not for the Divine Mercy and the vastness it contains, our plight would be almost hopeless.

When we are exposed to the condition of our immortal souls, we respond only two ways. If we are honest, we will see the full extent of that which we can atone to make ourselves pure to enter eternal life. It is those who will refuse to accept accountability of themselves that cast themselves into Hell to defy the Divine Love that seeks our humility to atone for our offenses against God and Man.

    False Appearances by Demons

A most wrenching experience is when devils would appear as relatives or close friends. These counterfeit images cause a great frustration and anguish like nothing else could ever do. One had to be very observant because the false images did not have the marks on the hip and forehead. Why they didn’t or couldn’t, I don’t know.

    Description of the Lower Level

Within this tomb of horrors, very little was consistent. Things would change again and again. Temperature was one of the most crippling elements because of the speed with which it would change from one extreme to another.

The environment was an enemy in itself. And all the while one knew exactly what each torment was purging from his soul. That was a minute consolation. It represented hope and reassurance of an eventual liberation.

I must impress the constant grief that weighed so heavily upon the mind and emotions. This was a burden that in this life would be debilitating. I think it would be so great as to crush and destroy any thought or desire other than those of overwhelming regret. It is truly indescribable how God in His infinite Mercy for His creatures endeavors to return our wandering hearts back to His Love.

One of the great signs of hope is a visible light that all can see. The perpetual light of St. Michael, guardian and defender of the poorest of souls. Should St. Michael not be guardian, the demons and devils would release a great torrent of tortures upon their helpless victims. The reason is because of the hate for those who will eventually depart from this place which the damned have chosen in place of the Infinite Love.

    Terrain and the Environment

When I describe terrain and surroundings, keep in mind nothing is in our understanding of proportion. Things that would, in the world, be the normal height for something like a tree, would be of another proportion. Maybe half or even twice the size. A mountain would look like any other mountain, except…it’s only 10 feet high. In turn a chair might be 1 foot high or maybe 5 feet high to the seat.

As you read on about the environment, the descriptions are kept as simple as possible because, I know I could never say enough. I’m sure people’s imagination can fill in the blank sufficiently.

    a) Low mountainous area with jagged rocks.
    b) Paths covered with hot, black, sticky, bitumen with great puffs of burning gas.
    c) Huge mountainous area with lower hills.
    d) Sensation of walking on slippery plastic.
    e) Everyone urgently trying to get over the mountains at the same time. The need to dig your hands and toes into the surface to get traction.
    f) Hours to get over a few yards.
    g) Huge, long, plain covered with hot tar which stuck to the feet – fumes burning the eyes.
    h) Demons behind trap doors, assaulting those they caught.
    i) Pain from acid-like burns to the skin.
    j) Sudden bursts of freezing air which cramped your muscles.
    k) Open area where intense sound levels hurt the ears.
    l) Extremely sticky boiling bitumen to walk through.
    m) Sulfur smell and countless other smells.
    n) Rolling two-meter-high rises covered with rotting vegetation.
    o) Overhead became lower and lower, with pointed spikes projecting, causing you to bend and crawl to avoid injury.
    p) Acid river where sexual sins were punished by physical torments.
    q) Demons guarding the bridge across the acid river.
    r) Illusory bridge to a track – not knowing if you were taking the correct steps.
    s) Cliffs with cubicles set in them and crammed with people wearing chains around their necks. These souls are being yanked out by the chain and are being ripped apart by the demons then thrown back into the cubicles for the whole process to be repeated over and over again.

    Devils Attacking Holy Souls

One devil, about 20 feet tall, had huge feet and walked over the crowds, squashing souls. Another devil rapidly passed through the crowds creating a tornado effect which threw people everywhere. Yet another demon had a long skewer with jagged prongs, and ran through the hordes skewering about forty at a time and then dumping them down a hole which had smoke and ash coming out of it.

    Saint Michael and the Angels

Every few hours an angel would come down and lift up a soul under the arms and take him up to a level where his own angel guardian could take him to where a light in the darkness would appear. They would go into that light. All souls would stop to gratefully watch the soul go out of Purgatory.

There are only three things a person has to achieve to have his angel intercede for him in all things:

Maintain purity of heart and mind

    Unite prayers with them constantly

Humility as a constant expression of love for God and man

The Angels have these divinely given attributes:

    Purity of Nature

    Humility of Nature

    Constant Adoration of God

Holy Souls Relieved By The Blessed Virgin Mary

The Blessed Virgin would appear what seemed to be every couple of days. Everything stopped. The demons would scuttle away and hide. All the Holy Souls would stop, collapse from exhaustion, and rest. None would close their eyes, just gaze patiently, knowing it would all start again. All the heat, pain, and smell of Purgatory, and stickiness of the ground, went. Our Lady’s coming brought freshness during these 15 – 30 minutes. It was when the Angelus was being said on Earth. There was a long sigh that came from Our Lady. She was grieving because She had to leave. Our Lady knows that Her presence is a relief and a blessing.

The Reason For My Experiencing Purgatory

Procrastination in carrying out God’s Will

To purge me of any attachment to earthly desires

To experience the actual pain and suffering

    To preach against sin

To help give a greater understanding of the results of sin with the failure to repent and atone

To give me a greater sympathy for the needs of the Holy Souls.

    Period of Suffering

St. Francis of Rome said, “For all forgiven mortal sins, an average of seven years purging and suffering takes place.” The extent of suffering varies according to the amount and nature of the sin.

Father Mumford’s “Treatise on Charity Towards the Departed” gives examples of periods of suffering based on human logic.

Scripture says, “The just man falls seven times a day.”

Let us say we commit ten venial sins each day. The ‘score line’ would read thus: One year = 3,650 faults, 10 years =36,500 faults, 20 years = 73,000 faults. Delete 1/2 by reparation and the balance is 36,500. If the period in Purgatory is calculated as one hour of atonement for each fault, 36,500 such transgressions would total of 4.16 years. If the expiation required is calculated at one day instead of one hour, the total period spent in Purgatory for the number of infractions is 100 years!!

NOTE: “The Trumpeter,” was in Purgatory for two hours normal time, but it was 336 hours in Purgatorial time, equaling 14 days.

As I record these things, I must stress to the reader, that all of these things are given by Heaven for the sole purpose that souls should learn to love God more, and seek to love God more in whatever graces, talents, and skills that God has given them. Whatever your crosses or sorrows, try to remember that we must give our lives back to God, giving all things to God first.

I am trying to begin to help people understand how many ways the Divine Mercy works and intercedes for souls in all manners of daily life. For many years now Our Lord has occasionally called me to come and listen to Him. And sometimes in return, He will come and even awaken me at night, sit on the side of the bed, and tell me, “I need to speak to you, for you to learn these things that I am to say and give them to other souls so they will understand My love for them.”

This is one of those times which I know I’m not worthy of having received it. I received it because of the blessings which God has for me in accordance with my obedience to the request which God has made of me. All else is for you the reader to seek to understand how God is speaking to you. It does not matter what your age is, whether you’re male or female, adult or a child, what your occupation is, or what your national origin is. These things apply to all of us.

    Message from Our Lord

This evening Our Lord asked that I should sit and converse with Him on the subject which He chose, so I come before our Lord in the Eucharist. Our Lord comes from the Holy Tabernacle on the Altar. He comes forward and sits here in the pew. He does not come as a majestic king with awesome powers threatening souls. He comes as a gentle conveyor of Love, Compassion, and Mercy.

    Our Lord:
I address to you, My son, My brother, this My gift I give to the world. It is a combination of many treasures and loves of the Almighty God, of the Holy Triune God. Yet, first of all is always Love. Here I am continuing to offer My Infinite Love in atonement for all sins. Constantly continuing, never ending the one sacrifice that I began on the Cross that I continue and shall continue, My Priesthood shall continue this offering for the salvation of souls, making all things new and acceptable to God, our Father Almighty. I give this in Love always. My Love cannot refuse it.

A great sorrow is approaching, that is greater than any I have held in My Heart before. As I cling to the Love of My Mother, My greatest Love, I look upon mankind with a great sorrow, knowing that the Divine Justice, equal to the Divine Mercy, is raging as a great storm upon sin and those who have clung to it because of their taste for the lusts of the world.

I rest here in My Presence, waiting for the children of My Father to come, and for the children of My Mother to come. She is here with Me to console My Heart. I console Her in Her journeys throughout the world seeking all to return to our Father in Heaven.

My Mother has been refused, rejected and dejected throughout the world, even by those who profess openly again and again that She is their mother. She is their love.

It has been foretold in prophecies and Holy Script, and even by the Saints of My Holy Church. My Bride must suffer (My Church). She must suffer to be purified, and suffer to be glorified. She must appear to be destroyed as evil sought to destroy me as I walked upon the Earth preaching the Good News of the salvation of mankind. My church will be persecuted to a degree never seen before as evil has reached a height that has never before been seen on Earth. She shall suffer and be persecuted. She has been judged already in this scourging soon to carry the great cross to Her Calvary where she shall be crucified, tormented and mocked, and believed to have died and been destroyed. But, I remind you by the Holy Script, Moses was told and instructed amongst the Levites and priests to constantly offer atonements for their sins and for those of the people. They were to live upon trust. Their reward would be that of the Glory of God. Yet as before, many in the world today have chosen to find their securities and their rewards in the things of this earth.

