Sins in General

Let us discuss on d topic ‘SINS’ with references from The Bible. Sins in General.

“When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.” – James 1:13-15

“He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning.” – 1 John 3:8

DEVIL + EVIL DESIRE = SIN

“But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear.” – Isaiah 59:2

And what do You think, is God complaining about our sins?

“Hear, O heavens! Listen, O earth! For the LORD has spoken: “I reared children and brought them up, but they have rebelled against me. The ox knows his master, the donkey his owner’s manger, but Israel does not know, my people do not understand.” – Isaiah 1:2-3

“My people have committed two sins: They have forsaken me, the spring of living water, and have dug their own cisterns, broken cisterns that cannot hold water.” – Jeremiah 2:13

See how our sins bring tears to Abba, Our Heavenly Father! Does all these mean nothing to us?
