Engaging in Risky and Dangerous Behavior

• Accessing porn at work or school
• Accessing child porn
• Participating in degrading, abusive, violent, or criminal sexual activity
• Producing, distributing, or selling porn
• Engaging in physically unsafe and harmful sex

Unhappy Intimate Partner

• Relationship is marred by dishonesty and deception about porn use
• Partner views porn use as sexual infidelity, ie.“cheating”
• Partner is increasingly upset and angry
• Partner is concerned about the welfare of the children

• Requiring more extreme content or intense exposures to porn to get the same effect (habituation symptoms)
• Experiencing discomfort and irritability when deprived of porn (withdrawal symptoms)

Happiness Habit

Daily life can be made happier. It is a matter of choice. It is our attitude that makes us feel happy or unhappy.

It is true, we meet all kinds of situations during the day, and some of them may not be conductive to happiness. We can choose to keep thinking about the unhappy events, and we can choose to refuse to think about them, and instead, relish the happy moments. All of us constantly go through various situations and circumstances, but we do not have to let them influence our reactions and feelings.

If we let outer events influence our moods, we become their slaves. We lose our freedom. We let our happiness be determined by outer forces. On the other hand, we can free ourselves from outer influences. We can choose to be happy, and we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives.

What is happiness? It is a feeling of inner peace and satisfaction. It is usually experienced when there are no worries, fears or obsessing thoughts, and this usually happens, when we do something we love to do or when we get, win, gain or achieve something that we value.

It seems to be the outcome of positive events, but it actually comes from the inside, triggered by outer events. For most people, happiness seems fleeting and temporary, because they allow external circumstances to affect it.

One of the best ways to keep it, is by gaining inner peace through daily meditation and prayer. As the mind becomes more peaceful, it becomes easier to choose the happiness habit.

If you know who you are

If you know who you are, you will make it your greatest ambition to make other people’s lives better because you showed up.

If you know who you are, you will be gracious in defeat and humble is victory, knowing that you can’t be defined by a single event in life.

If you know who you are, other people’s opinions of you won’t make you doubt your own ability or character.

If you know who you are, it will simply be because you know who He is.

If you know who you are, you also understand that all of heaven and earth has been set up to help you fulfil your God-given destiny.

If you know who you are, it’s a Life of Integrity easy to celebrate other people because their greatness takes nothing away from your own legend.

If you know who yo are, you are not so caught up in trivial and local championship contests since the whole world is your for the taking.

If you know who you are, the future is not something you dread but something you can hardly wait to shape into a masterpiece.

If you know who you are, other gifted people don’t provoke inferiority in you because you know that you also have something significant.

If you know who you are, you will understand that you are greater than the circumstances of your birth and your present environment.

If you know who you are, you will realize that the best environment for your Spirit and Soul is the presence of God.