    The Trumpeter:
Lord, how is it that all of our priests and all of the people seem to have forgotten what the core and essence of your teachings is, with all the customs that have been developed and given to us by God the Holy Spirit to strengthen our Faith? How is it that we have become so distracted? And what are we to do?”

    Our Blessed Lord:
Look here upon this Altar. In its center is the Tabernacle surrounded by My saints, holy images of those who have loved Me and intercede for you. What has been forgotten is their presence with Me here in the Tabernacle of My abode upon Earth; here where I rest in the Immaculate Conception of My Mother.

    The Trumpeter:
My Lord, who do You say that You are resting here in the Immaculate Conception? I was wanting You to help us understand why we have drifted so far from the essence of what You are teaching? Even among the different Rites, which I know throughout the world are all valid. In the different cultures the Holy spirit has inspired devotions to God, to the Angels and the Saints in particular ways because it is in the minds and hearts of the people, You have responded to those things, but how is it that even among all these things, there is something that You refer to that is forgotten? How can this be? What is it that we have forgotten?

    Our Blessed Lord:
My priests, My brother, have forgotten My Divine Presence. My Divine Presence made possible here on the Earth by My Immaculate Mother. As the first Eve made way for the Fall of Adam, the New Eve has made way for the rise of the New Adam, for the Saviour. And I rest within Her Immaculate Nature, for God has in His Presence and His Wisdom, chosen to bless what He chooses. It is God Who chose Moses to lead His people. It is God Who chose Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Isaiah, and John.

I chose My Apostles. I sent My Apostles out two by two, and I sent My Disciples out by twos, also. In My ministry, preparing for the salvation of souls, bringing the glad tidings of Love of God for mankind, I prepared and built the foundation for My Church. If man, who thinks he is so wise, can give laws to govern himself and protect and preserve his governments, does he think that I am such a fool that I did not establish laws and means to protect and preserve My church as a One Church?

In many governments the people will rebel even at times against a good government. And sometimes a government may have corruption in it by the human element and it splinters and breaks into other bodies and societies.

My Church is still My Bride on Earth as it has been from the beginning. She has consoled Me over the centuries as I have consoled Her. Yet, the human element, by free will, is not always pleasing to God and leads many souls away from the truth, away from My One True Church, leading many souls to forget that God is with them, and that with the Father is the Son and the Holy Ghost. We dwell within Our tabernacle of gold, Our tabernacle of Love. We dwell upon Earth, in the only place of where We know We can be loved and given to souls who seek to love God.

Here in My Presence… in My body and Blood, My soul and My divinity, I rest within the Heart of My Immaculate Mother, just as I had rest within Her Her womb, and as a Child in Bethlehem. I am the same, resting within Her Love, and She, My Mother most Pure, continues to give Her only Son to all of mankind for the salvation of souls, to be loved, and to be ridiculed, to be persecuted, and hated, sought after for Love, and to be sought after in hate, which causes her great joy with great sorrow and anguish. “My Mother, Who has shared in My coming into the world and who has shared in all My Love for souls has shared in the Redemption of souls.

She has mediated from the beginning, as in My public life as Holy Scripture records. I chose to show to the world that all I give to mankind I give to Her first. Just as she asked, that out of her Love, that I should console the young couple at Cana, in the miracle of the water into wine as simple a thing as this was. I do all for the Love of souls for My Immaculate Mother first for She is the Heart most Pure, She is the Love most consoling, and the arrogance of man cannot stop this. The hard headedness and stiff-neckness of man cannot stop this. it is only evil’s continuance to want to separate My Immaculate Mother from My Most Sacred Heart that I will never let occur.

Yet, that has been forgotten within My holy Church and throughout the world today, forgotten by many pious and good souls, but not by evil. There cannot be a separation from My Immaculate Mother and My Most Sacred Heart; and this is what evil tries to bring. This is what has brought so many souls away from the cofit of graces, leaving them to yearn for a transcending Faith and Divine Graces. Because of prejudice and human weakness and self love, they have deprived themselves of Infinite Love from My Most Sacred Heart. And here as My Apostle Paul has described and stated by the grace of the Holy Ghost and His Light, here we have and here is the Presence of God. We have “Him” in this Bread and in this Cup. This is what is forgotten.

I have promised My Mother, and I promise now to you, all who go into the abode of Her Heart, I shall not let them leave unconsoled and unenlightened, nor alone. All shall be freed of their burdens and sorrows who enter into the Immaculate Heart of My Mother; to bend their knee before God, seeking God first as I shall take all of these things to My Father, and all that is asked of My Immaculate Mother (within the abode of Her Heart), She shall make it good, pleasing and holy before God. And by Her Love, all shall be done that is asked of Her. For I shall defend the truth of the Immaculate Conception and I shall defend the undefiable truth of Her as Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix of all graces. This is by God’s Will, not by man’s. I did not need your cooperation to create you but you must cooperate in your own salvation, because you have your free will. You have the gift no animal has. You have a soul no other animal has. No creature has the gift that you have. You have the gift of My Love and the gift of My greatest Treasure, and this is My Immaculate Mother. She is My joy, She is Our Love, and We give Her to you, but We do not give Her to be harmed and denied.

    The Trumpeter:
Lord, is it really true that there are that many that are trying to separate our Lady or the Angels and Saints from being recognized in Your Divine Presence? I know that for centuries now there have been so many who want to dispute Your Divine Presence in the Eucharist. And many miracles have been recorded and documented by both Catholics and non-Catholics, believers and non-believers. And yet so many times those things are pushed under the rug and denied, so that those who are unfortunate in their protesting faith fail to have the opportunity to see It and have the opportunity to, maybe, be converted or understand Your great Love by knowing these things. What are we to do? How are we to respond? And how are we to react?”

    Our Blessed Lord:
In this manner, you will do these things. I have called all of you here for an exact reason and a purpose. The least among all. But none is an exception other than My Mother. You have each been given an exceptional desire to love Her and to serve Me and to love your God and to be willing to defend the love that God gives to you and to all souls.

So this I ask of you and I command of you. More will come into the abode of My Immaculate Mother’s Heart. Retreat there always. And for those who do not yet know, plead for them. Plead for those who suffer and plead for those who do not know My Divine Mercy. And plead for those who have not learned of the Great and Infinite Love of My Immaculate Mother for all souls. By this I will send My Servants, My Angels, throughout the world and I will call them, every one, to come and be within the abode of My Immaculate Mother, to come within Her Heart. This is not a calling that is new, but I restore it by My presence upon the Holy Altar of Sacrifice. As My Mother told the children in Fatima when She revealed Her Immaculate Heart and of the Great Flames of Love that came from Her, they say and understood that She is the abode of God and from Her comes the purifying flames of Love. And that Love shall be so sweet for those who seek It. It shall be bitter for those who reject it. Yet sweet it will be as they affirm in their hearts to repent and to turn away from their weaknesses and the sins in their lives. Sins against God, against all of His creation, His Angels, His Saints, against My Mother, against other souls and all of mankind. You must have charity always in your hearts. If, what you do, is not for the love of other souls, abandon it. Give from your excess to all who are in need, according to their need.

But here in this abode of My Mother’s Love all who come seeking shall find all that they ask. For My Mother shall fill their hearts with consolement, with her Love that is in the Tabernacle of God. My son, My brother, remind all that before coming to the Presence of God, repent for their sins, confess your sins in word, to atone for them and never to commit those sins again.

Again and again, repeat to them how evil only wants them to forget God and choose your luring tastes of this world; of which I do not take away from them and neither will god My Father nor the Holy Spirit. They will lose this taste only when they have affirmed in their hearts to dwell only in the Love of God. That is the purifying fires of My Love, consuming the Heart of My Immaculate Mother. And as She has told you, as you have sought to feed from Her Immaculate Heart and drink from Her consoling tears, She shall give to you an infinite hunger for My Most Sacred Heart.

Continue to bless souls and pray for them, My Priests. Pray for them with honest and great love, for it is the salvation of souls I am seeking and it is your labor in this harvest to bring them to this salvation. Increase intercessions, increase prayer and increase charity above all things. Have patience as I have patience for you and for all and extend this Love and Charity, which comes from this abode of My Immaculate Mother, for all of mankind.

    The Trumpeter:
Lord, will You help us to understand how these things are going to change or affect our conditions in the world?

    Our Blessed Lord:
Shortly I will. Return to the project I have given you and I will continue with our discussion again later. As I bless you, and bless all of the works of My Mother and all good souls, blessing them in the Name of the Triune God… the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

Be at peace, My brother. Pray for the salvation of souls, love My Mother and all souls.

    The Trumpeter:
Our Lord gently gets up. He smiles. And as He returns to the Sanctuary, His Angels seem to gather around Him, and as such I am unable to understand or see where He has gone. The Angels only fill the Sanctuary, as the Holy of Holies that it is. They remain there in praise and glory to God, and I must return now to my duties.

God bless all of you. I will continue all of these things as Our Lord of Heaven gives them.

  39. #1648,

Did you not know you are worse than a parrot? At least a parrot knows exactly what he heard and just re-echoed what actually the exact words came out from the speaker, no false interpretation or misrepresentation. Unlike you, even though you can read and have suppose intelligence still you failed to understand their life’s testimonies…go check their testimonies how they have been converted into a Catholic faith (#1502, #1561, #1567, #1568, #1638). You can never find that they had been summarily initiated against their own volition, but through “GRACE” received from the “HOLY SPIRIT” that they are now into our fold and in good company of the elect.

