Our destiny is a journey
and not a destination.
For all who walk with Jesus
grow with anticipation!

What will we do
as this day of ours begins?
Will we step into the Faith
and reach to those to win?

Will we reach out to those
who’s hearts need a hand?
and show them of God’s Love
of His precious Promised land?

Will we dry a fallen tear
from that lonely one’s little face?
And take their hand upon us
and help them run the race?

We seem to always look
to the road that has an end
It’s time to realize
it’s our journey that we send!

Will we pray for more of Him,
And so much less of us?
On bended knee in prayer
Will we give Him all our Trust?

Your Destiny’s a Journey
and not a Destination,
So take another step
Today In Restoration.

Take your eye off the road
that someday has an end!
Keep focused on your Journey
For that Is what You’ll Send!

Precious oneness, blessed unity;
wrapped in Love
of  the Holy Trinity.

In one accord, steady gazing;
upon His beauty
a fire blazing!

His passion known in worship sweet;
hearts abound
at His feet!

Blessed unity, Love’s mystery known;
in communion of hearts
around the throne!

Soaring the heights,,of Love extended;
perfect in One
differences transcended.

A Body of One,
caught in love between Three,
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
for all the world to see.

Father above it is my one true desire,
To know You and love You more.

I sat upon the edge one day
To cast my gaze below,
Observing what was said and done
By men I did not know.

Thus caught my eye a horrid sight
I all but understood
And jumping up, my head amiss,
Flew quickly as I could.

Before my King I humbly came,
Cast on my knees in prayer;
With quiet voice and aching heart
I questioned the worlds current affairs?

He picked me up with gentle hands
And searched me with His eyes;
He set me there before His throne
And turned to part the skies.

He told me then of man, all loved,
Who breathed His very breath;
He told me how He gave them all,
By suffering in His death.

“And yet,” cried I, “they love You not,
But few do seek Your name;
There seems no thought of Heaven or hell;
“For them, life is just a game!”

He turned His head – I saw the tears -
As He watched the world below;
Then breathed to me a painful sigh,
“I know, my child, I know.”

But then He said Lets Pray!

Before U were thought of or time had begun,
God stuck the U in the name of His Son.
And each time U pray, you’ll see that it’s true,
You can’t spell out JesUs and not include U.

You’re a pretty big part of His wonderful name,
For U, He was born; and that’s why He came.
His great love for U is the reason He died.
It even takes U to spell crUcified.

Isn’t it thrilling and supernaturally grand
He rose from the dead, with U in His plan?
The stones split away, the gold trUmpet blew,
and this word resUrrection is spelled with a U.

When JesUs left earth in His upward ascension,
He felt there was one thing He just had to mention.
“Go forth into the world and tell them it’s true
That I love them all – Just like I love U.”

So many of the lost are spelled with a U,
Don’t they have a right to know JesUs too?
It all depends now on what U will do,
He’d like them to know,
And It All Starts With U.

If I could catch a rainbow
I would do it just for you
And share with you its beauty
On the days you’re feeling blue.

If I could build a mountain
You could call your very own;
A place to find serenity,
A place to be alone.

If I could take your troubles
I would toss them in the sea,
But all these things I’m finding
Are impossible for me.

I cannot build a mountain
Or catch a rainbow fair,
But let me be what I know best,
A friend who’s always there..

Old Brother Higgins built a shelf,
for the family Bible to rest itself,
lest a sticky finger or grimy thumb
might injure the delicate pages some.
He cautioned his children to touch it not,
and it rested there with never a blot,
though the Higgins tribe were a troublesome lot.

His neighbour, Miggins, built a shelf.
“Come, children,” he said, “and help yourself”.
His book is old and ragged and worn,
with some of the choicest pages torn,
where children have fingered and numbered and read.
But of the Miggins tribe I’ve heard it said,
each carries a Bible in his head”

It is important for us, whether children or adults, to plant ourselves in God’s Word every day, so that we might always carry the scriptures in our head and heart wherever we go.

To those without hope!!

Hope is inspiration
Turned inside out
Hope is expectation
Of that there is no doubt .

Hope keeps us going
Longing for a better day .
Hope keeps us rowing
Life’s boat at work and play .

Hope helps us rise each morning
Looking for grace along the way;
Hope tucks us in each night
Praying we did His will Today.

Hope is God’s eternal carrot
The goal we all work towards
Salvation removes death’s garrote
As we reap our just rewards.

Hope is you will believe me?
And can see it in my heart eyes
Hope you come and join me
As we bask in God’s blue skies.

Hope your heart will soften
As you let His spirit in
Hope you will pray often
As we all try not to sin .

Hope we can pray together
To help all the world over
United as family, sister and brother

Praise God, He’s always here for me,
He never let me fall!
He is always there to carry me when
On His Precious name I call!

Knowing He’s beside me
and provides me all that I need,
He Keeps my spirits bolstered
and I am free, free indeed!

All my worries and distress,

In a hundred years time it won’t matter

the garden and outside wasn’t finished,
or all the chores that were not begun.

that was meant for the wall in the study.
would it really be such a sin?

if that shiny new car was not yours?
Or that fancy new watch admired
still sat in the case at the stores?

In a hundred years time it won’t matter
if you were never on TV,
You’d never reached Hollywood stardom
or even been in a movie.

It’s in your journey that you ran

Store up your treasures in heaven.
Where the Lord sees them your heart he finds
Love God, love your neighbor as yourself
be patient, gentle, and kind.

It’s in your journey that you ran

Live today and enjoy it.
Grasp every moment you CAN.
For life is the eternal race-
and there are no real winners.
