Bedtime Prayer

Glory to the Father,
And to the Son,
And to the Holy Spirit.

Oh my God i thank you for all the benefits
Which I have ever received from you
Especially on this day

Give me the light to see what sins I have committed
And grant me grace to be truly sorry for them

Into your hands oh Lord I commend my spirit
Lord Jesus receive my soul
Holy Mary be a mother to me

Oh my good angel whom God has appointed to be my guardian,
Watch over me during this night

Angels and saints of God, please pray for me.

The lord bless us and keep us from all evil
And bring us to everlasting life

AMEN

(One our father and 3 hail Mary and one glory be)

There is nothing substandard or inferior about what god gives you.
No good thing does the Lord withhold from those who walk uprightly. – Ps 84:11
So don’t ever worry about anything in life.