Jesus king of mercy I trust in you!

    Ave Maria!

  40. Message from the The Blessed Virgin Mary

    Message – September 3, 1999

In the chapel of St. Peter in the Community of St. Peter

The Trumpeter: The Blessed Mother sent Her Angel, Saint Germane, with the instructions that I was to come to the Chapel with the incense of St. Michael burning to receive from Her a message that She wanted recorded and published.

After having completed my prayer of petition, I see the gathering of many of the Angels and a vast number of Holy Innocent Children. These children are the Baptized Unborn. Our Lady has given Her Oblate priests instructions. By The Twin Hearts, all of the Holy Innocents and all the souls of Limbo were to be baptized within the Most Precious Blood of Our Lord. And they were also to be anointed. Then all of these Unborn and all Souls of Limbo are as such Baptized and received into Heaven. They also become instruments of Our Lady’s great Love and accessory abilities, instruments of Her power throughout the world to intercede for souls. She has snatched these little ones from the jaws of Satan. Satan had planned to remove these souls from the face of the earth, preventing them from being souls who are able to see and understand and share in Christ’s Holy Church. And to know the One True Faith. Satan wanted to prevent more souls from entering heaven as Saints. Evil wants souls to not only not know Our Lord but also the Union of the Twin Hearts (this being that they could share in the glory of Christ’s Church on earth). Our Lady is here in Her Chapel, as She calls it, “the dwelling of Her Immaculate Heart, Her Living Heart.”

Our Lord has come from the Tabernacle holding the Most Precious Species in front of Himself. The brilliance of light in which Our Lord is engulfed in is radiating greater than any light I have ever seen in my life. The lights and colors have become more vivid, alive, and real. It is difficult to describe them as being more real. They seem to become more alive and more physical than I ever realized was possible. I can faintly recall having had similar mystical experiences in the past, however, never to the degree which I am now experiencing. I don’t remember them, I just know what happened. Now, in this vision, I recall them and it is a very over-powering and almost silencing vision and understanding.

Our Lord, as I said, is holding His Most Precious Species in front of Himself. I have nothing to compare to the brilliance of Its whiteness. The terms which we use, “whiter than snow,” or “clouds,” or “white light,” are inadequate. This is a living color of white, a living color of purity and it is as if He lets It stand suspended in front of Himself. He goes into It, like, I don’t know how to describe it. He is absorbed into It. He transposes Himself from one appearance outside of It to entirely in It, while It is still suspended in mid-air.

Three Seraphim Angels of Our Lady are in a triangular shape around it with St. Michael directly behind It. There are many other Angels, all of the Archangels, and what appears to be a great number of the Saint Angels of Heaven. Our Chapel Angel, St. Alexis, is standing next to St. Peter. Our Community Angel, St. Theodore, and the Angel of the Society, also named St. Theodore, are both present. They stand by St. Therese, who is to my left and standing in front of the life size statue of herself. She is wearing the Oblate habit and the emblem of a Mother. That is very much like the bow which Our Lady wears in the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. St. Therese is our Patron Saint and our mother, therefore we all address her as our Mother, Therese.

A vibration of fire is emanating in all directions from the Eucharist. It is a living fire that seems to permeate all objects in the chapel. However, It appears not to leave the interior of the chapel. It is a constant, burning, living fire. It is a fire that could be described as a furnace or even a sun. But It is still a fire. It has no tongues or flames but it is a fire. And It has a strange heat, a most consoling, soothing, and peaceful warmth that penetrates every part of my body and my mind and I would even say into my soul.

Our Lady’s voice comes from this Flame as She repeats a blessing in the Name of Her Son, this our God and Savior, in the Name of the Father, our God Creator, and in the Name of the Holy Spirit, this Giver of Life. Our Lady uses another word which is unfamiliar to me and can not pronounce. I have no pronunciation for it, but my Angel lets me know that it is a word which, loosely translated, means the Paraclete.

I see Our Lady’s face and eyes in the fire. And She is this fire. And She is immediately here at the foot of the Altar as Her feet rest so gently upon the carpet where I’ve stood so many times to offer the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, the Divine Liturgy.

Our Lady’s arms are stretched out forward as She reaches to kiss my reliquary Crucifix and She turns and She kneels before the Tabernacle. Yet the Eucharist which I described earlier is still there, suspended in front of the Tabernacle just over the head of our little statue of the Infant Jesus of Divine Mercy. It is a little statue I had made some years ago because of a private affection I have of the Child Jesus.

Our Lady rises up so gently and with such grace, She holds out Her hands. From Her neck is suspended a beautiful golden chain with a Crucifix of a unique design which She hold up with both hands as She kisses it gently. She makes the sign of the Cross in Her blessing, In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

The expression on Our Lady’s face is indescribable with its gentleness, its kindness, its Motherly Love, and such affection. The sweetness of our Lady’s words as She begins to speak…

The Blessed Virgin Mary: “In My name I come, My children, as I am sent by the Triune God, as I dwell within the Most Holy Species here within the Tabernacle. It is I Who give My blessing from God in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. I am the Immaculate Conception and I am the Flame of Divine Love. I have called you again to My service, My son, Trumpeter of My Immaculate Heart and Trumpeter of these End Times, My priest son.

The Flame of My Heart, it grows to the extent of the Divine Justice as it rages against the sin in the world, and by the presence of evil as it grows. Out of Divine Mercy, the Flame of Divine Love burns for the salvation of all souls, for the Glory of God. This Flame, My children, is to keep all souls and hearts warm and alive with the fire of love for God. It is by this fire that I am the Divine Flame of Love that I travel throughout the world seeking to keep its warmth: the warmth of God’s Love within the hearts of all My children. My son, as it is, sin has ravaged upon so many hearts and souls destroying not only lives and societies, governments and nations, but immortal souls. So many souls and hearts find their ventures away from the fire of God’s Love and His One True Church. Each soul claiming so many, that God, by His Holy Spirit, has inspired them to form His Church. How they claim to form what only God could do. To form another Christian Church. Another in His Name, with continued division and confusion with perversion seeking to distract souls from the one Truth and leading them to the interpretations of their own minds led by the father of lies. There is but one Truth, My children, not by your own interpretations and your own handlings or by your own choice. The one Truth exists from the beginning and before, as it shall continue for all eternity. It shall never cease to be, as it has always been. It has no beginning and it has no end.

And these putrid tamperings and the spewing venom of the father of lies as he spreads his poison into the minds and hearts of so many, because of their unwillingness to have humility before God seeing only the superficial and outward appearance. It has been tampered by man. But still, is the coffer of the Glory of Christ and is still is the Temple of God and I, as the Tabernacle of God, and the Furnace of His Love and this Love burns to seek to remind you of the Great Love that God’s Heart burns for you. You have wandered from His Truth of His Love so much that your hearts grow cold and you forget the Truth and Its Wisdom, Its Mercy and Its Love. The Love burning, with all that is of God, as I am the Flame of Divine Love, I burn with the Love of God. I am consumed of the Love of God. And I possess the Love of God. This I give to you, My children. I give it in great abundance, calling you to return before the Altars of My Son. Oh, so many of you, My priest sons, in your hearts that have grown so cold, so tepid, lukewarm, and many as desolate as tombs. Yet, how can you be shepherds of My Son’s children, be shepherds of Mine? How can you be the harvesters of souls, when you do not know to whom your Master Who sends you to harvest these souls, when you do not listen to the truth? Instead, the fanciful tales, prophesied by My Divine Son, that you choose to take as your gospels. Are you seeking a new way here upon the Altar of Sacrifice all things are made new? There is no new truth. There is no new love. There is no new salvation. My Heart weeps tears of fire burning with Love for all of you. Please, I address you. Listen to My words, that My Heart should warm you and that you should return to the Altar of Sacrifice with Great Love! Here is the Lamb of God, Who has been offered for you! Each of you singly, individually, all of you, together My children, with all of His Divine Love, withholding nothing, only wanting your love.

My children, you cannot know love if you do not know My Divine Son, for He is Love. Oh, yes, He rests in My Immaculate Heart and I rest in His Most Sacred Heart. You cannot receive Love when you seek your own.

For your own is not love, it is pride! Humble yourselves before God, My children. For He is God. We are not. My son, in the week to come, on the anniversary of this day, you shall have a great confrontation and battle with the father of lies. I stand in the Temple, as My Son, preaching the Love of God and the salvation of souls for all of you, My children. As I imitate and repeat every step My Divine Son has taken in His life upon earth for the salvation of souls, I am His perfect Subject. I shall imitate Him to the death perfectly. And this, My death, that approaches within My Son’s Church shall burn at the completion of the week. Come one year in this day, I shall give a sign on the throne where the Triune God, where all of the salvation of My Son’s Church has been placed within My Hands, a sign I will give. So that none shall have a proof to cause Me to blush, a proof to call Me the liar. But I shall prove that just as My Son laid down His Life for all souls that He being raised up raised His Church. And I, when I am raised up in the week and a half to come, will raise up My Sign. Clothed with the sun, blinding all evil before the vengeance of God, shall strike it down; bring under My Mantle all My children. All of the faithful of My Son and His One True Church. For My Mantle is in His Heart and all who are under My Mantle will be in His Heart. Evil will be blinded because the wrath of God shall strike it by My hand.

