O God, help me to live well today.

To do my work diligently;
To face my temptations victoriously;
To play games wholeheartedly;
To bear my disappointments cheerfully;
To face my difficulties manfully;
To give all the help I can to
all the people willingly;
To obey You faithfully;
And to follow You loyally.
All this I ask for your love’s sake, Amen.