My child, My son; I give you an exercise to help you. Upon each of My Feasts, again I call you to receive My words, but these should all be disseminated throughout the world, as I challenge those who choose to be fanciful at My Son’s Holy Altar. For those who choose to be self-righteous and self-proclaiming calling those to adore our God outside of His Church, I call you My Children into the True Church of Christ. His One, Holy, Universal (Catholic) and Apostolic Church.

As I am the bridge from East to West and North to South: I shall gather all of My true children, all My true priest sons and bishops, all the true shepherds of My Son into one fold under My Mantle. Because I am the Immaculate Conception. I am the Mother of God and I come with these blessings, My child and My children, the Flame of Divine Love.”

The Trumpeter: Our Lady’s brilliance, I am at a loss for words. I hear the instructions from St. Therese and St. Peter. They are inside me but I do not comprehend them. When this has occurred in the past, it has always returned to me suddenly with full understanding for the moment when it was needed and many times in dreams.

Our Lord pours out fire in front of Himself, from the very same appearance of the statue of the little Infant Jesus of Divine Mercy upon the Altar as He gives His blessing. And all of the Angels, the Holy Innocents, and the Saints, bow in adoration, blessing all in the sign of the Cross — In the Name of the Most Holy Trinity, In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost.

This is the completion of the vision that I am to record at this time. The scenes that I continue to see are not for publication.

The comment that the “week” that our Lady referred to and the week to come as She called it is Biblical as She referred to also within the “one day.” That is also a Biblical reference. Those who are students of mystical grace and Scriptures will know its time period readily.

I will give my blessing through Our Lady, Co-Redemptrix, and Mediatrix of all Graces, Our Mother of Mercy, Flame of Divine Love, that She should fill your hearts with an abundance of grace most pleasing to Her and that the Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ That was shed upon the Cross descend and remain with you always, In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.

  41. Message from St. Therese and our Lord
    Message Received: March 2, 2001

In the Chapel at St. Peter’s Community

The Trumpeter: While I was preparing for Mass today, I could already see many of the Angels gathering around the altar. One of our Blessed Mother’s Guardian Angels, Saint Phillamen, was the first Angel that I saw. The next Angel that I saw was Saint Germaine. All three of our Blessed Mother’s Angels were standing behind the Tabernacle. Saint Michael was to their right side, my left. The Archangel, Saint Eurial, was also standing behind the Tabernacle to my right side, Saint Michael’s left.

Saint Therese was standing exactly were her statute is, which is to the left side of the altar, just as Saint Peter was standing on the right side of the altar next to his statue. Our Lord’s Guardian Angel (whose name is Saint Santafeumas, meaning “Burning Light of Sanctity”) was directly behind the Tabernacle. All of these Saints and Angels mentioned were in a natural life size.

It was not until I entered the sanctuary that I was able to see that there already was a very large number of Angels throughout the whole chapel. I could see our patron Angel, whose name is Saint Theodore, in the air behind the altar. Actually, Saint Theodore was outside the chapel but I could see him as if the wall was invisible.

Both kinds of the Cherub Angels were also inside the sanctuary, and it was at this time again that I saw the Throne Angel who is always in the sanctuary adoring God for all of the Oblates. Although I have seen him at least 20 times in the past three years, I still do not know his name. He is an exceptionally beautiful Throne Angel and he was sitting upon a golden throne. From the appearance of this throne on which he was seated, it seemed impossible for it to support the weight of a person the size of this Angel. The delicacy of its design gives no appearance of having a superstructure to support even its own weight. It has a very intricate pattern that is composed of many various symbols of Angels and pious designs. All of this is formed or shaped in a design that is as delicate as fine threads. It’s almost as if it was woven from fine threads of gold. I was able to see through its designs because of the space that existed between each design or symbol, in the same way that is common to many woven materials.

As I pronounced the intention of today’s Mass, the Guardian Angels of all of the Oblate members became visible in the chapel and had the appearance that indicated that they also came to attend Mass in place of any prospective Oblate member who was not in attendance.

With the opening prayers of the Mass, a beautiful multicolored light came from the Heavens and engulfed an area approximately 10 feet in diameter around the Tabernacle. Within a moment, as I pronounced the words seeking the intercession of the Saints whose relics were there, our Blessed Mother and Her Divine Son appeared.

Our Lord was wearing a brilliant robe of white that gave the appearance of the color being fluid rather than solid. The whiteness of His robe was beyond description but it was very easy to see the beautiful detailing of the material. And as God will never do anything or show anything for no reason, each of the tiny patterns interwoven within the materials, gave a “message” all within the patterns themselves. (Maybe someday Heaven will have me describe the meaning and symbols within the patterns making up the cloth Our Lord and Our Lady wore). All of the trim on Our Lord’s robe was interwoven with a rich red and brilliant gold. From Our Lord’s Hands and Feet, I could see His Wounds very easily. By the light that was emanating from Our Lord’s Side, I was given to know that this was the Wound that pierced His Heart. Even the Wounds caused by the Crown of Thorns were visible. Our Lord’s Countenance was one of great peace as He projected an appearance of great authority. Each of Our Lord’s Wounds illuminated with the appearance of beautiful illuminated rubies.

Our Blessed Mother stood almost directly in front of Our Lord, Her Divine Son. Our Lady’s gown was of the similar white, like that of Her Son’s. At Our Lady’s waist was a beautiful golden sash that draped from Her left side to the point where it almost touched the floor. On Our Lady’s mantle was the same matching trim as on Our Lord’s robes. Identical light projected from the Two Hearts so perfectly united. This light was very similar in appearance to an illuminated waterfall. I use this description because I cannot think of another way to describe how the light projecting from Their Hearts appeared to be a solid.

Saint Therese appears in the habit of the Oblates. It’s so very beautiful with the white material and the multicolored emblem over her chest. The crucifix is of striking beauty because of its realism and fine detail.

As I began the reading of the Epistle, Saint Therese came to the foot of the altar in front of the Tabernacle, knelt down, and said:

Saint Therese: “My priest brother, bless me through the Twin Hearts of Jesus and Mary. Bless me by the Divine Priesthood, by (the intercession of) all the Saints, Holy Souls, and the Holy Angels of God.”

The Trumpeter: As I gave this blessing to Saint Therese + + +, she bowed deeply in front of Our Dear Lord and Most Holy Mother. As I blessed her, light came from Our Lord and Lady, and all of the Angels and Saints. The blessing (light) had an appearance of beautiful sparkling stones that flowed through the air within a beautiful white fluid.

Saint Therese: “My priest brother and founder, entrusted with this Sacred Society that flows from my heart, it is with the Love of my Spouse with the Love of Our Most Holy Mother, I am compelled (by the force of my love for the Twin Hearts as well as for all of the Oblates) to address you and all of my sweet daughters [the term “daughters” or “sisters” is a referral to our souls and not to the gender of the Oblate members].

“In this holy season of repentance, we are blessed by our Dear Savior to instruct with all of the Angels of our Mother Mary, as Queen of all Angels… (this is all of the Angels of Heaven) to share in and with (to receive as a gift from God), “this” (as this refers to the promise concerning each of the chapels of the OSTR), the Immaculate Heart… as “this gift” is to be truly joined with the heart of each Oblate and joined within all of our Holy Angels. This joining comes by the entrance of each heart as it enters in humility into the living heart* of our most Holy Mother. (* is a gift – not being described here – given to the Oblates)

“I cannot expound upon this gift in great detail at this time, as this is to be pondered in the hearts of each of my little sisters (and it is not yet revealed fully publicly).

“I address this to you as an encouragement; to cause you to seek a greater insight, by the grace of the Holy Spirit, and for you to understand better the depth of which Our Lord and God, Savior and Spouse, is willing to extend His love for the greater edification of your souls; to strengthen them and console them within the living Divine Love. Do not hesitate or delay to seek this consolation, as it is a gift given so freely by God to prepare all of you for the future. A future that is approaching so rapidly to become almost as the present.

“Seldom do you hear from my mouth words of warning as it concerns the affairs of the world. Now is not the time for me to begin a new course, although it is parallel to the Little Way. Rather, I caution you to remember one of the great gifts that have been given to you, my sisters. This gift is to have a greater understanding as you should seek to know the great humility and charitable love that our Lord God has for His more loving children.

“I instruct all of my Oblates to recognize the great abundance of grace that is mediated by true humiliation of self as a self-mortification; I encourage you with as much zeal as I can for all of you to seek with true sincerity, to understand, and practice the instructions and teachings of Our Lord.

“We are to see Him presently, living and sharing His Love for us and our neighbor. We few… should be so happy in seeing how abundantly blessed we are by God. How abundantly loved and blessed we are by our Most Holy Mother. We as the few… should not be content by the smallness of our numbers; rather we should be most anxious to exercise the very blessings that we have received, as an outward sign of our love for God and our desire to share as mediators. Also, as living evAngelists, for the salvation of souls.

“At one point in time during my life in the cloister, with my fellow sisters, the thought came upon me that, what if I were not able to enter into Heaven unless I had purposely intercede for the salvation of a specific number of souls? What was I to do if there could be no way that I would ever know what the number, our quota, was set for me by God!

“What was I to do? So I ask you, my sisters, how would you consider yourselves if placed in this same circumstance? (This is setting aside for a moment the knowledge that we have that by our saving one soul, our salvation will be assured.)

“My first inclination was that of overwhelming fear! Then, taking careful consideration of my reaction, I was able to see that, if nothing else, this fear, in the most part, was not from God. This fear was from the evil ones seeking to cause me to despair and to lose all hope and trust in God. By prayer, I could see a part of that fear was built upon a singular grace that gave me the ability to recall that I was truly nothing on my own. From this point, I began to examine my options to resolve this question. I began to consider by what means would our Loving Savior make it possible for me to complete such a task. That is to say, that if this scenario was a true insight into the defined plan of God for my life in this world, it must show itself to be a part of my path to Heaven. Though I may not see it clearly at first.

“What was I to do? How was I to begin? Where should I find guidance and most of all, the crucial assistance that it would take to accomplish God’s will? For remember, I had already realized that on my own, I was nothing. I was much too little to achieve such a great task. Surely there must be a way for this to be achieved if it were truly inspired by God. Oh! That was the key… by God!

“By no merit of my own, would I be able to proceed to accomplish such an immense task. But, I did know that the Love of “my Father,” was truly so great, that I only needed to accomplish one thing! Remain so little and so helpless, that the Love of “my God” as “my Eternal Father” and “Spouse” would come to my aid! Not so much come to my aid, but lift me up in His protecting arms, so that, as His “little one,” all that I could do was to accompany “my Father” in seeking those souls that my Lord and God would redeem.

“Is not my Savior their Savior as well? Would He not redeem others in the name of His Holy love? By this I am saying, by sharing the love of my Father and Spouse, in loving another soul, how could the Source of all Love deny ‘Itself’ the salvation of any soul, for Its Name Sake? Love could not!

“So, here is the only solution. As a little child, resting in the arms of my loving Father, I would express my love for other souls, that they should also know the same love that I know. And for the sake of Love Itself, Love could not denying them… Mercy!

“The difficulty is, for us in our own selves, to remain so little that we cannot exhibit any impression, that would imply, that we considered ourselves to be competent up because of ourselves; this then implies that we think of ourselves as another source of love. Rather, we are to exhibit, interiorly and externally, to the degree that we become endlessly happy and eager to share God’s Infinite love. It is only then, that we’ve become truly pleasing to God. Love cannot be restrained and limited to Itself. Love, which we know is God, by Divine Nature, seeks to Love as well as to be loved at the same time. In this way, we will truly feed upon the virginal milk of our Blessed Mother, which in turn will strengthen us, so that we will then be able to feed upon the truly defined Bread, Meat, of Christ our Savior.

“This lesson I give you, is the same teaching as it was given by Our Lord’s Apostles and this is the very essence of the true ‘Little Way.’ To love, for God, for all eternity.

“Remember, my sisters, this is difficult only because the prince of the world, who is Satan, the enemy of all that is good, rules in the world today. With his legions of the damned, every conceivable sin in an unseen obstacle is placed to block the path of any soul seeking to love its God and Creator. Virtually the whole world is battling against the sanctity and salvation of souls! This is why, my sisters, I will constantly remind you, your greatest protection is to become so small and insignificant in the world, that you present yourselves so defenseless before the sight and presence of all of Heaven, that, the Infinite Love is compelled by Love’s Nature to embrace you and preserve you from all harm. I assure you most heartily, my sisters, this is the great joy and delight of our Eternal Father in Heaven. And is this not also the truest desire of our Divine Spouse? And also, is this not the influence inspired in us, into our hearts and souls, by the Holy Spirit? And surely, we know this is the desire and aim of our most Blessed Mother, Who can want only for our littleness, for the glory of God.

The Trumpeter: Saint Therese glowed with such a radiant beauty that is beyond words to describe the intense burning love that is dwelling within her, as she expressed these words that obviously mean so much more to her than this little bit of time was able to convey. It was very much like watching a small ember whose growth in size and increase in brilliance was caused by an unseen source. This reminds me of how Saint Teresa of Avila explained the mystical waters. She compared mystical waters being showered upon the implanted love in our hearts given to us by God in such a way that it was like water being sprinkled over burning tar. When this happens, the burning tar is not extinguished by the water; rather, a reverse effect is caused. Sprinkling water on burning tar causes the flame to spread. If you have never seen something like this before, it may be hard for you to imagine; but it is true.

The expression on Our Lord’s Face was that of a great satisfaction and pleasure as He had been listening to His sweet bride’s words of love. Obviously these are words that are silently communicated between the Twin Hearts and Saint Therese. This is such a good example of the indescribable union that exists within the Mystical Body, referring mostly to those souls who share in the glory of God in His Heavenly Kingdom.

Another observation that I made while Saint Therese was speaking was that a great brilliance was radiating from Our Lord’s Wounds in some indescribable way and it was reflecting from within Saint Therese’s whole being.

Our Lord held out His hands towards all of us with the gesture and expression that He was desirous of holding all of us in His loving embrace.

Our Lord: “As My spouse has been revealing to you reflections that will help you to understand the pursuit of a ‘Little Way,’ I want to direct your attention to how this lesson is a very good explanation concerning the union of the Mystical Body within the Most Holy Eucharist.

“In all that Saint Therese was explaining, the reality reflecting the unity of all souls within My Mystical Body can be contemplated with her description of desiring to draw all souls to know and share the Eternal Source of all Love. Love wants not for Itself but that Love is shared for the greater knowledge of Love. The more who know Love, the more souls want only for Love. And the wanting for Love is not the desire to possess but rather to give it (love) back in return. This is because Love knows that the only joy or happiness that can be returned to Love in thanksgiving is… Love itself.

“The great sorrow above all sorrows is that even among the most pious of souls, few are praying for the salvation of the world. Many are those who cry out to Me through My Immaculate Mother asking for mercy for their families, for all of those they love. But few are those who offer to My Most Sorrowful Heart petitions of Mercy for all of the souls of the world.

“Little time remains for trying to convince others to believe. The only tool you have to intercede for them is your prayer. The times have become too short. The wrath of Justice grows too great and is overflowing upon the Divine Mercy and Immaculate Heart of My Mother.

“Pray on this, My children, and you will understand the great need for your petitions at the foot of The Cross at the Altar of Sacrifice.”

The Trumpeter: At this time Our Dear Lord extended His Hands over all of us as He gave His blessing… And as the word “bless” was pronounced… all that could be seen was LIGHT! It was as if the sun had exploded and its light engulfed everything.

We have all been blessed, In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost… +

In enclosing, I give my priestly blessing to all who read and share these words I believe to be from Heaven, as I bless all of you, your families and all of your intentions, in the Name of the Father, and in the Name of the Son, and in the Name of the Holy Ghost, Amen. +

  42. Message from Our Lady
    Message Received March 9, 2001

In the Chapel at St. Peter’s Community

The Trumpeter: Our Blessed Mother has been present during the whole Mass with many of the Angels and the Saints. While I face the altar, Saint Thérèse, who is wearing the habit of the Oblates, stands to my left, in front of her statue, and Our Lady stands to Saint Thérèse’s right.

Saint Michael stands behind the Tabernacle and appears as a prince in a beautiful golden robe while Saint Peter stands to my right, in front of his statute.

Our Blessed Mother extends Her open arms and reveals Her Immaculate Heart. Its brilliance and warmth fill the Chapel. I have never been able to find what I feel would be sufficient and appropriate words to describe Our Lady’s beauty, although each time I see Her, I want to absorb and soak in, like a sponge, everything that I see. I have regretted over the years not being able to have a complete emotional recollection of each of these visions. Though I realize that it is a grace, and an exceptional blessing, even to be a messenger, still there are so many times that I have wished that I would be able to absorb and to retain all the things which I see and feel during the visions. Not only for the time, the short duration, of these visits with Our Lady and Our Lord.

After each visit from Heaven, I recall the words my father once said to me, that “no matter what, Heaven is worth it!”

I hope I am able, in some small way, to convey this to others who will read these words of encouragement and inspiration so that they, themselves, will desire to understand all that God allows to happen to them. Not only for their own salvation and the greater glory of God, but for the salvation of other souls.

So few people give a second thought to the supernatural as it concerns Heaven. To many people, the supernatural only means dialing a phone number to speak to some psychic at the cost of $5.00 each minute. Even fewer would be the people who would realize that the things that these psychics tell them actually come from evil spirits.

Our Blessed Mother holds out Her hands, and in each hand is a brilliant light that shines and sparkles like a magnificent diamond. The same light is upon Our Lady’s feet and over Her head.

Our Lady’s Angel, Saint Clement, is kneeling down in front of Her in a gesture of most profound love. As he extends his hands forward, they slide underneath Our Lady’s feet. He raises Her gently into the air approximately four or five feet. All the brilliant lights that are always emanating from the Tabernacle are magnified through Our Lady throughout the Chapel and over the community property. As I know that you can only see these things in your minds to the best of my ability to describe them, I am encouraged to give some insight about these things. Heaven has always encouraged me to give these descriptions, so that this would enable pious souls to reflect upon the great magnificence of Heaven.

I also believe that it was also so that people could imagine how great is God’s love for all of us and to understand better how God wants to share all of His creation with us. Regretfully though, it is our sinful natures as well as the great multitude of sins in the world that cloud our vision and prevent us from seeing even the smallest glimpses of Heaven’s beauty.

Our Blessed Mother has given Her blessing upon us several times while I have been speaking. She is holding a beautiful crucifix made of petrified wood. It’s a very beautiful crucifix that I have mentioned before in other messages. Behind the Corpus in the Crucifix is the inlaid image of the medallion of Our Lady as Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix of All Graces.

My Angel Guardian is gesturing for me to repeat what Our Lady is saying:

Our Lady: “My Priest son, I bless you as I bless all of My children from the most Sacred Heart of My Divine Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ.

“On each of these days, I will present a plea to all of My children to increase their prayers for the salvation of all souls. And with this increase of prayers, many chastisements shall be lessened, as none can be prevented any more. It grieves My heart to see that so many will suffer so needlessly when all of these things could have been prevented.

“My child, My children, time has passed beyond mitigation. The hand of Divine Justice is coming down upon the heads of all. None shall escape nor be exempt from the purification that is now upon you; a purification and punishment that all have been warned about for many years. There are no excuses for anyone to give. Although I still plead for all of you, My children. As your Mother, it grieves Me to see the great sorrows to be suffered by so many. “What must I do to encourage you, My children, to offer everything to the Eternal Father for the conversion of all souls?

“What have I not said, that I should have? What tears should I have shed that I have not? My heart is breaking with sorrow and grief. I have called out to all of My Priest sons, begging them to intercede for all of the souls who are in their care. I have called out to all My religious sons and daughters, begging them to intercede for all souls. I have called out to all of you, My children, but you have preferred to wait until the last moment. It seems many have not, and still do not, trust in My Immaculate Heart and refuse to respond to My pleading. Some feel and believe that I would prove them to be foolish for trusting in Me as their Mother. They believe that if they were to follow My words and things (events) did not proceed as quickly, and as far, and as severely as they felt they should to justify their response to Me, that they would be made the fools in front of others.

“How concerned you have been with the opinions of others, rather than the pleading of My Immaculate Heart. So, what have I to say now that will justify your concerted effort in interceding for others?

“Will you not pray for those who have no one to pray for them? Will you, My children?”

The Trumpeter: Our Lady is standing with Her arms extended, and the expression on Her face shows that She wished She could have each of us individually feel Her embrace so that we would understand better what She is saying.

Our Lady is giving Her blessing again, amidst the tears of Her eyes, as She blesses us all … in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. Amen.”

The expression on Saint Michael’s face is one of great frustration, even, exasperation. Any time that our Blessed Mother, Who is His Most High Queen, reveals Her tears of sorrow and disappointment because of man’s ignoring Her, Saint Michael becomes quite disturbed. This is because he sees into the great depth of Her love for all souls. Saint Michael can also see the great sorrows and anguish that are causing his Queen to suffer, because of our ingratitude.

I recall a time when Saint Michael told me that because all priests are consecrated to him, before they face God in Judgment, he will have His opportunity to address them. Each and individually. He also said that many would rather embrace Satan than face Saint Michael. I always understood this to mean that Saint Michael would be given the ability to express his great disdain for those who would betray their vocations.

I close for now, as I give my blessing to all who read these words, as I bless all of you, in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, Amen.

  43. The dogmas of My Church are revealed by the Holy Ghost, therefore when My Church has spoken, this truth cannot be changed.
    Message Received: March 16, 2001
In the Chapel at St. Peter’s Community

The Trumpeter: Before Mass began, I could see our Blessed Mother with Saint Therese kneeling, in prayer, at the foot of the altar in front of the Tabernacle. While they were praying, Our Lord was standing in front of them and blessing them. Many tears seemed to be falling from their eyes onto the carpet on the floor in front of the altar.

I cannot begin to describe the great multitude of angels that was behind Our Lady and Saint Therese as if they were joining in with their prayers. The Angels made no sounds while Our Lady was speaking to Our Divine Lord.

As I am accustomed to receiving these messages during Mass, my Angel instructed me to proceed.

As a reminder for those who may not already know, at no time do any of these things interfere or interrupt any part of the Mass. At no time do these messages interfere with or occur during the Consecration, as this would be a clear sign that they were not from Heaven. At no time can Heaven present a distraction, or competition, with the Consecration of the Divine Species although this does not prevent me from realizing what is happening and retain it in my memory to be recorded later.

Our Blessed Mother is petitioning Her Divine Son for an abundant increase of His Infinite Mercy to be poured out in greater abundance upon all of mankind.

Our Lord: My dear Mother, Heart of My Heart, I give to You all that You ask for the intercession of souls, for their increase of love for their God. To date, (at this time) I present for all souls to study more upon the great wonderful institution of the most August and Blessed Sacrament upon the altar. I present and give the grace for it to be understood, the perfect union and presence of Our Twin Hearts, and this Means of Supernatural Food. For as bread feeds the body, so this Bread I give feeds eternal life. And as You, Yourself, My Mother, are present with Me, this means that You are this Food also.

I caution souls to be very prudent, and examined this grace with a prayerful and contrite heart. As I teach My Church that I am Food indeed, by eating My Flesh and drinking My Blood, this is promised to My Church. And I have accomplished My promise.

The night before I died, I said to eat, for This is My Body. I made this Sacrament for Holy Communion. To eat My Flesh was the primary End for Instituting This Sacrament. I loved souls so completely that in order to unite all souls to Myself, I created this heavenly Food Which only has the appearance of bread of the earth. This is My Body and Blood. In this Sacrament, before all, eat My Body, and drink My Blood. And, within us, all become united as one body within Our Eternal Father.

I unite myself to all who come to feed upon Me. All souls become one, that they may live, that I should live in them. It is now no longer they, but I, and they shall live in Me, in the Father, as the Father is within Me. But I also teach that You, My Mother, are also substantially present with Me; and this does also have You become heavenly Food.

The dogmas of My Church are revealed by the Holy Ghost, therefore when My Church has spoken, this truth cannot be changed. The dogma, once declared, is always true and forever lasting. Dogma cannot change, for truth cannot change.

My Church is alive within Me, as I live within My Church. And I develop within Her My doctrines. In time She will obtain the fullness of the age I shall bring Her upon this earth.

In the beginning, all the truths were taught by the Apostles; yet the Apostles, for instance, did not teach the devotion to My most Sacred Heart in this same way as it is taught in this day. There were no First Friday devotions in the time of Saint Paul, yet Saint Paul taught the love of My Sacred Heart for all souls and the love that should be returned to Me. So really the devotion to My Most Sacred Heart has always been included and the love for Christ, which Saint Paul taught, was so eloquent. Yet it had a different form then than it does today. With the turn of the centuries, My teachings have grown with My Church, so that My teachings developed, and became more clear, but always in the same sense, the same doctrines, and in the same dogma.

This same thing is to happen concerning You, My Most Blessed Mother. From the beginning, You were saluted as ‘full of grace’ in Holy Script as it is recorded. Yet it would be centuries before a dogma of faith would be taught by My Church, in regard to Your Divine Motherhood.

From the very beginning, it was believed that You were and are, My Mother, and that I am God. But one day the question was raised about the two natures I possess, saying I am completely Divine in nature, and I am complete in My Human Nature. My bishops gathered under My Pontiff and they decided the best way to destroy the various heresies was to simply declare that You, Mary, My Mother, are truly the Mother of God. Thus it became evident that I have truly two natures, since You could give Me only a human nature. By this statement that You, Mary, My Mother, are Mother of God, reveals that I must also have the Divine Nature. This is still a mystery that I have held close to My Heart, revealing it only to two of the prophets of these times; only these two have received the grace to understand that You are My Mother from the beginning.

As I revealed all things to man I have made this known through my prophets, and it will be through them, that in time, this grace shall be revealed throughout the world.

This doctrine concerning You, My Mother, keeps developing through the age of My Church. In time the day came when it was declared that Your Virginity has always been, before My Birth and after My Birth. You, My Mother, are saluted the ‘Ever Virgin Mary.’ Still a new dogma is to be defined, and this dogma will be made immense before the Church. Many will see to oppose My Will. But, what is the last word of this development? What shall be the last word of this a praying Pontiff?

My Pontiff shall speak about the Motherhead of the Mystical Body of Jesus, and My last dogmatic word for You shall be as follows: Mary, My Mother, continues to eternally show, and possess the Mystical Body of Christ; with this same Motherly care and ardent love, with which You clasped the Infant Jesus to Your warm and nourishing breasts.

So, I ask of My Church this question, does not My Mother nurse you from Her breasts as She did Me as an Infant, both spiritually and true? And can you not see how this happens in the Holy Eucharist?

My Mother does this, as She gives Her Virginal Milk, by first preparing all souls to receive Me, the Divine Food, and Holy Communion. So now, this grace of preparation that You give and unite to all souls within My Physical and Mystical Body is truly substantial, as is given by God through Your holy nature as Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix of All Graces.

As Saint Paul said to the first Christians, that he was giving to them the milk, because, they were not strong enough to eat the solid food.

And this, My Mother, is that You are here united perfectly and substantially within the Most Holy Eucharist to obtain for all true grace of contrition, humility, and love, assisting all souls in their approach to their physical union with their God.

The Trumpeter: During this time, as Our Lord was speaking, the light radiating from Our Lord shown itself as only one light that contained both Himself and Our Lady as One. I know that this is all of the message, or revelation, that Heaven revealed at this time. Our Lord did give His blessing to all of us several times at the end when He was through speaking.

In turn, I also give my priestly blessing to all who read these words, as I bless all of you, in the Name of The Father, and in the Name of The Son, and in the Name of The Holy Ghost. Amen.

  44. Message from St. Therese
    Message Received : March 23, 2001

In the Chapel at St. Peter’s Community

The Trumpeter : Our Lady is present at each of the Masses, from the beginning to the end. Today, Her three great Angels, as well as Saint Michael, the Archangel, were with Her. Saint Therese was in her usual place to my left, at the foot of the altar. As we approach closer to Holy Week, more and more Angels accompany Our Lady.

Our Lady’s robes were a beautiful pearlescent white, trimmed with a very fine band of purple. Along the edges of Her garments, I could see very beautiful embroidery that seemed to be like a hem along its edges. Upon Our Lady’s left wrist was a chaplet of the Divine Mercy. The beads looked like reddish pearls.

Our Blessed Mother held the same beautiful crucifix, made from petrified wood with the inlaid image of Her Medallion as Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix of all Graces, which I have mentioned in previous messages. Saint Michael wore a beautiful red robe and had a crown upon his head, for the true prince that he is. His right hand was over his heart, while in his left hand, he held the staff of a beautiful banner of Our Lady as the Immaculate Conception. His hair was radiant with the lights of gold. His eyes were like a brilliant fire with glowing embers in their center. All around his head was a beautiful aura of light that radiated many beautiful colors, somewhat like a rainbow.

Both Saints Peter and Paul stood to the left side of the altar, my right side. They were both robed in beautiful garments giving them the appearance of kings.

Saint Theodore, the Guardian Angel of the Oblates of Saint Therese, was high in the air behind the Tabernacle, just above Saint Michael. He was as radiant as the sun at high noon. All around him were other angels, spreading downward at about a 45 degree angle on each side.

At each side, or corner, of our Chapel, was one of the beautiful and powerful seventh Angels, the great exorcist Angels. These angels are from the choir of the Throne Angels.

Saint Therese of the Holy Child Jesus came forward slowly and just to the side of Our Blessed Mother, Who was directly in front of the Tabernacle.

With Our Blessed Mother, Saint Therese gave a blessing to everyone, in the Name of the Father, and in the Name of the Son, and in the Name of the Holy Ghost, Amen.+

Saint Therese: My Dear father and brother, all of my brothers and sisters, I address you from and within the Immaculate Heart of Our Mother, Co-Redemptrix and Mediatrix of All Graces.

My dear father, do not be concerned when these directions being given from Heaven do not contain the dramatic and sensational descriptions that many people are hungry for. I am not saying this for you, but for those who will read these words.

As the offensive* time is unfolding, the most dramatic concern that should be constantly in the minds of all is the concern for the salvation of souls. This is not the concern of those hungry with anticipation for the coming chastisements, events that will be filled with catastrophe and sorrow. Three new wars are about to begin, bringing only needless sorrow and suffering upon the earth. It is the decrease in prayers to Heaven and the constant increase of sin that bring this into the world. (*offensive refers to those things that are destructive and harmful to nature, including our human natures.)

This fire of sorrow will not be so distant from your own homeland (as they have been in the past) as it will be at your borders and upon your sovereign soil.

My prayers, with all of my love, are dedicated and united with all of the prayers, trials, sufferings, and atonements of my* Oblates. Even a few can achieve, succeed, and intercede for a great multitude of souls when this is truly united with the Immaculate Heart, petitioning the Divine Mercy. So, I encourage you to continue seeking Mercy for those who have no one to pray for them. Continue to pray for this elevation (in graces) of all souls in the world. And, by your continued efforts to serve one another here in my community, you shall continue to grow in sanctity in the sight of God. (*She is using the word ‘my’ because the Oblates carry her name.)

Do not concern yourself with the opinions and feelings of others, as you are to continue in your sufferings, and in your labors for acquiring graces to appease the Divine Justice. This is God’s Will for my Oblates. (This is in reference to individuals’ disbelief and lack of trust in Heaven’s messages.)

If only mankind could see beyond the veil, the cries for mercy would be echoing around the world like a great thunder. But, because it cannot see the impending punishment because of sin in the world, mankind continues to hurl itself into the great abyss which it does not want to believe exists.

My dear father, I submit to you my intentions, as I ask you to offer special prayers for my requests. (She explained all of this to me privately.)

The Trumpeter: As Saint Therese has turned back around to Our Lady, Our blessed Mother blesses her, and Saint Therese returns to my left side at the foot of the altar.

It is difficult to explain how all of this occurred during the Mass without it ever being an interference. All of this transpired prior to the Consecration, at which time they and all of the Saints and Angels bowed in adoration to our God.

As I am closing, I give my priestly blessing to all who read these words, as I bless all of you in the Name of the Father, and in the Name of the Son, and in the Name of the Holy Ghost, Amen.

  45. Message received: May 20, 2007

The Trumpeter: While making my visit before mass I heard the footsteps of someone approaching. I looked up and saw one of our Lady’s Angels. He is an Angel of Mercy. His gown was a beautiful soft, pastel green, and all of the edging was in a slightly darker green that was trimmed in a very delicate but brilliant gold. At his waist was a band of the darker green material covered with a golden lace. At both his hips were ribbons that reached the floor. He wore a narrow but delicate crown of gold that blended in with his platinum colored hair and the brilliant light that was surrounding him.

He seemed to be standing inside of a cloud that was open like a corridor, or doorway. All around him were large lights that represented other Angels. Even though there may be only one who is seen clearly, they are accompanied by a number of other angels that are represented by lights. These lights resemble very bright lights that glow as if being seen from the inside of a cloud. These lights are representative of the very shape and size of the angel that I see.

As I watch him, for the moment, there seems to be a fire that surrounds him – a fire that is a short distance in front of his feet. Because of the appearance of this fire I know it represents the Divine Mercy of Our Lord, and immense Love that is the symbol of the suffering inflicted upon the Heart of Our Blessed Mother.

The angel is saying: “Trumpeter of the Apocalypse, because of Her Love and intervention for souls and their salvation, the Heart of the Immaculate Conception suffers greatly for the many horrendous offenses committed against God. Our Queen, your Mother, has called out from Heaven, time and time again, giving many signs to Mankind to awaken and encourage souls to repent for the many sins that are calling for the Divine Justice to purge the earth of its corruption. Few listen, and even fewer respond. Few chosen souls have responded to the call of the Sacred Heart to console His Suffering Heart, and that of His Most Holy Mother. Although the Sacred Heart has called consecrated souls to serve the heart of His Holy Mother, few have responded heroically to their holy vocation. The love of these few is great and they bring great consolation and comfort for those who do seek refuge in Her Immaculate Heart. For were it not for these few, the mercy overflowing from the Twin Hearts of Jesus and Mary would have been forced to give way to the Hand of Justice of the Eternal Father. It is the increase of sin that cries out louder and louder for justice to be brought upon the head of mankind. This cry is bringing the date of the Warning closer and closer each day. Justice shall fall upon you suddenly revealing to every soul its condition and state in the sight of God. Is it less than a year away? Or even two? The horror (sin) you will see contained within you is greater than you can imagine. The horror you will experience is for every sin committed and every grace denied, from the slightest to the most mortal offenses.”

“We (the Angels) are grieving for the suffering caused by the tears of blood shed by our Most Holy Queen, the Mother of Love, as she is crying out for mercy… Tears shed to awaken the hearts of Mankind, before it is too late.”

“How easily you forget the choices you make each moment of your life. Such a short and frail existence you have here on this earth. Why do you let yourselves be fooled into thinking that the pleasures of this world shall bring you eternal joy? You pride yourself in your God-given intelligence all the while you lie to yourselves, as well as to others, that you are a God.”

“You turn away your sight from the suffering of so many of your brothers and sisters, all the while, ignoring their needs and your responsibility to respond to their desperation. You heap upon your own heads the burning coals of judgment. You turn away from their state as you claim yourself to be privileged. You hold no accountability for your excess and waste.”

“Amidst the wars in neither winter or summer, The Warning will come upon all of you. Large or small, rich or poor; no tear will spare you or any mountain hide you from its light. Those few moments in time, for some, will seem an eternity. Pray that you will not despair, for many will. You will see every one of your sins against God and man, and realizing the multitude of blessings given to you from God, and rejected. The father of lies will convince many of you to believe that you have no hope and are lost.”

“For the first time, (when the warning comes) the world will be free from war, when again, in neither winter or summer – when a year has not passed – on Holy Ground you shall be consoled when you see ‘The Miracle’ of God’s love for His children.” “You will soon see the sign, sent from God, to stir your hearts to repent of your sins and to seek Love completely, in your lives.”

“Even to this warning, how many of you who shall listen? Far too few! Void yourself of the taste for sin! Until you love Love, you cannot have life within you. Listen to the ‘Holy Mother of Fair Love’, and of ‘Fear’, and of ‘Knowledge’, and of ‘Holy Hope’. She shall teach you all you need to know. In Her is all grace of The Way and of The Truth. In Her is all hope of Life and of Virtue. Come to Her all of you who desire Life, and you shall be filled with Her Life for She is sweet and gentle and shall give you Her inheritance of hope and joy. From the beginning She is everlasting unto all generations.

“For those of you who receive Her words cannot be deceived. She will give you a hunger for Love and thirst for Life. He who obeys Her shall not be confounded, and they who respond to Her words shall not sin. And all who explain and teach Her to others shall receive life everlasting. Blessed are all of you who keep Her ways by hearing the teachings of hope, mercy, and life, be wise, and refuse it not for blessed is the man who hears Her, and who watches and waits at Her feet, and follows in Her way for She does magnify the Lord.”

“Venerate Her Immaculate Heart and you shall venerate the Lord our God.”

The Trumpeter: As he was speaking, the fire that I spoke of became more distinct and actually began to blaze at several points. I cannot even begin to describe or convey how affectionate and protective all of the Angels are towards Our Holy Mother. Many times they seem to even take certain things very personal – as if they themselves were being directly affected. Mostly when it comes to the times when Our Lady is mocked or slandered by people. The Angels become quite enraged over this and they cry out very loudly and expressively to the Eternal Father to grant them permission to intervene on Her behalf, not so much, necessarily, to aggressively attack anyone who is being slanderous towards her, as much as it is that they want to surround her and prevent any of the slanderous words of disrespect from being able to reach her, this is in part because of how important she was to them during the time of their testing and great trial to choose between obedience to God or their service to a master of death, Lucifer. This itself is a subject that I can speak about for hours, in part because it is so magnificent and glorious, but also, that it shows how much we ourselves are sharers in that same salvation of the Angels.

If only I had the words permitted to me to explain this subject I would. But so many times when I try, all I can remember are images, but no words. It reminds me of when St. Paul tried to explain what he had seen in his vision of the third heaven and how badly he wished he could put into words what God had shown him, but couldn’t. It was only a few moments after our lady’s agent has ceased speaking that I can see that our lady was coming. The lights that I had seen earlier, and still can see of the other angels have taken their form. I do not know how I did not recognize St. Michael as having been already been here. But, it is seems that sometimes he is so large that he seems to be the scenery rather than an image within it. This in part is because the whole area surrounding the sanctuary was no longer visible, but rather, was a part of the vision. Our blessed mother appeared very quickly. It was as if she merely stepped through a doorway.

Our Holy Mother: “My Priest son, Trumpeter of the Apocalypse, the Flames of My Heart grows and grows for the Love of My Divine Son to assist Him with the great sorrows that He carries. He continues to call for His most beloved and chosen souls to open their hearts to His Love and service of the Eternal Father. This love He has for His consecrated and chosen ones is a consuming love that teaches them to love as He loves for the salvation of souls. Though there are more of these special little ones than ever before, there is still a greater need for more souls (for the sake of other souls) to seek His Love and Mercy to hold back the Divine Justice which has grown so heavy upon His shoulders.”

“I am calling to all consecrated souls to offer themselves with greater humility to My Son for the love and salvation of souls. Offer yourselves to Him, and all that you do and desire, with each breath and beat of your heart, as you offer His Most Precious Blood to the Eternal Father.”

“Come to me as your Loving Mother and Council, I will teach you to keep your eyes, body and soul, completely and only upon the heart of My Son, whom you have been created to know and love with your whole heart, mind and soul. I will teach you – to seek the three angelic natures, so that you will hunger for the reparation of sin and the salvation of souls. I will teach you – to humble and open your heart for the anguish that has caused the purest of loves to carry the greatest of anguish, sorrows and torments; for His Most Precious Blood to flow upon sinners, to wash away their corruption and to give them new life, the divine justice must be satisfied. Not by you. This you could never do. But, if you are willing to be humbled, I will show you how to love Charity and seek to understand the depth of Its Love, for the smallest of sacrifices offered with and through the Most Precious Blood can atone for a multitude of sins (when offered in true humility and love) and restore to life souls that would have otherwise fallen into eternal death. It is for these souls My Son has called and chosen to share so greatly in His Love. Meditate upon my love and I shall carry you to the threshold of His Heart where you shall be purified by its flames, and become the kindling to increase those flames to purify your heart to grow and make even more room, to hold more love, for the multitude of souls who have lost the grace and light to follow the path of salvation.”

“For all of those who have responded to the call to consecrate themselves, you are also entrusted with the care for the many others (talents) given to you by this same consecration, from The Father – through the Twin Hearts. You cannot return empty-handed nor with no more than was given you (grace and gifts)- because of the grace given to you through your consecration and the demand that justice has placed upon the gift of grace given to those who have been chosen, among the many called.”

“For all of this that I have said, this is not presented to only those of you who are among the few but, My Heart reaches out for those many who are still being called; so that they shall answer the call made by Love and become blessed among the chosen. It is through the chosen souls that I shall give my greatest love (to all of mankind) and teach you also the humility that magnifies the love of God for the salvation of souls. There is no greater soul – than those who seek to love for God those who do not yet love Him; believing with an un-movable faith in God, for souls who have become too weak to weather the storms of darkness, brought upon by their sins; with a love that gives hope for repentance; seeking only to rest within the most Sacred Heart.”

“My children, you must pray for a lessening of a chastisement that is coming upon you very soon. It is but a few months away, at this time. I beg of you to offer many penances to delay the hand of justice. And, if possible, even lessen its intensity. As this is being allowed by God, it is not His Will that this chastisement should occur. It is being brought by a man, and by his sins. Pray my children, with great earnestness and humility in your hearts.”

The Trumpeter: “Our Lord, who has been standing next to Our Lady for sometime now and is pointing to His Most Sacred Heart. The wound within His heart is greatly enflamed, not by fire, but by an aggravation. All of the wounds upon His head, in His hands and His feet are also visible. His hair is heavily matted by the blood coming from His wounds, and gives a bright crimson color to the Crown of Thorns. Each of His wounds also emits flames as it is represented so commonly with His most Sacred Heart. Our Lord has told me in the past that these flames represent the immensity that is love, with His willingness and desire to have these sufferings to appease the Divine Justice in an effort to give time for more souls to repent and return to His open arms and heart. It is unimaginable for us to understand, without the intervention of God’s grace, how much Our Dear Lord loves each and every soul – and how willingly He is to endure whatever it takes to satisfy the Divine Justice to free a soul from the chains of love their sins.

This is why our Lord calls so many souls to answer and respond to the call of sharing with and through Him, special graces – graces that endow a particular soul with the special and unique spiritual authority giving the ability for sharing in the redemptive process of Christ. As we are all called to share in the life of Christ, there are those that Christ offers the ability for them to share more greatly, and even more completely and in a very special way, those parts of His life that He offered to the Eternal Father to appease for the sins of man by satisfying His demand for Divine Justice. This is the literal interpretation of Christ’s dwelling within us and we within Him so that our actions, and all that we do and desire, is actually Christ’s action to the fullest extent. An easy way to understand this is to look up the words of St. Paul when he stated that he carried the wounds of Christ within him. As he says he has fought the good fight. He carried these wounds because he shared so intimately and everything about Christ and His life, that Christ shared with him His wounds for the redemptive process of saving souls. I would encourage all of you who are interested in understanding these things more clearly, that you read the lives of various saints and how they pursued the Precious Blood so vigorously, because they were inspired by grace. They would become as Our Lady referred to Herself, as one who magnifies the Lord. In this, the individual becomes less and less in the world, and instead Christ becomes greater and greater in their place for the salvation of souls.

Our Lord: “I want only for your love. The only reason why evil has become so rampant in the world, is because, so few love ‘Love’. Come with a humble heart and I will receive you. Ask and I will forgive you of your sins. Even if they should be so great as to block out the sun, come in humility and I shall wash your sins with my blood. All I ask for in return is for your love. If should you fall again, immediately come back to me with humility and I shall forgive you.”

  46. The New Era will be heralded by My Second Coming. The time is short.
    On September 11, 2012 @ 7:30 pm

My dearly beloved daughter you have, at last, understood the joy of suffering when it is offered with courage and free will.

The souls saved bring you tears of joy just as they, too, are filled with tears when they are saved from plunging into the fires of Hell.

Know that My mission is to save all souls.

Never forget that My Father has given humanity the armour it needs to salvage souls with the Grace of Immunity.

Grasp it, for through it all souls can be saved. Just think of the wonderful world which lies ahead.

No one will mourn any member of their family lost to the fires of Hell.

You, My followers, have the power to close the Gates of Hell through your prayers to save souls.

Let no man dismiss My Words.

Do not discourage people from accepting the Grace of Immunity for I know that some of My sacred servants are trying to do this.

Some are doing this from a misguided sense of duty but they are wrong. This Grace of Immunity is a Gift from God the Father.

You have a duty, My sacred servants, to give it to God’s children in order to help save souls.

There is so much work to be done to spread My Word but without enough time.

Go make it your mission, My disciples, to spread My Litanies, especially the Grace of Immunity prayer.

Go, also, and tell people about the Seal of the Living God and the Plenary Indulgence for the forgiveness of sin.

You have been prepared now take up your arms in the Name of God and help Me, your Jesus, to save humanity.

The New Era will be heralded by My Second Coming. The time is short.

Remember, trust in Me completely and I will set you free from worry and fear.

All you must do is to surrender in prayer.

Offer your prayers for souls and all will be well.

    Your Jesus
